Just next to the Gare and very neat and clean. Pleasant behavior from all the staff and a sumptuous breakfast stock. However water flow in shower and the room temperature control wasn’t working. Although this wasn’t too much to report and get rectified. Overall, a nice experience.

Great staff, a couple of minor issues that added up. Staff were eager to help and were responsive to requests. Rooms comfortable and clean. Only challenges were: 1. We wasted an hour trying to find a place to park the car and drop the bags. It would be really helpful to make clear there is no facility for car arrivals. 2. At checkin, staff required proof of payment rather than ID - we had used a temp online credit card but had no idea which one (we booked and paid in full, in advance, on the app months before). This led to us having to re-pay, and be reimbursed onto what turned out to be a cancelled credit card account (which is quite inconvenient in our home country requiring a fee to be paid to the bank to access). There was no explanation from staff as to why this was necessary and doesn’t make any sense to me - you’d already been paid! Why didn’t you just ask for my ID? 3. Streaming and some other functionality on the TV didn’t work. Staff were very kind and tried a few solutions like re-setting the wifi, but it didn’t work. Not a big issue. Great location though and comfortable bed.

This verification is primarily intended to protect our customers and prevent any fraudulent use of online payment methods, as our systems only allow us to access partial information about the payment method. We apologize if this process was unclear during your check-in. We apologize that certain features, including streaming, did not work despite our team's attempts to resolve the issue. A technical review is underway to prevent this from happening again.
