The hotel's location near Kashihara Temple, the park, and the train station is fantastic. The breakfast and onsen were exceptional, and the service was outstanding. A big shout-out to Mireia from the front desk for being incredibly kind and helpful. The only thing I missed was a fitness room and laundry service

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and lounge too. Too bad no room upgrade for platinum and welcome amenity. I hope this part will improve when visit it next month
