My travel companion and I unfortunately ran into a medical emergency during our stay in Osaka and ibis Osaka Umeda and the staff went over and above for us, ensuring we were well taken care of, from helping with luggage transfer, rebooking extra days for us, and genuinely being so kind when we were not feeling our best. The breakfasts were wonderful and we loved how much choice we had every morning. Special mention to the coffee, which was wonderful. We stayed in a king room on the 14th floor, which gave us plenty of room. The shower was roomy and the water pressure was great. In room coffee and tea were also greatly appreciated. Location was easy access to Osaka Station, which was also only one stop from Osaka-Umeda Station on the Xpress. Access to the station was just down a separate elevator. 7-11 right across the street and the cutest cat cafe directly next door. Loads of areas to explore from here.

Fast check-in, hotel is clean and everything is working well. Hot water, toilet flushing is good, aircon is nice and cold. Good housekeeping and change of towels, refills all well done.

Excellent staff. Breakfast was great and items rotated. Very efficient and helpful. Front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yusuke was especially good and patient with us. An outstanding employee.
