The smart double room was spacious and light and as it was a corner room it had windows on two sides. There were good blackout blinds on the windows. The location was quiet and had easy access to shops, restaurants and the centre of the city. 24 hour desk staff were friendly and capable. The small garden was a nice retreat on summer evenings. Unfortunately the wifi was very poor and this also impacted TV viewing. Also unfortunately for us, we had booked two months ahead using the Accor app and we were locked into a more expensive price than the advertised price on arrival.

I chose this hotel not to save money but because it was situated across the road from an authentic Georgian restaurant 'Maspind Zelo''. From arranging my transfer from the airport, my stay throughout to ensuring I got back safely and on time to the airport I cannot find any fault and in fact The General Manager Ludmila Schukina has maintained the high Accor standards that I have experienced from the group over the past 25 years across the world.

The hotel was very nicely located, it was near a lot of shops and close to the Giant bicycle monument. Breakfast was not bad, good option for vegetarian and I thoroughly enjoyed the Georgian pastries. Wifi was ok but slow at times. It was my first time in Tbilisi and I was worried I would be too far away from the center but there was plenty to do in that area. I haven't tried but there's a halal Iraqi restaurant that is 2 mins away by walking.

Good central location, nice street with bars and more/ 15 min walk to the national museums and opera. small room, no electric pot or mineral water/ one can by at the reception Borjomi=5 lari. There is court yard with tables and chairs/ Normal price, Forgot my phone when checked out, can not get in touch with reception/
