everything was ok, except for one night there were smell from the toilet. and also ventilation is not working powerful enough, so it is hard to breath sometimes

I am very positive about my stay in Mercure Philharmonic Tbilisi. The room was very clean and I highly value the efforts of the personnnel to keep it like that. Bottled water, tea and coffee capsules were resupplied everyday during the whole stay (though seems obvious, it rarely happens in another hotels). Top grade room service. The room itself was spacious and bright (but you have to live high enough to have panoramic windows and deluxe type of room. Though it faced lively Melikishvili street, the soundproofing is good enough not to bother about it. I liked the breakfast, too. Everything was up to my taste, we could order scrambled eggs ala carte, if they were not available as standard meal. Good selection of bakeries, too. Good coffee machine. Nothing to complain about at all. Receptionists were polite and responsive, I can also recommend taxi transfer to the airport, ordered in hotel, too. The car was comfortable, the driver was polite and cheerful. Thank You very much for a pleasant stay!
