We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed for the entire stay. Upon check-in, we discovered faulty equipment in our room (the bathroom mirror was unlit, and the spotlight was insufficient, leaving the bathroom dark; the sink's locking mechanism was malfunctioning, preventing proper drainage; and the air conditioning was only cooling, which was unlogic for late October). We weren't offered a different room, and some of the issues were never resolved, while others were offered alternative solutions. However, we have no complaints about the room cleaning or the overall responsiveness of the staff.
