The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is reasonably priced, the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and the shower heads are in desperate need of some vinegar. Overall it was a nice stay right next to Freedom Square.

The location is perfect with the main downtown area just in reach, and lots of dining options. However room sizes are small, breakfast is expensive, and not enough TV channel options for foreigners. A much appreciated children's play area in the lobby and free coffee.

We got a very nice upgrade to a suite, really appreciated. The room was pretty big with an amazing view, even though not so well divided (bathroom door opens right to the bed), and the bed was too small. The AC either didn't work properly, or the isolation of the room isn't the best. It was cold at the room most of the time (it was 2 degrees outside). The WIFI was pretty good and stable. The location is the best virtue of the hotel - right in the city center, close to everything. We walked everywhere and didn't use pubic transport during our 5 days stay. Service wasn't warm nor friendly. We wanted to use our welcome drinks at the restaurant (the food was very good), and the waitress didn't know how to do it, so she asked to take a picture of the vouchers, plus of my member card with all the data (she can basically enter my account now). I've never encountered such procedure. Overall, we would absolutely stay again.
