The room was unclean with cm of dust on the sofa and bedside table. The walls were scratched and carpet didn't feel clean. We booked triple room so that our son can have a bed, instead there was a tiny mattress on the floor again in a very unclean corner of the room. We asked the receptionist for a room with a bed instead of just the mattress. At first our request was not welcomed, and the receptionist said it is not his fault the room is dusty. Eventually we were moved middle of the night to the new room with 3 beds. The room was located on a higher floor and appeared cleaner. What was shocking, you could wide open a window on a 6th floor, I was scared at night my son will fall over. Eventually we didn't sleep much and the experience was awful.

The room was nice. The shower was a bit weird but I think it was a handicap room. The staff was helpful and excellent, and the breakfast was really good.
