My stay at Novotel Nara was pleasant, with a convenient location near train stations, a free weekend shuttle, and a good breakfast selection. Member recognition was good, with an upgraded room and free breakfast. But despite notifying the hotel about my wedding anniversary, there were no special gestures. A little more personal touch would have made the experience even better.

Overall stay was pleasant. Front desk staff is friendly. Uddin ( hope i get his name correct) is serving us on our check-in was very friendly. I saw him taking initiatives to help a guest to take picture for them. 2nd floor facilities room was fantastic. We loved it. The fragrance is nice, makes it a warm feel. Room was clean. Hope it can maintained the cleanliness. Good security. This is one of the reason that we choose Novotel to hotel nikko. Corridor lights to the room can be brighter. Hope the toilet area in the room can continue to be well maintained as age. Overall stay is satisfactory. Pls keep up the good work and image Will recommend and will come back. Cecilia

We start our trip at Kansai area from Nara, this Is a new hotel with very good location, near station and have commuter car to drop and pick up from station, and only less than 15 minutes to Nara Park. The staff very friendly and helpfull, expecially Mr. Mare, thanks for assisting us. The facility was amazing, with free onsen, and others facilies. The room was clean and comfort. This was one of the best hotel that we stayed in Japan.
