reception was magnificent. polite and quick. Hotel room feel fresh. my wife was really happy with the special arrangement. location wise in the center of old tbilisi. convenient, but not in the noisy area. will reccomend to friends

We had a wonderful time. Room with balcony was perfect. Sitting outside listening and watching the old town come to life was magical whilst drinking great coffee.

An enjoyable stay but the property being presumably quite new had a few small things still to iron out. Firstly on arrival, the Accor app indicated that I had already paid but I was asked to pay again at reception. I checked my banking app and had in fact not been charged before but it still should be a bit better set up. I also bought a coffee in the hotel bar, and when I tried to redeem my welcome drink for it I was told that was "only for beer and wine". I ended up paying as I didn't want to push the point, but later checked and the app does indicate that tea, coffee, and other soft drinks are included in the welcome drink. The room itself was nice however sound insulation from the street was poor and I was woken many times in the night as I had been given a room on the lowest level, it is a bit of a shame when accor preferences for higher floors can't be met especially with platinum status but otherwise the stay was enjoyable hence a score of 8/10.
