Good location to transport. Quite area and good for restaurants close by. The onsite restaurant for breakfast was very nice with a selection of Japanese and western food. The coffee was good. Handy having a microwave for guests to use. The bed was comfortable and rooms were a fair size. It was great having Netflix on the tv for those who want to watch a movie in English. We found the shower could have been a bit cleaner but the rest of the room was clean. Not all toiletries/water was replaced daily. The air conditioner had to be reset regularly. The staff at reception were lovely and helpful. There was water available to refill water bottles but not always water in it. Getting ice seemed a bit of a mission.

However, we sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry for the confusion caused at check-in. In some reservations, prepaid breakfast applies to the adults included in the booking, while children’s breakfast is charged separately depending on the reservation details and policy. We understand that this was not clear enough, especially as your children were included in the reservation, and we will review how we communicate this information more clearly to our guests.
