The person at the front desk was great the first night. The subsequent people at the front desk were less than cheerful. The location of your hotel. It’s not really easy to get to restaurants that are open on Sunday and Monday night. I will definitely be staying at my Ibis Part Dieu or ibis budget part Dieu.

Everything was just perfect, except the staff on Saturday and Sunday morning. The person was more focus on his mobile than answering the host. When I said that there were no more orange/apple juice, he just answered without watching me nor putting his mobile on side that he will refilled the machine later (but was already 09:30!) ... 5 minutes later, I came back, asking for more bread, he said it will take approx. 20 minutes to get it. At he end, we never seen any bred!. This behavior is unacceptable. Looking forward to receiving your response. Many thanks and kind regards Alain F.

Basic rooms, very small shower and small lift but average price, so you get what you pay for. They have secure parking which is 15 euros a day. When we stayed there was a strong smell of paint. The staff said the doors had just been painted
