The hotel is in a really handy location near the main Osaka station, and the fact that you could access it from the underground walkway was very handy when it was raining outside. The main concourse and restaurant were fine too. However, the room was quite cramped. We were familiar with the typically small room size in Japan, but feel that the space there was could have been better utilised to provide some more space for storing luggage and clothes.

We had a wonderful stay at Ibis Osaka Umeda. The location is very convenient, the hotel is comfortable, and the service was excellent. What really made our stay special was the manager, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help arrange a birthday celebration for us. The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made the occasion truly memorable. A big thank you to the manager and the entire team at Ibis Osaka Umeda for making our stay so special.
