The hotel is located next to the train station and with metro and bus station easily access to. It is very convenient. The hotel is located inside of a castle where I really like the decorations in lobby and the dinning room. The service is very nice and the room is clean. I appreciate been upgraded to a bigger room and enjoy the stay. Just a little bit not sound proof, especially the bathroom area.

The hotel boast of views of the Eiffel Tower which is why I chose this Hotel, however, only certain rooms can view it. All we saw from our view was a view of the metro station, sadly disappointed. The room was small and the bed frame squeaked with every move. I’ve stayed at better Mercure properties and will not be back to this one.

Very nice room and staff but stay spoiled as hotel did not have parking and alternative solution provided was closed at midnight on our return with two kids below 10 at 12 in the night. The Plan C parking was extremely difficult to find which led to extra stress to have in a city we don’t know and with tired kids to add to it.
