Every aspect of the hotel is perfect, it's location just on the main road into Arras, parking available, its style and furnishings are lovely, but what makes it exceptional is it's staff, everyone was very friendly, the receptionist who checked us in in the evening came in the following morning with a lovely smile - She certainly enjoys her job, this was at 7am as we had an early breakfast before setting off home. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel and room. Sad to see parking is an additional cost. This was not clear on your website. I had stayed here a few years ago and parking was free for hotel staying guests. Also, breakfast was a very limited choice, so that was disappointing. No hot food options except a boiled egg. Only one meat option. No yoghurts. This does not compare well with even an Ibis Budget hotel. :-(
