Wonderful reception and your house keeping staff amazing. There was one exceptional friendly welcoming bar staff otherwise your staff are quite stoic and come across unfriendly which makes for an uncomfortable experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercury Hotel. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful and stylish interior that makes you feel comfortable right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent — convenient for exploring the city while still feeling calm and cozy. We also really loved the views from the window, especially in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay in Tbilisi, and we would happily come back again.
