Stayed for a local football match being an away team we were welcomed by staff who even put up the club logo in the foyer. Brilliant location literally a few steps away from the train station. The bar a few doors down also hosted a friendly atmosphere for pre match drinks. It was a perfect stay, bed comfty, lovely cocktails at the bar in the evening with a cute little outside area for a few drinks. Would come back thank you for a lovely stay:

Everything was good apart from the noisy building work in the restaurant in the morning but that was just unfortunate timing. Our family room for 3 was of very good size with a comfortable sofa bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good Central location. Safe carpark with EV charging point.

My booking was pay at hotel, before I arrived €750 payment was taken from my credit card, this was before my check in time, the cost of my booking was €520, I got my credit card refunded and I paid in euros, but do not understand why this was taken before check in or the value as it was €230 more than my booking. The app that I booked with states free in room mineral water, this wasn’t the case and an attempt to charge for this was made. Apart from this first impression, the location is perfect for the station, and the room was lovely. I had a problem with a toilet that would not flush and that was resolved immediately

For the amount taken on your card, you were supposed to receive an email to indicate that before th arrival we take an autorisation on the card given that we can release on the spot if you want to pay with an other card. ot by cash. The hotel was even better than it looked in the photos - much bigger than expected. Loved the film themed room and bar area. The bed was so comfortable- even the pillows which is rare in a lot of hotels. The rooms air conditioning was brilliant too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful - we loved the friendly vibe and would definitely come back!
