I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic hotel was outstanding. The staff members at this hotel were very professional, and extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. The receptionists were very welcoming, kind, and cheerful. The rooms were immaculate, very cozy, and comfortable. I enjoyed the overall services that this hotel provides. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Its location is accessible by all public transportation. Furthermore, it is very close to most major attractions of the city. Special thanks to the front desk team. Their kindness, and warm hospitality made my stay very unique and memorable. Tremendous thanks to Mariam, Magda, Tamar, Luka, Nika, Saba, and Giorgi for their professionalism, and wonderful service. An honorable mention to a special member of the security team Gogi who made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend visiting this hotel and will most certainly come back.

The hotel’s location was convenient, offering good access to tourist attractions. We stayed in a standard 22-square-meter room on the third floor. While the room was clean and well-maintained, the windows were positioned near the ceiling, allowing only a view of the sky and nearby trees, which might be disappointing for those expecting a full view. Additionally, the windows were not soundproof, so street noise could be heard inside the room, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Room amenities were adequate, but basic items like toothbrushes and shaving kits were not provided unless requested. There was a good-quality iron and hairdryer available in the room. However, the absence of a bidet or hose in the bathroom might be a drawback for some travelers. The breakfast was of good quality with decent variety, though it could have included more options. The restaurant itself was small, and the constant streaming of local music videos on the TVs created an atmosphere that felt out of place for breakfast. Unfortunately, service could have been better. Requests made through the hotel app were often ignored. For example, on the first day, a request for bathrobe was not fulfilled, and on the second day, despite asking for fresh bed linens, they were not changed. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, such as location and cleanliness, better attention to guest requests, and improvements in breakfast ambiance would enhance the experience.

everything was ok, except for one night there were smell from the toilet. and also ventilation is not working powerful enough, so it is hard to breath sometimes
