Sink and mirror are not in bathroom. Toilet and bathroom are not together , it is very strange and sink and mirror are separated. Also, there is no closet for clothes. Room is very nice but not functional as expected.

The hotel is excellent. Located right in the center, surrounded by many restaurants and pubs. The staff is lovely and always helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were great and clean. Definitely worth a stay.

There was no service at the hotel. Everything you need you should pickup from the desk. There wasn’t mini bar in the family room with balcony, but the fridge had a sign about complementary beverages. The bed was comfortable. In the terrace was too hot and there wasn’t any umbrella or other cover.

The hotel’s location is definitely one of its biggest advantages, along with the buffet breakfast, which offered a decent variety and the welcoming & helpful staff. However, the room experience could have been better. The electrical sockets were not functioning properly, and there were recurring issues with the replenishment of room supplies. Items often had to be specifically requested instead of being restocked as part of the regular daily housekeeping. Overall, the hotel has some strong positives, but there is room for improvement when it comes to room maintenance and housekeeping.

Overall, we had a very good experience. The service was excellent, and the place felt safe and comfortable for families. All the staff were professional, friendly, and provided great service throughout our stay. A special mention for the thoughtful gesture of arranging a birthday cake for my wife as a surprise. Right in the middle of the old town- everything was in walking distance. The breakfast was also fantastic (although not included). Service was really friendly, except for the shuttle driver that seemed bothered by having to shuttle us… but everything else was great!

The team was very nice to me, the room was very nice for remote-work for me. Around the hotel there is a lot of restaurants, and places to hangout, it's 5 minute walk from the mall. It's perfect hotel when you visit Tbilisi
