Your comments are valuable to us and help us continue improving our services. We would like to clarify that the room reserved was a Classic Single Room of 15 m² with a single bed, which corresponds to the category booked. We acknowledge your comments regarding the room size and amenities, and we would like to inform you that renovation works are planned starting in February, including improvements to certain facilities. Regarding the elevator, please be assured that in case of fire or emergency, elevators are strictly not to be used as emergency exits. Emergency staircases are available for this purpose.
