Poor service and facilities

The water in the shower were not hot enough and it too you a long time to fix. I asked for an additional coffee capsules and a bottle of water which too you more then an hour to deliver after 5 calls to the reception and for the last call you haven't answer.

The staff were nice but the room was extremely uncomfortable with bad smell (very bad smell from the bathroom) I have not seen a good effort from evening team to solve the issue Thank you
