The hotel was conveniently located in the station and within walking distance to the departments stores and Dotonbori. The staff were lovely and accomodating and were always happy to help and checking in and out was a breeze. I stayed in a King Select room and it was spacious and modern. The city/mountain views were amazing and the bed was a delight to sleep in. It had all the amenities you needed and if more was needed, you could easily order it on the app. The app itself was easy to use and you could order amenities, room service, housekeeping requests.

Good for family trip as it located at Namba station in Osaka, their facility are nice, swimming pool, gym room and shopping mall nearby. The breakfast is recommended as it has many choice and has an excellent view.
