Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom and poor lighting in the bedroom. Needs plug near mirror to use own hairdryer. Hairdryer supplied in bathroom but not near mirror. Good breakfast but fresh fruit had a strange chemically taste. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and was fine. Overall ok for the price.

We stayed here for one night after an overnight drive to the channel tunnel and a visit to the Commonwealth graves in Belgium. All we wanted was a warm welcome, a good meal, a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. The hotel did not let us down! There is ample secure parking at the back of the hotel and a decent bar area for tired travelers looking for a drink while they play cards!
