Good Hotel great location and decor

All was generally very good except the parking was not sign posted and is in a one way road so can take some time to arrive at it. No drinks at all in the room!! Not even tea and coffee making facilities and was not clear if the water in the bathroom was drinkable. OK there are drinks available from reception but at 3.00am in the morning to get dressed and go get one is too much.
