I love cozy atmosphere and perfect location of this hotel, so I can easily explore the city and feel right at home at the same time. It is not my first stay at this hotel and I’d definitely come back again!

Sent this directly to hotel email a week ago but there was no response there were a few issues at reception that I think could benefit from additional training and process refinement. At check-in, although there was no queue, the process took about 15–20 minutes due to delays connecting the payment terminal to the system (not with the payment itself, but with the terminal integration). It felt longer than expected for a smooth arrival. My main feedback relates to the handling of Accor membership benefits. The receptionist, despite being positioned at the “Members” desk, seemed unaware of the benefits and didn’t mention the welcome drink. I had to follow up myself, and only later in the evening did I receive clear guidance from a more senior team member, who quickly and helpfully explained that the welcome drink is available via the app. Additionally, I arranged a 3 PM late check-out during that same conversation, which was confirmed. However, the next day at 2 PM, I received a polite call and WhatsApp message saying check-out had been at 12. I had to rush back to pack. When I arrived, my key didn’t work, and I had to ask for it to be reactivated. A different team member from the back office stepped in with a smile, checked the system, confirmed my membership and late check-out, and resolved everything smoothly . It seems more like a need for better internal coordination and support, particularly at the front desk.

Reception team are very welcoming and polite they did all what they can do to ensure i get the upgrade i asked for. Room is clean and the view with the balcony is really nice.
