Arrived quite late after accidentally lost my coin locker key in Uji, and unable to speak Japanese, I could not get back my luggage even though I did call the locker management company during office hours. Was ultimately able to get back my luggage with the help of the kind reception staff, on duty at night and in the following morning. Was also recommended where to buy some clothes just for tonight.
