My mum stayed in the hotel woth her friends and they really enjoyed it. Staff on reception and actually anywhere else was absolutely amazing, the rooms were clean, well equipped. The coffee machine in the room was very appriciated, as well as the water stations outside of the room in the hall. Great staff, great facilities and good location too. If we ever come back, we will stay again. Big and tasty selection for breakfast.

The toilet was dripping, which was hearable even while tried to fall asleep. Otherwise, room, food, location was all right.

This is a very nice hotel that I have stayed at many times. Never any problems. Always nice and clean rooms. The breakfast is really excellent with many choices. The staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant.

We stayed in a business trip for a week, the hotel was very well located for us, we were also able to walk to the Krakow center and do some sightseeing from there. Breakfast is worth the money, a lot of options and all of them seemed very good

Three days at the hotel were good and comfortable. The hotel was fully booked and the hotel staff was quite busy to provide proper service. When checking into the room, we noticed that there was no liquid soap, shower gel and slippers. The hotel reception responded quickly to our comment and fixed the problem. The breakfasts were delicious, the parking lot is huge and convenient. You can stay with a dog in the hotel (for an additional fee), thank you for this option. The pool and gym are quite small for the size of the hotel and were crowded all day.
