I was on a business trip & the location of the hotel was perfect - within walking distance to great food, shopping & also public transport. The room was comfortable with a decent-sized bed & bathroom. Standard size as per Japanese-type hotel room. Very clean as expected. Good hot breakfast in the morning. I would give it a higher score rating if the bar didn't close so early in the evening!!

Very crowded with people. Front desk was busy and staff business-like. Was offered an upgrade to room, with charge, although i had a gold accor membership which gives me free upgrade. Didn't understand that. Staff at breakfast was excellent.
