We were greeted by Judith, who was charming, and incredibly helpful. One of the best check-in experiences we have had. Our room was perfect - very clean, and very quiet. There was a very odd blank space under the tv - I'm assuming it was a room that could take an extra bed, but it did make the room look a little bare. One niggle, which seems to be becoming prevalent in many hotels was the use of a 'waterproof' mattress protector. I'm sure these are thought of as 'breathable' but I can assure you that they are not. The bed was otherwise comfortable, but waking up several times hot & sticky is not good. The service at dinner was very good, but we were underwhelmed by our main courses. Service at breakfast was also excellent, and we enjoyed the variety on offer. I would say that your excellent staff were the highlight of our stay.

good location so good. I liked the interior of the room, even though not convenient little but to relax myself after long-hour journey to Lyon.

We had a good stay here, enjoyed the comfortable beds, excellently equipped bathroom and separate toilet facilities. Very convenient for those travelling to Part Dieu.

Excellent location, with various transportation options and 20-30 min on foot to the city center. Very nice and helpful staff, great design and extremely comfortable room with nice details, such as Kusmi teas, high-quality bodycare products, a choice of pillows. Excellent soundproofing. A very pleasant stay overall.
