The location is great. The room was ok but the shower door didn't close properly so all the floor was wet after a shower. The top bed was not made, the beddings were in a bag.

Dear Filipa A., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the shower door and the bedding arrangements. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our services for future guests. Goodbye, ibis budget Lyon Centre - Gare Part-Dieu

Helpful staff, good breakfast, close to train. Slightly dodgy area, which is often the case near train stations. But there was push-button entry and felt very safe inside.

A good place to stay in Lyon for visiting, I was there with my bike and no problems with space in the room. A hotel with a good location where it is so close of the Gare de Lyon and the transfer to the airport so close as well. The hotel crew is very kindly and polite, good breakfast, the only thing that I missed was a frigobar in the room.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your positive feedback regarding your recent stay at ibis budget Lyon Centre - Gare Part-Dieu. We are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient and enjoyed the comfortable accommodations, as well as the courteous service from our staff. Perfect for a single night stay but in the peak of summer, in a heatwave, the least you could do is provide 2x towels per person. We ended up drying with wet towels as as they were so flimsy and small after the 1st shower on arrival.

Dear Madam, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We appreciate your comments about our location. We understand that the quality and quantity of towels provided did not meet your expectations. Please don’t hesitate to ask at reception if you need anything!
