From the terrace not matching what you expected, to the condition of the carpet, the missing towels, and the lack of follow-up from our team, this is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide. We also understand your concerns regarding the slippery shower floor, especially when travelling with your parents, and we're sorry that you didn't feel confident enough to ask us for an anti-slip mat after your previous requests went unanswered.
