Staff spoke English and were very helpful. The reception was 24/7 and were able to look after our bags whilst we wait for our room to be ready.

Despite booking this hotel, some reviews left me feeling dubious. However, my stay and experience were contrary to the negative reviews I'd read. The only negative I had was the noise from outside due to traffic but I had anticipated this due to proximity to the train and subway stations and main roads. This proximity in itself made the hotel very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Inside, I found staff to be pleasant, efficient and friendly, they allowed me to leave my luggage securely ahead of check in. The room itself was small but perfectly adequate as I was out sightseeing most days. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was small but well equipped. If you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, this place is will more than meet your needs.

The name of the hotel is a bit confuse with another hotel near by the town. Although, I am very satisfied with your services.

From the photos, never realized that the rooms were this small. Since I was with an infant, the bed was really small for us three. Overall stay was fine though. For the price, its good.

The room you stayed in is 13 m² and the bed provided was a 140 cm-wide double. However, we are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the room rate. For your next stay, we would be happy to prepare a 16 m² twin room and join the two beds in a Hollywood-twin configuration to better accommodate your needs.
