I'm really appreciated they provided me an early check in. There's a free tea-coffee station in the lobby, unfortunately, I learnt this information upon the check out only. Cosy room and comfortable bed along with a nice view on Old Tbilisi were fairly cool after long traveling. Lady's room in the lobby with password which is a bit weird. Slippers weren't in the room but they provided us when we asked.

Location is superb. After a long journey with some unpleasant experience at the airport, the hotel has flipped my mind into something positive. All the receptionists were super friendly and helpful. They have also upgraded my room due to my gold membership. The housekeeping girls were also very sweet.
