Booked for 1 night travelling through France. Good location, free parking on road in front of hotel, good breakfast. Room was well maintained and clean. Only downside was no hot drinks machine in reception which other Ibis styles have.

Family suite rooms are great, large, bathrolm had separate bath and walk in wet room style shower. Hot water in shower kept changing temperature was a small negative point. Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other IBIS Styles i have stayed at, cold mat and cheese selection wasn't quite up to expectations. Short walk into the centre of Arras. Pleasant / stylish roof top bar. Overall would stay again.

This is a brand new, ultra-modern hotel. From walking into the industrial / cinematic entrance hall to the airey, carefully-styled rooms, it felt a privilege to stay here. It was also just a short walk to the amazing centre of Arras . It's very good value and well worth a stay here!

Stayed for a night on our way back to the UK. Spacious room. Clean. Great breakfast. Ideal when travelling with dogs. Good restaurants only a 10 min walk away. Very helpful staff. Will use again.

Two night stay in Arras. Rooms comfortable and easy parking. Staff very helpful. Easy walk to Arras centre. Can also recommend the rooftop restaurant but is a separate business. Breakfast good with plenty of choice.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with good parking, and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, with a good range of options available.

We were made very welcome when we arrived. The parking was explained well to us, so that we could park our packed car safely in the shade fo 10€. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The aircon was very welcome as it was so hot. The breakfast was really good with a good choice of cold meats, cheeses, pastriesand fruit.

Comfortable and clean but poor choice for breakfast. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Unfortunately the breakfast was poor and deteriorated during our stay.

We stayed in Arras for one night as our final stopover after visiting the Cote d'Azur. Perfectly located only 1 hr from Calais and 5 min walk into the town centre. We had a fabulous welcome by Kevin, the hotel was bright, cool and funky and have everything we needed. Comfortable & stylish rooms and great shower. I’d definitely recommend!
