The hotel is in a perfect spot just off the autoroute but with a sheltered lovely garden & pool for relaxation. The bedroom had everything we could need & a very comfy bed plus the restaurant offerings were delicious. So glad we’ve finally found the right spot to prepare for the busy drive back to the Amsterdam ferry. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for one night in the Novotel Lens Noyelles. The facilities are nice, there is table soccer and a heated pool. The downside was that our room wasn't clean, there was dust on furniture like bed table and the towels didn't seem to be freshly prepared. There was a weird smell on the room, a bit dump. While we were at the pool, a marriage ceremony started in the garden so all guests had to pass right next to the pool (it was awkward for both sides). Then, we have heard the whole wedding party which took place right next to the main hall with open door. Not the standards we expect from a Novotel.

Room very poor with small fridge sitting on floor, 2 almost finished toilet rolls in bathroom, hanging rack instead of wardrobe. Breakfast crumbs under table in restaurant at dinner time. Staff were friendly, food and drink good otherwise my score would be lower.

We use ALL everywhere. I rave about how good ALL branded hotels at run Europe. This hotel was not so good. Service in the restaurant was very, very poor.
