Recommend getting a tentative booking thru booking dot com, then showing front desk, otherwise they overcharge. We showed our booking option and price dropped by over 30pct for a suite Staff are friendly to an extent, however not to the extent you would expect in other places where it is a different kind of welcoming warmth - staff are a bit nonchalant. Breakfast buffet was another weird experience where every little request was followed with a reminder to charge extra (which we were fine with and ok to pay) except i think the experience of locals in Georgia is to be wary of tourists feigning ignorance and excusing themselves from paying for extra things. Hotel service was ok, cafe downstairs is amazing and it is there the service is another level, very very hospitable. Showers in suite is great, large showers infact 2 shower heads in one bathroom, very convenient Overall it is worth the price, though you must prebook on booking dot com to get better rates
