Everything was going great until I received the receipt with my wrong corporates name. I had asked for the document on the day of check-in, had written it down on paper when being asked, and at the end it was a wrong mixed-up name with my corporates name, as well as one of our products. It cannot be like this because our company has never been called under that name before, so the only chance is the person who was in charge actually researched the corporate profile on the internet, then knew one of our products, and thought it should be a part of the name which was wrong. I enjoyed the stay and i appreciate the convenience of the location etc, so I hope this would not happen again because I was scared that someone would look up who the customer is / where they work for etc.

I am writing to offer my sincere apologies for the error on your receipt in which our company name was printed incorrectly. I understand that this caused you concern and inconvenience, and I am truly sorry. The fact that you had clearly written the correct company name on the check-in form makes this mistake unacceptable, and we deeply regret that it occurred. We have taken your feedback very seriously. The staff involved have been given strict guidance, and we have shared the incident across the company.
