I had bad food experience in the hotel. I tried to book 1 person at the Tenpanyaki restaurant, but couldn’t be confirmed via operator and asked me to go directly to the restaurant. When I was there, the staff introduced the restaurant and food to me professionally, but, after few minutes of introduction, she told me it was fully booked. Then, I went back to my room and ordered in-suite dining. I ordered steak, soup and a bottle of sake. All were fine except the steak. I stated that it should be medium rare but eventually it was well done. Finally, I just eaten the side dishes and returned everything within 10 minutes. Surprisingly, no one concern, I believe isn’t it this is the hotel service standard.

Comfortable, clean, and a restful stay in the bustling city of Osaka. Bed was good; restaurants offered good food and great service. I would stay here again. My only minor, very minor, concern is that the bathroom was a bit small for me (but I am a large person and this is not the first time I have encountered this). This is not a fault of the hotel.

Dining and breakfast were great, outstanding location fully integrated w the malls and train station. Understood that room upgrade is subjected to availability and there was a F&B voucher provided out of goodwill by the front desk. However I felt that the amount provided (2000JPY = S$20) felt short of what a room upgrade equivalent for 5 nights for 2 adults & 2kids - something to think about from a perceived value. Otherwise the customer service was fantastic, phone operator picked up within a second and understood directions clearly.
