The location is perfect. Close to old town and walking distance to most attractions. The breakfast was good, but could be better. Rooms were small, but that was okay because spend most of the day out. I used the laundry service, but they did not replace the laundry bag for the next service. An iron box in the room would be idle, but they did deliver one when I asked and took it back quickly.

It's my second stay at this hotel. Service and breakfast is still on a high level. I for sure will come again. But their late-check-out policy obviously needs to be reviewed (arriving at 4:30am and being asked to come down at noon to ask for a late check-out doesn't really make sense).

I arrived as usual on a business trip, and when I received the suite I had booked the evening I arrived, I put my suitcase in the room and went out to a meeting. When I returned around midnight, I noticed that the entire hall was soaked with water on the carpets. Unfortunately, the hotel could not change me to a suitable room at midnight.
