We booked DBB for convenience as travelling long distance, but were very disappointed by the dinner offer with only 3 options for main and the desserts being various items from breakfast menu. Also we could not get coffee machine in room to work and it leaked over our suitcase. And as the shower door did not fill the gap, when we showered the bathroom flooded. Made worse that could not then find any staff to get extra towels, was only about 9pm so surprised than reception already closed.

Been their a few time and always please with the stay

Bonjour Monsieur S., Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour suite à vos différents séjours chez nous. Nous sommes ravis de constater que vous appréciez régulièrement le confort de nos chambres ainsi que la qualité de votre expérience globale. Nous prenons également bonne note de votre remarque concernant le petit-déjeuner. Le matin de votre passage, une forte affluence a pu entraîner une rupture temporaire de certains produits en fin de service. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception et nous sommes désolés pour ce désagrément. Un renforcement de la vigilance sur le réassort et le suivi du buffet a été rappelé à l’équipe afin d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise. The hotel is very loud. There was loud music from other guests at 3AM in the night. Parties in the rooms. I did not like our stay at all. We had a terrible night. The staff didnt speak any english and even communicating with google translate was hard. In the middle of the night we switches rooms. I want my money back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

As soon as you informed us that the guests next to your room were listen loud music, our team immediately intervened to ask them to turn it down. Following your request, we also changed your room without any problem in order to ensure a quieter night. We regret that, despite these efforts, your experience was not satisfactory. .
