Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the breakfast and elevator crowds, as well as the use of paper cups due to a shortage of plates and coffee cups. We understand that waiting for the elevator and at breakfast impacts your comfort and enjoyment. To avoid crowding, we ask our guests to disperse the time to dine. However, we will consider other solutions, and add additional staff during peak times for smoother operation. Regarding dishware, our intention with paper cups was to maintain service flow and minimize delays. However, we recognize your point about sustainability and guest experience. We are expediting an order for more plates and coffee cups for breakfast. Your feedback is vital as we work to enhance both efficiency and eco‑friendliness. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you encountered at our restaurant during your stay. Please accept my sincere apologies for our restaurant staff\'s refusal to serve a children’s pasta at 8 PM without a reservation, especially when the restaurant was not at capacity. Although we do not have pasta for kids, but we can arrange our pasta menu such as serving unseasoned pasta upon request. The level of service you encountered is not reflective of our standards. I have already addressed this incident with our restaurant team and management team, to ensure our reservation and service policies are applied thoughtfully and flexibly. I’m glad to learn that your check-in and check-out experiences with our front office team were efficient, but I regret that our staff’s local recommendations fell short of your expectations. We will provide additional training so every team member can share the same warm hospitality and local knowledge you deserve. Your comments are invaluable as we continuously strive to improve.
