Great value and location for Arras Christmas Market. From the outside this hotel looks plain but it really is a gem inside. Clean, modern and very nice staff. Breakfast was incredible too - the pancake/crepe machine was a revelation!! Parking is good underground with access directly into hotel. We had two rooms although separate I think you can book interconnected rooms for families. Great place.

We have used the hotel for short stays a number of times now and it has never failed to live up to high expectations. Access and parking is easy, staff are well motivated and very helpful. The online check in process is simple and very efficient speeding up both arrival and departure. Le 58 restaurant is far better than you would expect from a hotel restaurant with a good range of dishes including local dishes and ‘ market dishes’. The staff and management of the hotel and restaurant are to commended for making our visit so calm and welcoming. We have already booked our next stay.

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms, but I don’t agree with you taking a ‘holding payment the day I’m due to arrive and then asking me to pay again when I get to the hotel. You advise it doesn’t come out of my bank account, yes it does, my balance reflects it . 6 days later I’m still waiting for this payment to be returned.

The room is nice but a bit small. Clean and renovated with a nice environment. The restaurant is good with very nice food and options for all tastes. Very convenient underground parking space with very convenient location with walking distance from the centre ville and train station. Very good value for the money spent.
