I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The hotel is quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent with easy access to many places. The cleanliness was generally good, but I believe there is room for improvement. During my stay, housekeeping mainly made the bed and provided basic service, while deeper cleaning seemed to be missing. The highlight of my stay was the reception team, especially Keto, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a great impression and added to the overall experience. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider returning in the future.
