This hotel has all the cards: good accessible location, pool, nice rooms, good vibe, kid friendly. But it is dropping a lot of balls that could be easily fixed with good management and staff. - It was 25+ degrees in our room, when asked for a fan: yes we have them, but we don't have them for your room, tough luck! - When asked for an extra pillow: Nope, we have none. - Making a hotel restaurant reservation felt like we weren't welcome - Waiting staff made no eye contact or made us feel welcome - food was overcooked (both the salmon and steak) - I have to say, the breakfast buffet was very extensive, but when something needed a refill, staff was again horrible to interact with.

Our stay wasn’t nice at all. No air con on the room, dust everywhere. My wife had a terrible night because of an allergic reaction from the dust. If you don’t have air con, you should not advertise.

For the last 30 years I have traveled the world living in hotel. For work as an engineer for General Electric. I was gonna switch hotels for another that had air conditioning. But the staff at this hotel was so amazing.I could not leave. Especially the lady that worked the desk In the afternoons. The hold staff was simply amazing.They are the best service I've ever had. In thirty years of traveling fifteen different countries , and thousands of hotels.

One of the worst Novotel experiences for me so far. Hotel air conditioning was broken and it was too warm in the room to be able to sleep at night. There were files and insects in the room buzzing around at night. Soap dispenser had no soap. Overall very tiring experience.

Looking for flowers at 20h00? ... no problem for this great team! The manager and both bar staff brainstormed the perfect solution in minutes! Bravo!.... otherwise the hotel was everything you would expect, clean, rasy, practical... and it had a very nice pool!
