Generally, the experience is positive; however, the reservation personnel is not guest-friendly enough. Additionally, there is a horrible smell in the toilets on floor 4, perhaps due to the construction mistake related to ventilation

No bellman to handle the luggage , the body lotion was ran out for the 1st 4 days of my accommodation, the breakfast was not to the level

The receptionist are helpful in all situations but we just didn’t expect that the hotel doesn’t have a concierge or bellman to help us carry our luggages
