I have known Novotel for so long. I am used to staying there in Brazil. However, in Tbilisi, I had some issues: no tap water in my bathroom, the AC didn't work, the phone to contact the reception didn't work, and the breakfast was from the "à la carte" option, not a buffet. I contacted the reception to understand the reason, and they didn't even know that. I had a good stay, but all these issues could have been avoided.

Everything was perfect exacp the lot of very loud ind@@ns at the breakfast. And noone told them to stop yelling cause they are not alone there.

The check-in went smooth, both girls in the reception was welcoming and friendly. The overall property relatively new and well maintained. Breakfast experience was disappointing, from staff's attitude point of view.

Every day when I went up for breakfast, I was told that today I had to choose from the menu. When I have chosen avocado toast from the menu, I was told that now is not avocado season. Maximum you could get for breakfast there is a cup of coffee and a few egs, waiting time was 30 min. I don't understand why they charged me for breakfast if it doesn't actually exist.
