There was dust everywhere in the restaurant area— next to the coffee machines, on the shelves, and in the game zone. The game zone itself was unsafe; a child could easily fall to the first floor. However, the room was clean and the reception staff were good. The restaurant service on the first day was very poor. Staff were eating at the bar in front of guests and didn’t notice or attend to us. The next day, when the manager was present, the service improved greatly. Overall, the hotel used to be better.
