We love this hotel and we plan to be back. The hotel is conveniently located by the train station and the transit center making it simple to travel to and to reach any point in town. Its also very close to Rue Victor Hugo a major shopping district with a wide selection of boulanger's/restaurants/brasseries. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Associated with the hotel is a jazz restaurant with live music. We ate at the restaurant and listened to the band. A memorable evening. It was a perfect location for us to explore the city sites. We definitely plan to return.

Good location. Excellent for accessing public transport and exploring the city. Comfortable room, though a little small. Breakfast was ok. Service was good; staff were welcoming. Bathroom needed a second hook to hang towels. Also, a second coat hook would have been good. Gym was small but ok (in a clean, stylish, very well-lit basement with no windows). Overall, ok

good check-in, would have wanted mini fridge or microwave in lobby, appreciated coffee, tea, still and sparking water. Room 508 needed better light over / at desk. Also 1 english language news channel would be appreciated.

We had great chats with the staff (who had worked in Australia for 2 years); the hotel space was roomy; a good elevator service; delicious breakfasts.
