Hotel was very clean and location is very good. I did hope that there were more English channels on the TV.

It was generally good stay but one point I would like to raise. Please take more care of the environment/reducing waste. I was going to re-use the slippers and amenities (shampoo, conditioner etc) for my 2nd night of stay, and specifically left the note to housekeeper not to throw away these items. However, housekeeper took them away and placed the new one. I am quite disappointed about these, as I wanted to reduce the waste by reusing them.

Hi Kaori san, It was great to have you back with us at the hotel and we look forward to welcoming you back in July. I agree with your comments re the environmental concerns, this is something the hotel and Accor is working through to address. Globally Accor has committed to remove all single use plastics from our hotels by the end of 2022 including single amenities. We are now waiting on confirmation of larger amenity bottles that will be installed in our bathrooms along with other items that are single use plastic. Japan as you are aware is a very heavy user of plastic and while it will take some time for the community to evolve to no plastic we are committed to complete this over the next 6 months. I will discuss with my housekeeping team re replacement as I agree that especially slippers should not be changed and in fact we should encourage our guests to take them home.
