We are back staying at this hotel again. Chose thi hotel due to its good location and convenience with food, groceries and AF gym across the street. Subway is just a few minutes walk away. Friendly staff and fairly good selection for breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.

The only small complaint is the pillow. It wasn't very good and when we asked we got additional ones that were still not 10/10

We had a very pleasant stay at ibis budget Osaka Umeda. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus to Umeda Osaka Station, and the location is great. Special thanks to receptionist Ayu for being incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She recommended sightseeing places around Osaka and even helped us check the opening hours of a nearby restaurant. We also appreciated the free coffee, tea, toiletries at the lobby, and the luggage storage before check-in. The room, bedsheets, towels, and facilities were clean and comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay with excellent service and hospitality.

I was checked in by Sabin and it was a smooth process. Information that was given about the hotel facilities and services was good but can be improved such as giving information regarding free shuttle bus service. We found out about this information from the sign in the elevator. Other than that, everything was good. I’ll be choosing this property again when I’m returning back to Osaka.

Used the hotel to explore Umeda. Was close enough to the station and well located for the area. Easy walk to the buzz. Rooms were very small but clean and value for the rate. Breakfast was lovely and staff excellent
