I had a great stay at this hotel. It's conveniently situated, and despite the train station nearby I challenge anyone to be able to hear anything from the rooms (TWO double glazed windows, that's 4 windows!). I slept really well, only heard the cleaning ladies upstairs when it was already late in the morning. The breakfast is amazing, I wish I could eat there everyday. The staff was helpful, friendly and answered any questions I had. Overall a very good experience especially considering the reasonable price.

Good location. Excellent large quiet hotel room with first class service and facilities. Price is great. Even restaurant downstairs was awesome. Very impressed with hotel and its restaurant. All Staff are excellent.

Very good points. ・The staff (Mr. Romeo) was very quick to reply to emails and was warm. ⇒I was originally going to stay at MERCURE Lyon Centre Saxe Lafayette, but changed to MERCURE Lyon La Part Dieu because I didn't feel the hospitality in the email correspondence before my stay. ・The female staff at the front desk were prompt and reliable. ⇒Resetting the safety box, arranging slippers ・The family was very happy with the welcome drink.
