I came for work in Lyon and choose the hotel for its location 2 min from the train station. Unfortunately, there was a constant noise in my room (505), similar to a ventilation. This noise came from the ceiling and was really annoying. I signaled it to the reception who was nice but could not do anything as there were no other rooms available. I had to sleep with this constant noise, so my experience was really bad.

Ideal location just next to Perrache station and only 15 minutes walk to Place Bellecour. The room was spacious and comfortable, we really appreciated the water fountains on each floor that allow us to fill our water bottles freely with filtered water. Julien on the Front Desk was very helpful in making sure we had a fabulous time at the hotel.

Hi, when I booked the hotel appears that the hotel has gym. But in my stay the staff mention me that the gym is closed. I was training for a race and due to the bad weather I was looking for a hotel with gym. The information in the website must be aligned with the hotel status

The hotel is located next to the train station and with metro and bus station easily access to. It is very convenient. The hotel is located inside of a castle where I really like the decorations in lobby and the dinning room. The service is very nice and the room is clean. I appreciate been upgraded to a bigger room and enjoy the stay. Just a little bit not sound proof, especially the bathroom area.
