Location was okay, not too far away from the main streets and restaurants but not close either. Room was pretty small with no room from clothes.

After travelling for 18hrs we arrived to find great check in staff, clean/tidy room and comfortable beds. After a good breakfast, including wester/japanese options and good coffee we left for our next leg of our journey to Nagano

Hotal facilities were good breakfast was average one of the staff members on the desk when we checked in was terrible we asked simple questions and he lied to us then when we came back to question him he did not want to serve us we had to deal with the other staff memebr on duty who answered the questions and help sort our room

the location is very strategy, connected directly to subway transportation district, needn't going outside.
