Large room for 4 - quirky decor, applied by broken air conditioning and things like towel hooks etc. Hotel ambiance downstairs and in the adjoining restaurant -bar is good. Breakfast very chaotic - seating and tables very poorly arranged, crowded and lack of breakfast choice for a hotel of this category - eg no viennoiserie/pastries. Wouldn't stay again.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, especially our live jazz bar restaurant, Mlle Simone. We will be sure to share your kind compliments with the entire team. We are, however, sorry for the discomfort related to the temperature in your room. In April, the hotel is still operating in heating mode, as nighttime temperatures remain quite low. We usually recommend airing the room in the evening, as this allows the temperature to drop quickly. Fans are also available at the reception upon request. Regarding breakfast, we regret that it did not meet your expectations. As part of our eco-responsible approach, we have chosen to limit industrial pastries in favor of homemade and locally sourced products, such as homemade cakes, croque-monsieur to toast, and bread delivered fresh each morning by a local bakery. We love this hotel and we plan to be back. The hotel is conveniently located by the train station and the transit center making it simple to travel to and to reach any point in town. Its also very close to Rue Victor Hugo a major shopping district with a wide selection of boulanger's/restaurants/brasseries. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Associated with the hotel is a jazz restaurant with live music. We ate at the restaurant and listened to the band. A memorable evening. It was a perfect location for us to explore the city sites. We definitely plan to return.
