However, we sincerely regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the swimming pool. We understand your disappointment, especially as the pool was one of the main reasons you chose our hotel. Please allow us to clarify that our outdoor pool is scheduled to operate seasonally from 15 May until 15 September. However, as it is an outdoor facility, its operation remains subject to weather conditions. For the safety and security of our guests, the pool may be temporarily closed when weather conditions are not suitable, even during the operating season. That said, we fully understand your concern regarding the lack of communication about the pool's availability prior to your arrival. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review how we communicate such information to ensure our guests can make informed decisions before their stay. We would also like to apologise for your disappointment regarding the recognition of your ALL membership.
