The most central to Kyoto station you can get, just 50mtrs away from main entrance to station. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast simple but good.

Greeting was lovely and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I moved the bed over to do some stretching exercises and found a lot of dust, fluff/lint - looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for months! At breakfast there was a sign for gluten free bread options above the toaster area and to ask staff. The staff said there was nothing available - so take the sign down or put a note on it saying there wasn’t anything available. All that said I had a comfortable 2 nights sleep, it was extremely well located across from Kyoto Station, Ecotours for rental bikes and a shopping centre with heaps of eateries.
