The hotel location is excellent, the service is very good and the breakfast was very tasty and comprehensive. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment.

We really enjoyed the hotel's location in Lyon and the staff were wonderful. However, our room on the 5th floor had several issues including a badly leaking sink and a bath/shower that allowed water to leak all over the floor. The other room I booked for my family on the 3rd floor had issues where the windows would not close, resulting in constant banging in the high winds, and kept our family up all night. Both issues were raised to the front desk - maintenance was not able to fix the windows and I was told to use a towel on the sink because no technician was available.

We stayed for four nights and the hotel was an excellent base. The staff were really friendly and helpful - the guy who makes the cocktails in particular! The rooms are spacious, clean and well-presented.
