It was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect value for money. Staff was welcoming and happy to help with questions. Location with parking in Q-park was ideal, just crossing the parking lot and being so close to the center. We would definitely come back on our next visit to Lyon.

Spiderwebs in the ceiling and air- conditioning racks dusty.

Room 104 was small and minimal wish I can leave with it, however, spiderwebs on the ceiling and lots of dust by the air-conditioning racks its unacceptable. The phone in the room to communicate with reception in case of emergency was not working. I did reported to night receptionist, not action was taken.

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. It seems that there was a lack of attention at the level of room 104. This in no way reflects the quality we want to provide to our customers. However regarding the phone, if there is a malfunctionning we need to call a technician wich takes time and can explain why nothing was done during your stay. It will not happen anymore as we will double check every phone from now.
