Hotel location is good just 8 to 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, beautiful decorations however, service can improve to give customers better experiences.

Hotel is located very close to Kyoto Station. Its great for trips around kyoto that needs to be done using the trains. Breakfast spread is nice as well as the restaurant pizza. Would be nice to have in room dining option. Room is clean and spacious. Our room was overlooking kyoto tower and it was fantastic. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Would recommend it

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful! They helped me settle a few issues related to my booking and room. The room was decent. It's a pity that the room's toilet area did not have enough hooks to hang clothes and towels.
