When I checked into room 320, I noticed it was quite warm. I waited almost 2 hours before calling the front desk. They sent a staff member to check the A/C, but he indicated that the air was blowing. I waited and waited, but the room still wasn't cooling. I eventually opened the window, which cooled the room down, but then we had to deal with the noise from outside.

Location was great, even though close to Lyon railway station very quiet. Room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were exceptional, any queries answered with a smile & very helpful. The whole process from booking to check out was seamless, just what is needed whilst travelling. Well located close to the main train station and 10-15min walk from the river. There is a paid parking below and Ibis provided a discount. It was very quiet with the double glazed windows.
