I have been here several times for work but this time something has changed. My room was smaller than usual. No slippers available No water was available in the room.

The room you have booked for your last stay was a standard room with a double bed, that is why the room was smaller. The previous rooms booked were family rooms with a double bed and a bed (or sofa). We invite you to check availabilities for the category of room you prefer next time in oder to satisfy your expectations. Concerning water, there is a fountain in each fllor, close to the lift if you need water. Slippers and Nespresso machine is available in Privilege rooms. Your feedback is very important to us, so thank you for sharing. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will have a better stay in the near future. All staff very helpful receptionist were great the restaurant a good breakfast. the parking was a bit of a challenge if you are disabled there is disabled parking but it's a bit of a of a task getting your luggage from the carpark up the lift to outside then up a ramp into the hotel then in lift again to room. Found navigating the streets a real challenge in my wheelchair the have dropped kerbs in a fashion a dropped kerb is about 3in high it's a real struggle getting about, The rooms are very dark black ceilings and very few lights.al's there but don't think the powers to be have any Idea the needs of the disabled.

We have stayed here many times. The location is excellent for Paris, or the tunnel. Very reasonably priced. Great food and great staff. Had, a great meal tonight, Clement our server was very helpful and cheerful and appreciated my appalling French !!!. So want a great hotel with great staff and food well, you know where to go
