The room and the view was outstanding to me. The cleanliness is 100%. All my requests were delivered ASAP. Unfortunately I only stay one night before leaving early, so I could not enjoy the facilities and the restaurants but I am sure they are all amazing.

Disappointed with bar reception on the ground floor as bar attendant was not interested to serve any drinks even at 9.30pm indicating bar is shut. He was extremely non customer oriented and somewhat rude! We had friends coming over to join us for drinks and could not go up to the bar on the 37th as it was full. Why is the ground floor reception bar not able to operate? Even if the machine is shut, he can still Offer to order drinks from the 37th floor and serve us or find ways to accommodate. No initiative and no idea of customer service.

We loved the location and building itself, you can have a nice walk around and there is a good choice of local food and markets. We liked the view to Tbilisi, excellent service and food during breakfast and dinner. Kind and friendly staff starting from reservations, reception desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff and to management. Highly recommended!
