Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. Great parking right next to the hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Fun games area for our teenage boys to play table tennis and table football. Breakfast buffet was great and the bar looked nice although we walked 5 mins into areas to enjoy sitting in the beautiful place des Héros.

Great location to explore Arras as the surrounding area. All the staff where lovely and welcoming, and the rrestaurant was a particular highlight before for Dinner and Breakfast. There were however a few negatives, our 11yr old daughter found the sofa bed particularly uncomfortable, and the toilet in the room smelt particularly bad of stale urine.

The reception asks restaurant team were great and so friendly. There was an initial problem with our room allocation but they sorted it out very promptly. The rings were clean and comfortable and it was quiet despite being in a really good central location. We felt the cost of breakfast was high but great place to stay and stay out French holiday. Arras was beautiful!

We had a really enjoyable overnight stay at the Mercure Arras. We booked a family room, which was much more spacious than we expected. It was clean, modern, and nicely decorated, with plenty of room for all of us to relax. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Everything was well cooked, tasty, and reasonably priced, and the service was friendly throughout our meal. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and a great place to stop for the night. We’d definitely be happy to stay here again if we’re passing through the area.

Eurostar delays meant we didn’t arrive until 4am and left at 08.30am…. which as an enormous shame as the family room was excellent - great comfortable beds and a hot powerful shower is always wanted and not always received - this hotel delivered on both! This was my second time at the hotel and given the rush we were in, was gutted not to partake in its awesome breakfast. Will definitely stay again and hopefully have a longer stay!

I stayed here for one night during the Main Square festival. The room was comfortable and well accommodated. Breakfast was very good. Good AC even though it was hot. The hotel even gave gift bags for those staying during the Main Square festival. I booked on very short notice (at 2pm the same day) and had no issues, my room was ready at 3pm.

An excellent location with underground parking a bonus. The hotel was very confortable with a very good buffet breakfast. 24 hours presence at the welcome desk was a bonus as we arrived 3 hours later than expected.
