Romantic view from the room to the main cathedral and area around (top floor room). Metro station and busses in only 3 minutes walk - very comfortable. Good amount of different types drinks can be chosen for free according to the gold member Accor loyalty program. Nice view restaurant on the top floor.

Had great stay. It’s located very close to metro station which is main pick up for tours. Hotel is very modern and kept clean. Staff speaks English very well and are friendly. Breakfast is top notch with great views. Only issue was sound proofing is not the best, so can hear neighbouring rooms sometimes. But overall very lovely stay!

I recently spent six nights at the Novotel Tbilisi City Center. While the stay was comfortable, it was the wonderful team that truly defined my experience. The rooms were good and maybe just like any other accor property. Since I had the only suite, my room naturally became the center of activity for my group of friends to hang out at night. It often looked like a "dumpster" by morning, but Mariam from the housekeeping kept the room sparkling clean every single day despite the mess we left behind. Her attention to detail was exceptional. The front office team especially Vako, Lizzy(i) and the gentleman with spectacles(he helped me with a late checkout on the 9th of Jan) were amazing. They were professional, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. In the restaurant, Niu, with her cheerful smile brightened up my mornings. It’s rare to find a team where everyone is so consistently good at their jobs. The only significant downside was the breakfast. As a vegetarian, the options were scant and minimal. It was a bit of a let down to have such limited variety each morning, and I would love to see the hotel expand its vegetarian offerings. What could have been a ordinary stay turned into a truly memorable one because of the people mentioned above. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. If you value great service, this is the place to stay in Tbilisi!
