Room with balcony was very nice. Our friends room next door was not cleaned until after check in. The food at dinner was disappointing but breakfast food was good. However the coffee was so bad we went elsewhere. We asked for a later checkout as we were Gold Accor members and had a late flight. but this could not be provided, not allowed to use our friends room either which was vacant after they left. Apparently something could have been arranged if we paid a €30 euro fee. Most of the staff were very obliging.

However, we are sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We also regret that we were unable to accommodate your late check-out request despite your Accor Gold membership.
