The room as well as the common areas were extremely clean. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating. The location felt safe and having the lush greenery of the Mziuri park so close to the hotel was just wonderful!

This was a horrible stay. I don’t think this hotel rises to the standards of the other Accor hotels. The shower water is lukewarm at best, impossible to take a proper shower. For the welcome drink in the evening we were offered either a red bull or an iced coffee. At 10PM. We also had people trying to open our door while we were sleeping. The area is not walkable at all and that is mentioned nowhere. 3 flights of stairs necessary to climb to get to a walkable street - otherwise it’s the big road. It’s also quite noisy as it’s right next to the road. Overall, bad experience. Would definitely not recommend, and I have talked to customer service but received no feedback from the hotel after a week. Not ok.

Hotel is well located and facilities are really good. Hotel is very clean as well. Though, in triple room there was only 1 bathroom towel. Additionally, there was additional fee for toothbrush, sliders and bathrobe. It was my first ever experience from hotel to request additional fee for this items and also having towel shortage.

Everything was great: from the responsive and very friendly team to the room itself (and I'm very thankful for the upgrade which was made due to my Gold status, as well as for a small gift in my room). Nothing to add, hotel, room and team were great. The location is kinda tricky, because it's good, but in terms of transport availability and comfort most of the time the highway is busy, but it's me being nitpicky. Overall the stay was 10 out of 10.
