We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel pleasant and our staff lovely. However, we sincerely regret to learn that the room did not meet your expectations. We understand how important natural light and a comfortable atmosphere are, and we’re sorry that the view and lighting caused discomfort. Your comment about the carpet condition is also concerning, and we will have our housekeeping and maintenance teams look into this immediately. We also apologize for the inconvenience during breakfast due to the presence of large tour groups. We are continuously working to improve the flow and comfort of our dining area, especially during peak times. Your suggestion regarding clearer information on the Accor app about room views is valuable, and we will consider how to make such details more transparent for future guests.
