The hotel feels a bit dated, and the service was average overall. Despite being an Accor Platinum member and informing the hotel that we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, no special effort was made for the suite we booked or during our dinner at the restaurant. The only gesture was a tiny candle placed on the dessert we paid for, and there was no welcome gift provided either. To make matters worse, the restaurant also served the wrong dessert to my husband. The location is great, and the restaurant offers a beautiful view. However, breakfast was understaffed, resulting in long waits just to get a table and coffee. Overall, it was a bit disappointing for a Sofitel. We’ve had much better experiences at other Sofitel properties around the world.

Overall the visit was good. The room had a great view but was a little tired and in need of a refresh. The breakfast was very disappointing for the excessive price.

Staff was so kind and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with the room and the cleaning. The day before check-out we needed medical help for my toddler. Reception arranged a doctor appointment for us. So thank you again.

Overnight stay before transiting back Southern France and en route to Paris. Chose hotel due to its convenient location for a short stay with nearby restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Staff in general was friendly but dislike the late 4 pm check-in policy which was the only hotel we experienced in our 3-week trip in France. 8th floor bar was nice either way great river view and live entertainment. Room product was small and not well-configured and a bit tired. Bathroom was dated with some screw holes found on tiles. All in all, found this Sofitel's quality level to be lowered than others we stayed in other locations.
