Chère Madame V., Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour suite à votre séjour, et surtout pour votre fidélité cette année, que nous apprécions sincèrement. Nous sommes ravis que votre expérience globale reste positive avec une note de 8/10, même si nous prenons très au sérieux les points que vous mentionnez en baisse par rapport à vos précédents séjours. Concernant la sélection du petit déjeuner ainsi que votre ressenti sur l’équipe, nous sommes sincèrement désolés que vous ayez perçu une différence par rapport à vos séjours précédents. Votre remarque reste cependant générale et nous ne sommes pas certains si elle concerne l’équipe petit déjeuner ou l’ensemble de nos équipes. Dans tous les cas, l’accueil est un pilier essentiel de notre maison et vos commentaires ont été partagés avec les équipes afin de comprendre et corriger ce ressenti. Concernant le dîner, nous regrettons que le service n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Un service jugé “nul” et des plats servis tièdes ne reflètent évidemment pas les standards que nous nous fixons. Ce point a été immédiatement remonté à notre responsable restauration afin d’en analyser les causes et d’y apporter des actions correctives. Nous comprenons pleinement votre déception, d’autant plus au regard de vos séjours précédents chez nous. Votre retour est d’autant plus précieux qu’il nous permet de rester exigeants et de nous améliorer. J’ai également tenté de vous joindre par téléphone et vous ai laissé un message vocal, car j’aurais réellement souhaité pouvoir échanger avec vous de vive voix afin de mieux comprendre votre expérience et vous présenter nos excuses de manière plus personnelle. Everything was ok - front desk very helpful. Room was clean. I had dinner at the hotel (it was a special menu with music) the food was ok, not more than that and the wine was awful - it turned. The wait staff was very busy and did not come to my table so after 20 minutes I had to get up and ask to be served and I had to get up and ask for my bill… I paid for the wine because there was no one to talk to - they were scrambling… and I just wanted to leave.

Your kind words on these aspects mean a great deal to us. However, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience during dinner. On the evening of your visit, we hosted a special event with live music which attracted a much higher number of guests than anticipated. While this created a lively atmosphere, we must admit that we were, in a way, victims of our own success. Unfortunately, this resulted in longer waiting times and a level of service that did not meet our usual standards. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in service, the difficulty you experienced in getting attention from our team, and for the quality of the wine served. This is certainly not the experience we wish to offer, especially during what should have been an enjoyable evening.
