Very welcoming reception at check-in. Extremely comfortable room (Deluxe Business) with best ever shower! Good food and service in top floor restaurants. Poor service late night in coffee shop, but otherwise a super stay in a very convenient location.

I was expecting better service at check-in. As a Gold member, I expected to feel more welcomed and valued, which unfortunately wasn’t the case. I had to personally ask whether a late check-out was available and if a room upgrade was possible. The hospitality didn’t match what I’ve previously experienced with Accor Hotels. I’m often pleasantly surprised with upgrades without having to ask, and late check-out is usually offered proactively. I’m also typically informed about the hotel’s facilities and benefits, such as the welcome drink and where to find it. This time, I had to ask for everything, which was disappointing. That said, the overall experience with the room and the hotel itself was great, with a big plus for the location.
