Hotel is in a great and convenient location being very close to Lyon Part-Dieu station and shopping centre. Room is very comfortable and well designed ( Junior Suite ). Staff were wonderful, warm, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed.

Was in a connecting room with the family. Great staff and great location. Downside is that there are constructiins in front and it does not have a parking.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing constructions in front of the hotel. We are fortunate to see the works being finalized for the end of this year; moreover, we will also have parking spaces available in the brand new parking lot of Gare Part Dieu, conveniently located for direct access to our establishment. Currently, you can take Boulevard Vivier Merle and head to 44 to drop off your luggage at our establishment; We have negotiated agreements with the Westfield Shopping Center offering a preferential rate of €30 for 24 hours (instead of €50) at the Cuirassiers parking lot located opposite the hotel. We also offer access to the Oxygen and Bonnel Parkings for €22 for 24 hours (Westfield Shopping Center). Best regards, Baptiste - Front Office Pullman Lyon

Exceptional client service. Ground floor is very comfortable, cozy. Rooms are OK. Good breakfast, with many options ( even vegetables). Would have a been very perfect if there was a pool / spa. If I have to be picky I would just mention these 2 external factors : -Uber/Bolt Drivers can't access the hotel. You have to use Taxis -Zone Part Dieu Works In progress and sewer smell.

Very average stay and not luxury at all

Poor communication and amenities. No milk in room for tea. When asked for it was told 5 euro charge which they would waive for the first time. Asked for extra tea bags on day 2 of stay, they didn’t understand at all and only said it would be filled at room service. My kids were sick during our stay, asked for late check out … extended to 1 pm. Which was nice but we then sat in the lobby for 3 hours more. Would have been nice to acknowledge and see if they could help out given we had sick kids. Even our stay was part of our 15 year anniversary. Again no acknowledgment at check in etc. I would not stay here again for the price
