We had a very comfortable 2-night stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient - a lot of restaurants and pubs around, we walked to Christmas market and also walked to the concert venue. Staff is very friendly and professional, special thanks to Niki with perfect check-in. Will definitely come back.

Dear Accor / Mercure Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your Mercure Hotel and to request appropriate compensation for the unsatisfactory experience I encountered. Due to the poor conditions of the hotel, I was forced to check out one day earlier than planned. Unfortunately, no effort was made by the reception team to resolve the issues or to initiate a refund, despite my concerns being raised during my stay. While the hotel location was convenient, several major issues significantly affected my comfort, including: • A persistent and unpleasant smell in the room • Excessive heat with no effective solution provided • A long delay in room readiness, as I had to wait until 4:00 PM to receive the room Given the lack of solutions and the overall poor experience, I had no choice but to shorten my stay. I kindly request that Accor / Mercure management review this matter and provide either a full refund for the unused night or suitable compensation in the form of Accor reward points, as a gesture of goodwill and acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I have always trusted the Accor brand and hope this situation can be handled in a way that restores my confidence in your service standards. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution.
