I was pleased with reception, design, maintenance and location. I was less satisfied with breakfast buffet service and supervision. The drinks machine served the hot drinks at a lukewarm temperature. I had to ask the staff several times to re-fill the scrambled eggs pot (20 minute period) and the refill was served barely warm. Also true of the potato’s.

Convenient to city centre, shopping area. Walkable to rivers Rhone and Saône, and quicker access with Tram 1. Would stay again. Bed very comfortable. Staff attentive. Room clean. Would suggest addition of towel rail or more hooks in the bathroom.
