Supportive Staff, But Disappointing First Night Experience

While there were some positive aspects, the experience was marred by a few significant issues. On the positive side, the staff was very supportive and accommodating. They were prompt in addressing our concerns, especially when we faced a major issue during the first night. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t start on a good note. We arrived late after a tiring 6–6.5-hour flight, only to find that our suite had a strong, unpleasant smell. Initially, we hoped it would dissipate with the air conditioner running, but it only got worse. This forced us to request a room change at around 3 AM, which was quite inconvenient given how exhausted we were. It disrupted our much-needed rest and made us miss out on enjoying the breakfast the next morning. We also ended up losing precious time that we had planned to use for excursions. Additionally, the suite sizes were not as spacious as expected, which added to the underwhelming experience. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts to assist us, I feel that the inconvenience caused warrants compensation. I would greatly appreciate it if a refund for at least one night could be considered as a goodwill gesture. Overall, the supportive staff deserves credit, but these issues unfortunately impacted our stay.

Well located, good rooms

Really loved that the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was 7/10, too many types of breads instead of actual breakfast options. Front desk was REALLY helpful and always welcoming, Miriam really took care of us throughout our stay. Housekeeping is non-existent, all they did was make my bed, changed the towels, empty the bins. There was 0 cleaning being done. They really need to up their housekeeping.
