I checked in late from a flight. Reception were warm and friendly, explained everything. The room was clean and had conveniences where I needed them. Ten minute walk in an easy straight line to Umeda, Osaka Station. Breakfast was great. Eggs, omelette, miso, udon, japanese curry, toasts, croissants, brioche, yoghurt, fruit, salad, sausages, mackerel...I LOVED the breakfast! Bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room isn't being cleaned properly, and there's too much dust on the bedding. The air conditioner was dusty, and there was a lot of dust on the walls, so I cleaned it myself.
