The stay was fine, from start to finish, nothing extravagant. Check-in was smooth, hotel looked nice. When we got in the room I was a bit surprised as the decore seemed to clash with the modern decor of the hotel lobby. The decor in the room was dated, we found a bug who was dead for weeks. The ramp into the bathroom was interesting.. Also found that the price of room service and the price for the bottles of water in the room were expensive. Some positives, We did enjoy the bed as it was quite comfortable, the location was also fantastic as it was very close to a subway and vieux lyon, the staff were fantastic and always greeted us warmly. However overall the room did not blow us away for the price we were let down.
