Everyone was friendly, was a nice short stay. We slept well in the comfy beds and loved the Clarins toiletries. Found it odd that when the kitchen stopped serving food the only thing on offer was a croque monsieur. I expect more from an international hotel chain of this size. We had arrived from and long road trip and would have loved to chill in the hotel, but instead had to go out searching for open restaurants. Also didn’t book breakfast because I thought it was overpriced on top of the room rate.

Good overall hotel, big spacious room, very clean, good comfortable bed, great quality breakfast. The only thing I didnt like was the reception space which was small and outdated, and that we had to ring a bell and be left in every time in the reception so you dont feel free..overall good value for money!

Everything was wonderful until I went to check out. The guy at reception ignored me for a full 7 minutes as I was rushing to make my flight. He explained that as I was not in the exact correct place at the reception desk (I was the only customer as it was before 7am) it was my fault that he ignored me. I believe his name was Max, completely ruined an otherwise good experience!

A very hospitable welcome when I arrived very late in the evening after a long day of travel. The lovely surprise was that I had been upgraded to a suite, but the sad part was that I was on a very early train the next morning so spent less than 6 hours at the hotel. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had I not had to leave so early, I would have stayed until they kicked me out! The bed was very comfortable indeed. I'll stay here again (with or without the suite upgrade!).

Location was great for train station, rooms were excellent very comfortable with plenty of room my one issue was the hotel restaurant menu as someone who has a food allergy to all things dairy there wasn’t anything I could eat. But overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon

Stayed an extra day over the weekend to see more of Lyon. This is 500 feet from Gare Lyon Part Dieu and so convenient! Very pleased with the desk representative who recommended I try the hotel restaurant for dinner. I was very glad I did. Excellent quality, staff and very convenient, obviously.

Our entire stay is great, the staff are amazing helpful and kind, location is superb, cleanliness and comfortable bed, good breakfast selection. Just a few things that can be improved, maybe more veggies and change selection of breakfast because eating the same thing for 5 days or more is not good but the selection is good as there are plenty to choose from. The AC works despite the heatwave but at night can be pretty warm but not the staff fault 😊
