Great hotel, great staff, great rooms, but I don’t agree with you taking a ‘holding payment the day I’m due to arrive and then asking me to pay again when I get to the hotel. You advise it doesn’t come out of my bank account, yes it does, my balance reflects it . 6 days later I’m still waiting for this payment to be returned.

The room is nice but a bit small. Clean and renovated with a nice environment. The restaurant is good with very nice food and options for all tastes. Very convenient underground parking space with very convenient location with walking distance from the centre ville and train station. Very good value for the money spent.

The hotel was easy to book online and we received regular updates on our booking and informed of parking below and with access to the hotel. This made our check-in run very smooth and the staff were very pleasant on our arrival. We arrived very early for our check-in and the staff placed our luggage in a secure area. The hotel is in a prime location situated near the train station but is not impacted by any noise from the trains and is in close proximity to the squares in Arras and many of the lovely restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent with a warm room and comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was first class but a little more structure could be added to the breakfast area allowing it to flow more smoothly - Plates, cups, and glasses in a more accessible place. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and I was surprised that bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs were also available as well as the continental breakfast. None of the food available could be faulted and set us up for the day. On our second night we ate in the hotel restaurant and the service we received was first class. Although the menu wasn’t extensive there was something for everyone and more than met our needs and came in at a reasonable price. There was nothing I could fault about this hotel.
