Location is superb. After a long journey with some unpleasant experience at the airport, the hotel has flipped my mind into something positive. All the receptionists were super friendly and helpful. They have also upgraded my room due to my gold membership. The housekeeping girls were also very sweet.

Location, and the over all team is okay. But when I come to gold member benefits, it was not good.. I asked "welcome drink" after some discussions the lady in the bar told me I can take only a glass of wine or glass of limonate! but I asked a beer or limonate in the bottle! and she refused. But in all the rest accor hotels it is possible but in the Ibis Old City Georgia, it was not possible... Why I am a member of loyality card of accor hotel? why I am resting in this hotel? to discuss for a bottle of beer? it was a big shame!

We were very late for three nights check-in - no problem, very quick done. According to the gold member benefits the room was upgraded, the beautiful view from the balcony is really beautiful. There is a lot of place there even to sit with friends. As for location - old center is close to the hotel, liberty square with subway station and many busses also not so far. No problem also to find quickly a good restaurant. Many currency exchange offices around. Good breakfast - we have all what we need. Most of the bathroom furniture installed according accor brand book - very good. Special thanks for quick reactions and bonus "face of Georgia water" Borjomi to general manager Ketevan Lortkipanidze.
