It was a pleasant for my 1st stay at this hotel. It would be a great stay for me if I could get an upgrade for my platinum membership.

They stay was great, the bed linen was comfy and fluffy, facilities and amenities were all modern and clean. Walking distance to the station. Only downside was the road noise from the main road.

Good short overnight stay. Fast checking. However would have liked to be recognised as gold Accor member. No room upgrade as stated on membership. It was offered after I mentioned however would have had to wait longer. Overall good stay.

12 minutes walk from Kyoto station on a quiet street. Rooms are modern with wooden flooring. Overall I would recommend this hotel if staying in Kyoto

the cleaning service was excellent. During my 6-night stay, the room was cleaned every day and always well maintained. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Thank you to the housekeeping team for their great work.
