The hotel deserves high rating rating across the board. Spotlessly clean, perfectly located close to Umeda train station, key trainpublic transport hub. The staff had flawless, attentive service. Amenities are first class, especially the generous supply of quality coffee, tea, and toiletries. An outstanding stay.

I had a great stay at ibis budget Osaka Umeda. The service was excellent, with very good recognition of my ALL Diamond status. The hotel exceeded my expectations for an ibis budget: the room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was better than expected for this category. The location is another strong point, just a few blocks from Umeda Station, with plenty of shopping, dining, and things to do nearby.

The hotel is around 5 mins walk to the train station. Location is perfect for those who like a quiet and less busy area. Staff are helpful. The breakfast selection is a value for money. We are happy considering it is a 3 star hotel.As a diamond All Accor member, my room was upgraded to the next level. I was also allowed to an early check in and late check out. Thank you guys!
