We had a good 4-night stay overall, although I honestly expected a bit more from the hotel considering the standards and reviews. When we first arrived, there were no complimentary bottles of water provided in the room, which is something I usually expect from hotels of this level. We also had to request an iron from reception, whereas in most hotels it is already available in the room for convenience. Another issue was with the baby cot. I had already requested it via email about a month before our stay, but unfortunately it was not prepared upon our arrival. I had to personally follow it up again before it was finally provided. Since we were travelling with a young child, this was a bit inconvenient after a long journey. I also noticed that the coffee supplies in the room were not replenished during our stay, which was slightly disappointing. Small details like these can really make a difference to the overall guest experience. On the positive side, the staff were all amazing throughout our stay — very friendly, welcoming, and always polite whenever we needed assistance. Their attitude and customer service definitely made the experience much better. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to provide a more complete and comfortable experience for guests.

En ce qui concerne les bouteilles, dans un souci d'écologie, nous mettons à votre disposition à l'accueil d'une fontaine à eau réfrigérée, disponible 24h/24H, ce qui permet de limiter les déchets. It was possible to book a suitable room with kitchen for us and our toddler. Reserving a cot via phone call was easy, and the staff nice. Even getting us one extra bed sheet. The library having children books and puzzles were great bonuses for us.

The rooms on the 7th floor were all undergoing renovation and the whole floor smelled like chemicals, paint and was dusty. Our eyes were red from the pollution just after two nights. In addition, the room was in disrepair. I attach photos.

Ces travaux étaient nécessaires afin d’améliorer durablement nos installations et de garantir un meilleur niveau de confort à l’avenir. Néanmoins, nous reconnaissons que la situation n’a pas été suffisamment satisfaisante pour vous, et nous en sommes réellement désolés.
