Your online photos did not show the bed layout. If I had known that one side of the bed would be hard up against the wall I would not have selected this room. In fact I find it rather deceiving on your part that your photos of this room do not show the entire bed arrangement. Also found your wifi to be slow. On a positive note your facilities and cleanliness of the room were excellent.

The entire experience was outstanding - the staff were very helpful from the check-in to the restaurants, baggage forwarding and check-out.

Was extremely disappointed with the breakfast team at Table 36. Went up for breakfast on 22/09 about 0935hrs. Even though the timing wasn't supposed to be a peak time for a weekday, but was stucked in the queue for over 20mins just to get into the dining area.
Since there was a long queue going into the restaurant, and given with the upcoming closing breakfast timing of 1030am, the team could have done better by assigning more manpower to manage the crowd instead. But yet the reception took her time to register the guest and did not apologised for letting the guest to wait over 20mins in queue.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The location is also very convenient.
One of my favourite parts of the hotel was the swimming pool and spa.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again!
