Well located, impossible to find the carpark

Good morning, Thank you for your stay. I am sorry to read that your stay did not give you complete satisfaction. Our hotel benefits from an agreement with the Villette Pompidou car park, a public paid car park. We offer 50% for guests staying at the hotel. Regarding the 3rd bed, this is part of the ibis budget concept. everything is available in the bed box I hope to regain your trust during a future stay. Sincerely
