I was traveling with my wife, two female friends, and their son. We booked three rooms and arrived on Friday. That evening around 8:30 pm, while dining at the hotel restaurant, the restaurant manager came to our table and abruptly told us to be quiet. We had only been laughing briefly and were simply enjoying our evening. His manner was rude and completely unacceptable, especially for a Friday night. What made the situation worse was that he directed his comments only toward one woman at our table rather than addressing the group. She was deeply upset and felt singled out because of her skin color. I spoke to the manager afterward and asked him to apologize to her, but he refused and walked away. Later that night, a hotel guest in another room was playing extremely loud music with heavy bass. We went to bed around 11:15 pm as we were attending a conference the next day, but the noise made it impossible to sleep. Reception staff handled the situation kindly and professionally, and although the music softened for a short time, it continued again until about 1:30 am. It is difficult to understand why guests are reprimanded for normal conversation at 8:30 pm in the restaurant while others are allowed to play loud music into the early hours of the morning, disturbing the entire floor. I do intend to share my experience in a Google review, but I wanted you to be aware of how upsetting and inappropriate the restaurant manager’s behavior was for all of us.

bad value for money : Good quality hotel, but excessive prices for everything, even for a so-called high level hotel
