Nice upgrade, but as a platinum member I would have thought we would have been given access to the lounge.

The hotel was clean and well-staffed. Breakfast was limited, as it was just serving machine coffee. It's not what you would expect from an upmarket hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here, well located, I walked from station so would be good to have a sign posting to say Mercure, breakfast was great and room was clean and spacious and modern thank you
