The location is perfect, right across the Kyoto station. Even the major tour Operators pickup location is literally 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. The room is super clean and bed comfy. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

The bed was uncomfortable, the layer you put on top of the mattress is moving and woke me up frequently. Every 3 days cleanup is not acceptable. Couldn't adjust the room temperature as the AC just blow hot air. The room also was very small

Great location, helpful front desk staff, but room needs maintenance. The bathroom fan in room 719 is extremely loud and annoying. The room is ok for just sleeping a night or two, but I needed earplugs to sleep and it’s not comfortable for relaxing. I wouldn’t stay not recommend for a longer stay.

Pros: The ground staff is very helpful. Attentive and polite. Strategically located. Right across kyoto station. Room has excellent shower pressure. Cons: Room abit crampy but doable. heater is centralized so it tends to get abit (sometimes alot) hot at night.

We checked in early and had full knowledge that the Hotel was not full. We wanted to leave our bags and thought they could allow us the courtesy of putting them in the room. However, despite speaking to a manager, they stated they were unable to do anything to help. I found this pretty disgusting as I’m a Home member and have been using their hotels for something like 30 years..
