Nice wellcome, good room. But too hot during the night. I don't k ow why the temperature is not what you choose

The room was not ready until 4:30 pm , bar staff untrained and lost. We waited 40 minutes for a drink.

This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. Your comments regarding the delay and the bar team’s service have been shared with the relevant departments so we can reinforce training and improve our organization during busy periods. Regarding your question about how we could have made your experience better, ensuring your room was ready on time and providing more attentive and efficient service at the bar would certainly have made a positive difference, and we regret that we did not meet these expectations during your stay. Please also note that the Visa card ending in xx1755 was successfully released at the time of your departure. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the authorization to disappear from your statement. Hotel and surroundings were very satisfying. Only parking was difficult and I was not aware of only external parking. Next time I will check the options carefully or take the trein!! There was possibility to have an early breakfast which I really appreciate a lot. The people preparing the breakfast were very gentle en helpfull.

The Executive Suite is very comfortable, silent and with excellent bed. Moreover, the curtains blind the external light completely. There is an iron and table so you can go to your meetings well dressed. Staff is very professional and solicit.
