Do not expect too much as a budget hotel. However the bare essentials are met as value. No complaints, satisfied with the overall stay and breakfast was satisfactory each day.

Hotel staff were VERY helpful, especially with our inquiries on how to get to the airport for an early morning flight. Rooms were clean, a bit on the small side but comfortable, had all the needed amenities. Buffet breakfast was good, a wide enough variety of dishes, of good quality and tasty. Hotel location was quite ideal, near a metro station and within walking distance of a major transport hub in Umeda. We had an enjoyable stay - thank you!!
