Staff are so rude and bored. They deliver 0 customer service. I don’t know where they were trained but they should definitely not work in hospitality. At check in the front desk person was so unbothered almost annoyed having to deal with customers checking in during the night. Then on another occasion the security guy came to tell me that I couldn’t lay on the sofa that was in the reception, although it was specifically shaped so that you could lay on it for a brief moment waiting for my taxi. And the cherry on the cake was when me and my friend both got individually chased to make payment right there and then. My understanding is that payment needs to be requested either at check in or at check out, not during the stay. And it felt like a manhunt being stopped as soon as I left the elevator to ask me to pay now. What a disgrace, maybe they thought I was a thief. I would never stay here again not recommend it to anyone. General manager needs to step up his game, he was largely absent. I don’t know how or why Mercure and Accor let this property operate under their brand because it’s clearly hurting brand equity and as a ALL Accor member I will think carefully before booking a hotel that is related to the group.

the reception executive were not co-operative. It was snowing and we had a car on us, we were not helped with any parking (I was aware that hotel doesnt have a parking of its own, yet some assistance was expected). In fact, no one assisted us with the check-in properly. The next day when we went for breakfast (which was included in our booking package), we were denied breakfast as they said no breakfast was included. It was only once we showed them the booking on Accor app which confirmed that breakfast was already paid for, that they allowed us to have breakfast. We were absolutely dissatisfied with the entire stay at this property.
