We enjoyed our stay and loved the view from our room.with a city view. We had to evacuate before 6am due to a fire alarm and didn't get an apology, or offer of anything like free breakfast (which was joked to be the cause of the fire alarm) and found the whole experience confusing and very few staff available at the time. The stay itself was lovely and we liked the bar tenders who were lovely. But the fire alarm was a disruption that we wished someone had apologised or acknowledged better.

I have stayed in this hotel for decades. The staff is excellent... I just can't get the mold in the shower out of my mind. Happy to know the hotel will be renovated.

Shower broken, coffee maker broken, tv broken, toilet paper 1-ply.
