Hi is have stayed in Sofitel hotels before. This is a lovely hotel but the rooms and esp the bathrooms did need upgrading and I would not say we’re five star. We had also before we booked asked for the double bed to be twins and was told yes possible. I even checked the day before and was told yes it had been sorted. When I arrived it had not and was then informed it was not possible. So that was a little annoying but luckily your beds and linen are always fantastic quality and conform. The staff had breakfast we’re so welcoming and friendly and did everything to make the start to the day fantastic. The rooms were always spotless and clean.

The front desk, Sebastian offered help to book a last minute show ticket in Paris with his connection. He also creates surprise when I check in after weekend. The trip became warmer with assistance from all personnels.
