We are very sorry to read that the cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet your expectations, and that you found stains and signs of wear in multiple areas. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we truly apologize for the discomfort and disappointment this caused — especially as a returning ibis / ibis Styles guest who is familiar with our brand. Your comments regarding maintenance, water pressure, and overall room condition have been taken seriously and will be shared directly with our housekeeping and engineering teams for immediate review and corrective action. We are also sorry to hear that our service felt minimal and did not reflect the level of hospitality you experienced elsewhere in Japan. That is certainly not the impression we want our guests to leave with, and we will reinforce our service standards with the team. While we are glad our location near the station was convenient, we regret that this alone could not make your stay satisfactory, and we are especially sorry that you chose to shorten your stay because of these issues.
