I checked into room 410 for 3 nights, as an Accor ALL Diamond member I am supposed to receive free breakfast at the weekend but at check-out they had charged me €68 for breakfast anyway, when I queried this they said they would refund it but instead they emailed me a bill for the guest staying in room 510 so I wonder did they refund the money to him instead of to me, I emailed them yesterday morning about this but they haven't bothered to reply yet. My correct bill came to €498.60, they charged ALL Gift Cards I gave them at check-in totalling €570.60 so am waiting for the missing €72 to be refunded to me.
