Regarding breakfast, we’re sorry you didn’t find enough variety in the fresh fruit selection. However, every morning we offer a fruit salad as well as fresh fruit so that guests can make their own fresh fruit juices. It’s possible that these items weren’t clearly visible during your stay. Our staff is on hand and at your service during breakfast, so please don’t hesitate to ask them for assistance: we’d be happy to explain the various options available and, when it’s busy, to restock items as needed. We’ve also taken note of your comment regarding the muesli and the variety of healthier options, as your feedback helps us continue to improve our offerings. While our server is indeed very well-trained, our restaurant service is normally reduced on evenings when the kitchen is closed. On this occasion, there was an unexpectedly high volume of guests, and we congratulate her for managing the rush on her own! We do apologize, however, if this created a delay and impacted your experience. Regarding the bedding, your reservation was for a Twin room with separate single beds. Had you mentioned your preference for a double bed upon check-in, our team would have gladly changed your room setup if availability allowed!
