I was a bit disappointed that when reserving over the phone, I was told there was no availability for the night of the 8th. I ended up reserving in a different hotel. Then, a colleague had no problem reserving for the same night, so I called back again and managed to get a second room. That said, I had to change rooms during the stay. However, it was quite clear that the hotel was not full, as when I arrived, the AC didn't work in my room and I was changed 3 times before the person at the front desk realized the AC had been cut since the heating had just been turned on for the season. Additionally, when I went to change rooms, the woman offered to put me in the same one as before (despite the fact that I had already packed all of my things). I ended up asking to change anyway because the first room was dirty and the door didn't close properly.

I take note of your comments. Our hotel was indeed full because we are under renovation and we had rooms blocked for work. They are released as progress progresses.We are sorry for the air conditionning, we cut it and she has forgotten.I sincerely apologize for these difficulties.best regards, the direction

Good stay for a short time. The studio has what you need interms of kitchen utensils, microwave and induction stove. Several restaurants and supermarkeds in the area and only a 20 minute walk to Vieux Lyon.

Clean and well located hotel. The room is accessed over an open 7th floor bridge which is challenging if you have issues with heights. Not mentioned on website. Air conditioning works well on lower floor but not very effective on bedroom floor. Overall nice family break.

thanks for your comments, It was very hot in Lyon this summer, we realized that the air conditioning in the family rooms is insufficient, we are going to make changes, pleased to see you again.

Nice 2 floor room in a good location. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not reach the upstairs mezzanine so the provided fan was not sufficient in 36° heat to sleep comfortably.
