Beautiful hotel, wonderful service from all staff. Relaxation area while waiting for you washing and drying to finish Shuttle bus to and from stations which makes the area ideal. Enjoyed the food which was well presented and tasty. Really enjoyed our two nights and thank you

We booked Novotel Nara as it was close to the Deer park and easy access to the train line. When we arrived we found the most beautiful modern hotel only a couple of years old which was stunning and all the facilities were amazing. We even received an upgrade. There is also public baths/onsen style to relax in and recover. The room was good sized with 2 singles joined to make a king bed. Coffee machine and great views. The bathroom shower was really modern and also had a bath tub. The design a style was really up market and modern for a Novotel would think you were staying at a Pullman or Sofitel. Highly recommend staying here. And very affordable. The buffet was incredible with a huge selection of great food at dinner including wagyu, mussels, escargo, wakami salad and many pizzas. The dessert bar had a great selection of Japanese favourites to try with western ones too. The best part was the executive lounge on level 8 which you need special access for but was included for us. This made our stay even more memorable with a great selection of beer, wine and cocktails during happy hour on the house with some tapas. A short walk to the train line and catch the train to Nara deer park which you can casually stroll the beautiful icons and big buddha temple while feeding the well trained deer that bow for food. Top rated hotel and facilities and we will return for sure.

I was truly satisfied with the executive taitaimi room assigned. The lounge was also beautiful and provided a good selection of wine and draft beer. The breakfast was simply fantastics.
