Room is nice. However, no phone for 5 months. Elevators were not working properly. Towels were ripped. Room cleaning is in late afternoon. Lobby staff are nice, but you need to rely on WhatsApp.

Although the stay was ok, but we faced few issues. The parking which is included is unorganized. We were able to enter parking first time in 45 minutes as the bus blocked and there was no move at all. The room was ok but heating was not working and we were freezing for two nights until they fix partly when the heating was on high and the remote was not able to adjust temperature, at least we were not freezing. The pool was good but it was freezing as the heating was poor. Water was ok but the air temperature was low, especially near the windows. It was ok stay but we did not have impression that we are in 5 star hotel. I would think twice to come back to this hotel

1. Hotel's phones not working which is fine. It can happen and the whatsapp system they created should have been solving this problem if managed by proffesionals of course. This wasn't the case. If anybody from the hotel is interested to see the whatsapp communication with their staff using it I can share for sure. Generally speaking I wanted my delivery which was left by my driver at the reception to be delivered to my room at 9am in the morning by asking some sparkling water, still water and a cup of coffee. By 10am I neither had my bag nor the room service order delivered. When I went down at 10am by myself there was a brown curly hair man at the reception who didn't even said sorry one time and was talking to me rudely. 2. Second day I left a laundry at 10am. The paper says if before 11am delivery same day before 20:00. At the evening I saw my delivery was not in my room. Went down to ask. A lady said it's partly ready. can send whatever ready now and the rest will only come the next day. When I asked why and how it's possible she asked me to speak to the manager. The manager one young man came. He couldn't answer how it's possible the delivery can't be made on time as stated in the paper. I told I could have a flight earlier and what will happen in this case? I also insisted on the delivery should be made before 9am next morning because I have not other clothes than those and I have to go to a formal meeting. During the talk he was twice telling me by the way your room credit is reached and you have to make a payment which I didn't understand the relation in between our conversation. When I said to him will you not deliver my clothes if I don't make a payment and he said yes???. Anyway this guy at the end understood his mistake and when I came down again with my credit card he deeply apologised and confirmed my delivery will be there at 08:45 next day. Next morning waited until 08:55 and nothing was delivered. I had to wear my dirty clothes from the previous day and go to a formal meeting with government with jeans. No one excused me in person except some whatsapp messages. I have been staying in this hotel in every trip of mine to Tbilisi. I am a Diamond member in accor and ambassador elite member in Marriot which means staying 250+ nights at hotels in a year. Haven't faced with such an attitude and sad to say I will never ever stay in this hotel again.

We had a two-night stay at Pullman in their Junior Suite. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The view was beautiful—whether during the day, at night, or while having breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and they gave us a cake and sparkling wine, which was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. I would have rated our stay a 10 if all the breakfast staff had been friendlier. Malika and another host the following day were super friendly and accommodating, but some of the others were not. Overall, it was just a small issue, and everything else about our stay was very nice.
