TV does not work. The shampoo bottle is not possible to use and staff could not fix it

What was supposed to be a 5-day stay turned into an amazing 16-day experience! The place is beautiful, very comfortable, and truly pet-friendly, which made our stay even more special. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going the extra mile to make everything easy and enjoyable for us. A big thank you to the talented chefs, Tamara and Khatuna, for the delicious food. We also want to appreciate the fantastic F&B team—especially Victoria, Olik, and Alex—who were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home. Special thanks as well to the General Manager, Ms. Diana, for being so accommodating, and to Ms. Victoria for her support throughout our stay. To the entire team (even those we couldn’t name), thank you for making our stay smooth, fun, and truly memorable. We will definitely be back!

Upon arrival I had to wait on desk a bit long while no one appeared, I noticed in back office open door staff were hanging out in phones, one girl noticed me and she came out immediately , once I expressed dissatisfaction she advised me there is phone number on entrance door and this case when no one is on desk I had to call on this number, on which I replied it doesn't sound so flexible and helpful. She expressed empathy that I was on rush to check in and sleepless, offered me bottle of water, in a short time enrolled me in Accor system for guests. Staff are helpful however I felt there is lack of management on service overall, Didn't noticed any manager on duty around. Rooms are well enough equipped, water pressure is low, carpets has stains.
