Regarding the room temperature, we are currently in a mid-season transition period with government restrictions on heating and cooling systems. Our air conditioning was only reactivated on April 14th, which may explain the discomfort you experienced. After reviewing your reservation, I can confirm that the accessible room type was specifically selected at the time of booking. However, I regret that it did not meet your expectations. Please note that the welcome drink is available in digital format via the application. I also apologize for the lack of clarity at your arrival and for the inconsistency regarding room service availability, which is not in line with our standards.
