Pillows were nice, beds were pretty comfortable. Rooms were very small but functional. Difficult with our suitcases but we made it work. Decent variety for breakfast and the staff were kind and attentive. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the best part was, our hotel was directly connected to the metros and train stations by an elevator. It was so hidden though. We didn’t realize it existed until the last 2 days - which makes this hotel even more impressively located than I thought.

Location is convenient and can access to all transportation like JR, subway and hankyu railway via underground passage. Room is smaller than expected but well maintained. Customer Service is up to Japanese standard.
