The rooms feel a bit stuffy when you walk in even though they are non smoking. Also I understand the no plastic principle but the way the glasses are placed ends up making them dusty

Our no-plastic initiative is very important to us, but guest comfort and cleanliness always come first, so we will look into improving how glassware is stored to avoid dust.
