This is an excellent hotel and a firm favourite of ours when visiting Lyon. The hotel is in a great location and is easily accessible. There are also electric chargers at the side of the hotel if you happen to have an electric car. The bar on the 8th floor offer amazing views over the city. The staff are really welcoming and friendly and always offer a really high level of service. I really recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lyon.

I stayed 5 nights and had a great visit. The room was great and the restaurant and bar are fantastic. Most of all, the people in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I would stay here next time in Lyon without looking elsewhere

We had a great visit to Lyon and our stay at Sofitel. We were delayed getting in due to weather delays. I emailed the hotel and soon received a response from Emma. Emma was supportive and assured us we would have a room when we arrived. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. We will come back!

The room was well priced, but very dates. Checking was awkward, as they thought i booked two rooms. And the checkin person was a bit rude.
