Nice rooms with a trendy, quirky interior design. Very good location for walking to the nearby attractions, meidann bazaar and tons of restaurants and shops around. The staff was good and the check-in process was smooth as well. Would recommend staying here!

The registration at the desk, overall service is unprofessional. I had to stay for an hour just to register. Room wasn't clean the other day.

We also offer a range of room categories at different price points to suit different needs. We are pleased to note that your check-in was handled efficiently and completed without delay. The delay you experienced on your second day was related to a separate reservation made for a different room category, which required a room change. As we were unable to reach you in advance to coordinate this adjustment, our team addressed the arrangements upon your return to the reception desk. At that time, there were multiple guests being assisted, which resulted in a short wait. Our team did their best to present all available options and accommodate your request as efficiently as possible. We take your feedback seriously and will ensure that our reception team is further strengthened and continuously trained to provide faster and more efficient service, particularly during busy periods.
