This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel for an extended period and on New Year's we will stay for the third time. Modern hotel, very clean, spacious, in a safe area, excellent staff, close to transportation that brings you easily and quickly anywhere in Tbilisi. 15 minutes to Liberty Square, 3 metro stops, 2 train stops. Excellent breakfast, varied bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas, courteous and professional service. And the price, crazy cheap.. less than half of hotels in the old city. The hotel staff is stunning.. kind, friendly, professional and very attentive

Request for Compensation for Room Discrepancy

Dear IBIS Team, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. Due to my demanding work schedule, I periodically need to stay at your hotel, and last night, after a 12-hour flight, I booked a premium room. Upon arrival at the reception, I was informed of a technical problem with the room, and I was promised a better, larger room as a substitute. Given my exhaustion, I accepted this without much concern. However, it turned out that the room provided was a specially adapted room for wheelchair users, which I understand is often available when other premium rooms are overbooked. While I accepted this inconvenience, my experience became significantly worse upon using the bathroom. I have attached images that show the state of the bathroom, which included a broken faucet, unsanitary conditions, and a pipe that kept falling off when using the shower. To be completely honest, the loud noise of the falling pipe startled me so much that I thought something had exploded. Given the significant discrepancy between the premium room I had booked and the state of the room I was given, I kindly request compensation for the difference in price and the inconvenience I experienced during my stay. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

As you already mentioned, you were given an upgraded, bigger room category, and the only difference for specially adapted room is bigger bathroom and alarm bottoms. We checked your room after your check out and no issues were found there.
