After traveling for a week sleeping in the most uncomfortable bed, it was heavenly to collapse into your most comfortable bed, heavenly pillows and sheets. I finally got a good nights sleep. By any chance could you tell me the name of the company that provides the sheets and the pillows. That would be greatly appreciated.

Part of a large group staying for business reasons. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Huge, comfortable bed. The coffee in the room was delicious as was the breakfast. Really liked the decor. Our experience was generally very good. Unfortunately we were overcharged for our bar bill which my husband raised several times with the Hotel manager, who finally agreed to refund the overcharge, but to date this has not been forthcoming. We checked out nearly a week ago! so guessing it’s not coming… another X. Not only was the overcharge annoying, the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional and certainly not good customer service. It has left a sour taste in our mouths.

The room and hotel was very nice but I did find the temperature very uncomfortable in the afternoons, the room became very overheated and the AC did not work well.
