I have rarely had such a nice welcoming and service from the front desk. Also the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Lyon.

Room - Clean & quite in evening. Well equip especially with instant Hot Water & Coffee machine. 5 packs of tea & 2 dossier of coffee provide, If it can add some milk which will be nice touch. Well prepare that there is no slipper, tooth brush & tooth paste provided. Shower - Clean but if have some instruction how to use the switch btw Top shower & hand shower(turn upper side - Top shower, turn downward side - hand shower) will be great as you might be surprised get cold water on your head. Reception - Check in, should remind customer the time begin at 6.30 am will be nice touch. Breakfast - Prepared food - Scrambled egg - little too smoothy - it might be too much milk or cream added. Sausage or meat - Don't have ticket so don't know what's that meat, taste horrible. Potato - too cook, Tomato sauces bean - OK. Bread - Well provided, French baguette, pan cake, little bread. Fruit - Banana & some others Ham - OK, Butter & jam, Cereals - All provided & nice. There is coffee machine & coffee provided but for Tea, must be order the waiter/waitress to get the hot water & hot milk. Suggest to have additional boil egg machine (if possible) & replace machine that can have coffee & hot water. Sure if it can have teapot will be more welcome. Lift - renovated & some time need to close well outside in order to work properly. It can't load too much people, you will see the sign of overload but no sound.... Environment - Very close to old Brotteau train station & nearby had good & reasonable price restaurant - Korean - OGAM 4 min walk, French Bristol style - le Splendid Lyon, 2 mins walk. Check in 20/1 & 21/1. Recommend to short & long stay for business !
