The hotel is new and is in a good location. My room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. My disappointment with my stay was that the pool was not available. The only reason I booked this hotel is because there is a pool and there are not many in Tbilisi. It was empty! I did speak to reception about my disappointment and one of the reasons I was given was because of the weather. The pool is supposed to be heated. The disappointment is that there was no communication whatsoever that the pool was not available, I could and would have stayed somewhere else which would have saved me some money. I spent approximately £100 more than I needed too!

However, we sincerely regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the swimming pool. We understand your disappointment, especially as the pool was one of the main reasons you chose our hotel. Please allow us to clarify that our outdoor pool is scheduled to operate seasonally from 15 May until 15 September. However, as it is an outdoor facility, its operation remains subject to weather conditions. For the safety and security of our guests, the pool may be temporarily closed when weather conditions are not suitable, even during the operating season. That said, we fully understand your concern regarding the lack of communication about the pool's availability prior to your arrival. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review how we communicate such information to ensure our guests can make informed decisions before their stay. We would also like to apologise for your disappointment regarding the recognition of your ALL membership. As a valued member of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program, you should feel acknowledged during your stay, and we regret that this was not your experience. I booked two rooms on a family rate. When booking, since I'm an AllAccor Gold member, I requested early check-in. Upon arriving at the hotel around 7:00 AM, reception informed me that only one room was ready, and the second room, which was connected to ours, wasn't ready not because it was occupied but because it hadn't been cleaned. The second room wasn't ready until 10:00 AM, and the four of us, including the children, spent three hours in one room, trying to fit into the beds. Breakfast. Breakfast wasn't included in the accommodation package, and I paid an extra $90 for both days for breakfast. Upon arriving for breakfast, about an hour and a half before it ended, we discovered that all the food trays were almost empty, and the remaining food, which should have been hot, was cold. We spent about 20 minutes at breakfast, and the staff didn't replace a single dish. Moreover, when I ordered a cappuccino, I was told I had to pay extra for it. Where is it ever seen that you have to pay extra for coffee at a paid breakfast?! I've never encountered this at any Novotel. They offered me filter coffee, but they ran out of that too. Furthermore, we had to set our own table; there were no napkins or utensils on the tables. After this "breakfast," I demanded a refund at reception. The hotel only gave me a refund within one day. Overall, we were expecting Georgian hospitality combined with Accor quality, but we didn't get it. The staff, especially in the restaurant, is indifferent to guests. On the positive side, the location is good, the hotel is new, and the rooms are clean. However, in my experience, the hotel doesn't live up to the standard of a Novotel, especially the staff.

The location was Great! The room was very clean with Great decoration, comfortable king bed, Spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! Also there was free Wi-Fi in all the hotel premises. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!
