The room was very comfortable The evening meal was just a catalogue of mistake. Wrong entre was given to us after a significant wait it was a fish main corse not the fish arache with curry sauce we had requested We eventually received the correct dish which was ok but nothing more. Our plat was then brought to us but it was the fish main we had declined earlier. We had ordered entrecôte steak. This was taken away and after a long wait the waitress brought us onglet steak not entrecôte as we had ordered. We requested the steak as a point but the onglet was well done and tough as a result and the chips were very under cooked. We complained and the restaurant manager was very understanding and handled the situation well.

Excellent stay made to feel welcome. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Car parking available if a bit tight for large modern cars. Several EV charging bays available for hotel guests.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms refurbed to a certain standard felt small details missed. Separate toilet and shower. Unfortunately toilet cubicle stank of urine. Car park absolute nightmare. Lack of directional signage. Parking bays tiny - majority of cars took up two bays. We managed to park in a bay but on return impossible to enter drivers door - had to clamber over from passenger side. Not easy when in 70’s.

We've stayed here several times before. The staff are great but the place is looking tired. Only one lift was working. There was a large party of very nice Canadians in when we were there so breakfast was a bit of a bunfight with lots of stuff not available. We had prepaid parking but our ticket wasn't accepted at the barrier.

We stayed one night as a couple with a dog. The underground parking under the hotel was easy to access and safe. The hotel kindly upgraded our room giving us some extra space which was helpful with the dog. He also loved the packet of dog biscuits reception gave him! The room was very clean and comfortable.

This was a stopover on our way to the Eurotunnel. The public areas are lovely with a good bar and restaurant. We were travelling with our small dog and one big attraction for us is that you can take your dog into the bar and restaurant. Food in the restaurant was good, as was the service. There is a secure underground car park right by the hotel. One thing I don't particularly like is the separate toilet and bathroom. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. This was our third stay and I'm sure we'll be returning at some point.

Perfect one night stop on the way back from Paris to the Calais ferry. Very clean, comfortable rooms, didn't try the restaurant though it looked excellent. Instead went for a walk and had a lovely meal in the Square a 10 minute walk away. Excellent bakery just opposite the hotel.

Clean room and great shower. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Very convenient parking with direct lift access to the hotel. Excellent breakfast with lots of high quality things to choose from. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent and reasonably priced. Finally, well located just a short stroll from the main square. We were really impressed and will definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. Great parking right next to the hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Fun games area for our teenage boys to play table tennis and table football. Breakfast buffet was great and the bar looked nice although we walked 5 mins into areas to enjoy sitting in the beautiful place des Héros.
