Staffs are very kind. Breakfast is good. Understand that young kids may make sounds because of family guests. Similar things happen in other hotels so that's totally fine. However, lying on the walkway of cafe, throwing things in the lobby, crying out loudly for several minutes without any adult's watch. This may not be the responsibility of the hotel but that was truly terrible experience.

All was ok. But one point to improve: elevator bell sound was heard in room 345 and was rather irritating especially in morning breakfast hour.

Little bit outside of the city centre but they provided free shuttle bus services. The room is quite modern and good facilities but there is only one small onsen.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was pleased with how clean and quiet the room was. The large public bath and the lounge were also excellent experiences. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well; I don't recall her name, but a young female staff member was incredibly kind in clearing away used dishes and providing the items I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel stay, and I definitely plan to visit again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is not so good, but the shuttle bus service is excellent. It will be much better if the operating hours can be extended. I enjoy the stay in your hotel. The staff promptly responds to my email. Thanks.

The service is excellent and staffs are able to solve my questions, like parking and dining issues. The choice of breakfast is great with many local Nara foods to choose from. I appreciate the quiet seating area on the 2nd floor and also the private working station that I used once for a company online meeting. However, due to hot summer in Nara, the washing machines are always full after the afternoon until night, so I has to wash my clothes in the morning. Thus, is it possible to add more machine(s) or showing the remaining washing time on the room screen, so everyone has a better anticipation, thank you.

Thank you very much for choosing Novotel Nara. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our service, breakfast selection, and the quiet spaces available throughout the hotel. It is wonderful to know that our team was able to assist you with your parking and dining inquiries, and that the working station was helpful during your online meeting. Thank you as well for sharing your valuable feedback regarding the laundry facilities. We understand that demand can be high during busy periods, especially in summer. We appreciate your comments regarding additional machines and displaying remaining cycle times, and we will take them into consideration as we continue to enhance the guest experience. We look forward to welcoming you again soon. Guest Relations Manager Novotel NARA
