Reception staff was very nice, they helped to guide us to the hotel parking. The breakfast was fine, but I had to ask to bring eggs and fry one for myself. That's the first hotel I was cooking my breakfast in :)

My late night check-in went very smoothly. My room was clean and well supplied with towels etc. The daily cleaning (room servicing) was excellent. Breakfast and reception staff were friendly and attentive.

I love the location and the room I stayed in. Very neat and tidy room and toilet. I had breakfast included and breakfast was good (not Halal); I opted for fruits, yogurt and bread. It not a five star hotel though it has good services. My room was a roadside one and I had nice views. Tram stop was located very close to the hotel and Railway Station is few minutes walk. Shops and restaurants are located nearby areas. The famous Parc de la Tete D'Or or Gold Head parc is located very close. Taxi can be hailed from the door of the hotel. Good services.
