Clean, basic, nice rooms. All the staff (front desk, bar, restaurant) was super courteous making the stay extremely comfortable!

The hotel is average and suitable for a short stay of 1-2 nights. As a Silver member and with my husband being a Gold member of Accor, we did not receive any recognition, such as a welcome note in the room or a complimentary upgrade, which we usually experience at other Accor hotels. There was ongoing construction next to the hotel, and our room faced that side, resulting in constant noise during the day. There were no vegetarian breakfast options at hotel as well. Overall, it was a rather average experience, and there are likely better hotel options in Tbilisi.

Good stay and very centrally located hotel. The only thing I felt that could be considered is having your kitchen and room service open till atleast 12:00 am because we arrived from Batumi at around 10pm after a long journey and requested the hotel if they could prepare us a small dinner which they completely denied us of. They said the kitchen closes at 10pm and we requested this at 10:15 pm. On the card at the reception it was clearly mentioned that room service is till 11pm but despite that we did not get anything to eat. The hotel was great but this could be considered especially for people who are flying in late night or traveling from other places. I had to order something on wolt instead.
