I would only complain about changing the bed sheet every time they clean the toilet and change the towels. this wasn't the case in our stay thus time unfraternally.

Please allow us to clarify that bed linen is normally changed according to brand standards once per 3 nights or upon guest request submitted to our reception team. And as per sustainable commitments and in-room communication towels are replaced when placed on the floor. We also thank you for your remarks about the breakfast, especially the boiled eggs. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve both preparation and quality to better meet guest expectations. In all channels, but ALL channels, the broadcast doesn't last for more than 2 minutes without being buffered. Maybe it's due to a low bandwidth but it's impossible to watch TV.

We also understand your frustration regarding the self check-in via the ALL App. While the app allows guests to pre-fill details and speed up the process, identity verification and key issuance still require a short stop at the reception, in line with local regulations and security procedures. Staff are helpful and the hotel is well located, rooms are clean on arrival. However the WiFi is extremely unreliable and the TV in the room did not work at all due to the poor signal. Also cleaners seemed to leave their personal snack wrappers behind in the toilet and put dirty towels on top of clean ones
