As always staying in Pullman in Tbilisi was a pleasure. The room on the 32rd floor was beautiful and the view over the city amazing. Pullman has a very big and modern gym and the spa with different saunas and the big pool are great to spend some time.

Breakfast buffet was quite poor - staff that didnt speak basic english, no refilling of dishes, broken toasters, no care of experience and extremely average food. Wish I never booked this property due to bad food and even worse service and staff

I am happy to have been upgraded to a junior suite. However the room could be more tidy. There were stains and dust here and there. The reception people had to be called multiple times for housekeeping and my TV too never worked for more than 24hrs. The phone in the room never worked and there was a WhatsApp number provided for contacting reception. The people at reception could have been more prompt at settling concerns. The lighting on the floors is very dark and uncomfortable. The breakfast menu seems little and many of the staff were not really receiving. They were gloomy. The hotel itself is slightly far away from attractions and you will get stuck in traffic...this is no fault of the hotel but just a note to those who read my review. My stay in Tbilisi was for 5 nights, 2 nights were with Swissotel who gave me a much much better experience than my 3 nights at Pullman. Considering my previous stays with Pullman at Singapore, Paris, this was way below their usual services. Kindly consider this as an honest review of a guest.
