the reception executive were not co-operative. It was snowing and we had a car on us, we were not helped with any parking (I was aware that hotel doesnt have a parking of its own, yet some assistance was expected). In fact, no one assisted us with the check-in properly. The next day when we went for breakfast (which was included in our booking package), we were denied breakfast as they said no breakfast was included. It was only once we showed them the booking on Accor app which confirmed that breakfast was already paid for, that they allowed us to have breakfast. We were absolutely dissatisfied with the entire stay at this property.

1. Room Cleanliness Housekeeping is not performed to an adequate standard. In both the initial room and the one I was moved to, the bathroom countertops were covered with white stains that appear to be the result of improper cleaning rather than the natural pattern of the material. This creates a very unpleasant first impression. Additionally, items from previous guests (socks) were found under the bed/furniture, indicating that cleaning is only superficial. 2. Lack of Hot Water One evening, hot water was completely unavailable throughout the hotel, and I was unable to take a shower. The reception staff could not offer any solution. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. 3. Security Concern During my absence, a staff member entered the room to deliver a complimentary item. However, upon leaving, the door was not properly closed and remained slightly open. This created a risk of unauthorized access to my personal belongings and documents, which is a serious security issue. 4. Sound Insulation The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. I could clearly hear conversations, TV noise, and other private sounds from neighboring rooms and the corridor. As a result, I was unable to fall asleep until late at night. Despite its attractive appearance, the hotel suffers from significant issues in management, service, and basic quality standards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and am unlikely to stay here again.

We also deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the temporary hot water issue. Although this was a technical problem that affected the building, we understand how frustrating it must have been and we are sorry that a more immediate solution could not be offered at the time. Regarding the security concern, we take this matter extremely seriously. A door being left improperly closed is not in line with our procedures, and we sincerely apologize for the stress this may have caused. This issue has been addressed with the team to prevent any recurrence. We are equally sorry that the sound insulation impacted your comfort and rest. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas where improvement is necessary. It is truly disappointing to read that we left you with such an impression, as providing a safe, clean and comfortable stay is our top priority.
