The signage to the hotel from the subway is not very visible. We ended up walking around the Whity underground mall for about 30 minutes before finally seeing a small sign for IBIS. It would also be helpful if the hotel had an in-house coin laundry, as we had to walk about 10–12 minutes outside to find one. The room itself was nice, but I think the amenities could be improved.

Thank you very much for your feedback and for staying with us. Our hotel can be accessed entirely through underground passages from nearby stations without going above ground. However, we understand that the signage may have been difficult to notice, Regarding laundry facilities, please note that we do not have a coin laundry on-site, but we do offer a laundry service for our guests. The room is really good , the hotel is near Umeda station ( only 8 minutes walks). all great !

Very helpfull staff when my girlfriend got sick. Spacious, clean room. Busstop just outside the hotel.
