During the check-in, we did encounter some hiccups with the booking. It was challenging, with the various language barrier and lots of back and forth with the booking promotion etc. However, I would give my greatest gratitude and respect to the team in bringing my concern to the relevant team for their attention.

The hotel is conveniently located near a major shopping area in Osaka and is well connected to other parts of the city via multiple train stations. The food quality is good, and the facilities meet a satisfactory standard. However, the room size is somewhat small.

Stayed for several nights and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The room was always spotless—housekeeping did an excellent job, keeping everything neat and fresh every time we returned. The location near Umeda Station made getting around easy, and the staff were helpful whenever needed. A dependable and pleasant stay overall.

Pleasant as always. Accessibility, breakfast, room size, housekeeping and staff were great! I just wish they provide a glass pitcher or bottle per room to be refilled. That way, we can be strict in keeping the hotels as sustainable as possible instead of encouraging guests to buy plastic water bottles for refilling.
