We needed a break and my wife had visited Krakow before, so we chose Krakow. In truth my wife meant to book the City Centre hotel but made a mistake - but no problem as City West is easily connected by bus to the city. The hotel was great, nice pool and sauna, clean and very good breakfast and food. Very minor criticisms would be that while staff were generally polite they were not 'friendly' and glasses in the rooms were not changed.

Great hotel, great location! Lobby area trendy and relaxing. Room clean and maintained. Housekeeping good. Stayed just a few months ago and that’s why i booked again. Overall a great experience and helpful staff. Unfortunately no info in advance that there are aquafitness classes for outside guests in the pool area, which make the facility practically unusable. Not enough changing space or shower cabins.

room was clean, breakfast typical, pool OK, everything just fine. so I am not giving 10 because od 7 PLN/h (70 PLN / day) parking price.

We stayed in a family suite, which was perfect for a family with 2 young kids. All the staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with great choice, also the swimming pool was brilliant. The only thing I didn't like was the very soft mattress on the big bed, but with the blackout curtains we still managed to get decent sleep.

It's located a bit off the city center (takes about 40-45 min on foot, or 5 min by uber). It was super helpful that it was properly airconditioned and had a pool - it was crucial to survive the heat of 38-40 degrees. We also liked the food at the restaurant and the bar.

The room was fine. The food and drink is overpriced for what you get. The breakfast is a mad house and the quality is poor.
