This was a great hotel in a great location. As with many Japanese hotels, the rooms were very compact but comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot, it was a shame they didn’t have one of those small Japanese baths. The bed was nice and comfy too. The hotel is close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Public transport options are very handy and close by too.

Decent for the price. No luggage room so be warned. Cleaning was a bit haphazard so wear room slippers. Great location though - near Osaka and Umeda stations so connectivity is great and there's loads of shopping and F&B options in the neighbourhood.

Hotel with very good location, nice rooms and the best service. I forget my credit card in the museum and the front desk personnel helped me to call the museum and to recover the cresit card. Everyone was very kind and nice, we strongly recommend the hotel.
