The staff is warm, cordial and very receptive to requests, kudos. Not a reflection of the managing staff, but the property manager needs to send this up the chain- the rooms are in a bit of disrepair, the carpet was dirty, the corridors had a weird smell and the couch looked filthy as if haphazardly put together. In my two days of stay, I dared not sit on it. Calling that meagre extension from the wall (which wasn't even engineered correctly, there was a slight slope to it) a "business desk" - somebody sure has a weird sense of humour! The saving grace though was a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom and toilet. For the tier, the brekfast served was of sufficient value. Hôtels Accor, vous pouvez sûrement faire mieux que ça !

The room is nice and confortable, and the hotel has a very good breakfast. Only two things weren’t a plus: the pillows too thick ( I just couldn’t use it) and the room temperature a bit too high for the type of edredoms used ( if you use it you feel hot, if you take it out you feel cold).

We were originally booked for Saturday night but had to return earlier and were surprised when the price doubled. The hotel is very convenient for the station but even so, the rooms are small and basic. No kettle or coffee machine. Tea & coffee only available in the lobby. Breakfast was good.

We stayed as a stopover on the way to the Alps. The hotel is well signposted from the station. Breakfast was included and was substantial.
