The staff at Pullman Lyon were exceptional. Everyone from the reception and restaurant teams to the security staff was approachable, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. My room was spotless and impeccably maintained. It was also very quiet, with no outside noise, and stayed comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It’s conveniently located near the train station, making public transportation easy to access, and there’s a shopping mall just a short walk away. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Pullman Lyon and would happily stay there again!
