Everything was very good. When it started to rain, I got a hotel umbrella. It was well explained about taxis, Tbilisi city buses. The only thing that was not very good was that there were too few lifts in the hotel and I had to wait for a long time. When you are in a hurry to get to a meeting, it is a bit of a nuisance.

we have a business meeting for four days. however, the facility is fantastic and the staff is great. one of the good things that i liked the most is having staff who speak Arabic at the restaurant. the location was great. it was surrounded by many stores that have everything you need

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was that the fire alarm went off twice due to other guests smoking, but this didn’t detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
