The staff is super friendly and accessible- breakfast is decent and the hotel is clean. there is as smell of old hotel but is relate to the construction itself.

Disappointed. Wasn't really recognized as elite ALL member, even though I apparently got an upgrade it didn't show. I'm used to have some goodies or at least something in the fridge. But that's just because I like to be spoiled. The real issue was the temperature in the room and the lack of control. It was freezing outside and it showed inside. The thermostat was blocked, I guess it's the hotel policy, but consequently it was very cold in the room.
