Room comfortable but very dated, all furniture visibly damaged, as were the bathroom fixtures. Tried to contact reception and had to call 3 times before anyone answered. Service lacking for a 5 star hotel.

sad room in worst façade overlooking office building. asked reception for a change to a better view (3 façades our of 4) without success, even though the hotel seemed quite empty and we were organising a corporate event in it.

Service from entire staff was fantastic. They do everything in their power to make you happy. The restaurant and bar on 8th floor stand out. The rooms do need renovation but they were clean and the bed was what you expect from sofitel. The concierge did an excellent job advising us and helping with reservations.

Great stay and excellent room service! Staff fantastic and friendly and traveling with baby. Very comfortable beds and quiet. Only feedback would be room and bathrooms need an upgrade for 5* aesthetic.
