My stay in Tbilisi was shaped almost entirely by the people working at this hotel. The reception team stood out from the first minute. I wish I had taken down every name because each person I met handled things with calm skill and genuine warmth. Nika deserves special thanks. He helped me sort out a bathroom issue, upgraded my room, and kept checking that everything was in order. I had arrived in a bad mood and they still met me with patience and kindness. They even left a handwritten note wishing me a good stay and offering their support. It made a real difference and the stay turned out to be exactly what I needed. The restaurant and breakfast team carried the same spirit. Dimitri arranged some honey for me to take home after I asked about buying the honey they serve. Another tall member of the team served wine with the same level of care. Giorgi helped with my bags and handled it smoothly. I have never experienced this mix of enthusiasm and professionalism in one place. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you expect from a well run property. I will return without hesitation.

Enjoyed the food and hospitality in the hotel and a massage. Very well located. Although I must add the stay and massage seemed a little expensive relative to the other costs in Tbilisi.

very pleasant hotel. Front desk and restaurant/ bar staff were excellent. We had to request that the minibar was restocked as housekeeping only replaced water, and we had to ask for face cloths as those were not replaced either, but these were minor inconveniences. It would have been nice to have more lighting in the entryway of our suite as it was hard to see in the cupboards. Top marks for a heated mirror in the bathroom and the mixed nuts at the bar were, quite literally, the very very best we have ever tasted. However you need to provide better quality corkscrews for your bar staff!
