I have stayed at the Novotel a few times when visiting for work. It is convenient for the Airport and my office, the rooms spacious and the restaurant provides a good selection for breakfast and other meals.

Left a large bar of chocolate on windowsill to keep cool but was stolen

We did everything we could to clarify this situation, but we are not able to clearly confirm that it was caused by our staff member. We checked the security cameras and data stored on a key lock reader. We talked with the housekeeping staff member who cleaned the room. Szanowny Panie, dziękujemy za opinię. Jest mi niezmiernie przykro z powodu niedogodności związanych z niewłaściwym serwisem pokoju. Proszę przyjąć moje przeprosiny. Pana uwaga zostanie przekazana do Kierownictwa Działu Housekeeping. Dołożymy wszelkich starań, aby sytuacja więcej się nie powtórzyła. Odnosząc się do Pana uwagi dotyczącej nieotrzymania benefitów mimo posiadanego statusu Gold - Pana pobył był zarezerwowany przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki, w związku z czym nie był kwalifikowany, to znaczy nie uprawniał do korzystania z przywilejów posiadacza statusu Gold. Maximum overheated room. Indoor temperature around 30*C. My first call to FO was completely disregarded because lady was involved in another long, long discussion with other man. Another second approach was also disregard because I was informed by another FO lady that technician (8pm) is already at home and is not able upon my advise to decrease in BMS inlet temperature of air handing unit (AHU) and nobody is able to do it. I suppose that obviously chillers during low season due to energy saving are also switched off hence no cooling in local fan coil units whatsover. Finally I got permission to unlock fully window in order to open it widely. All night long I slept very poor with widely opened window (3*C at night) with very noisy ambient (ventilation, traffic so on) and still was very hot. Now I am cold. Unacceptable is that you do not have even automatically corelated outdoor temperature with AHUs set points (curve). And technicians are working very shortly or not sufficient amount of technical staff.

This hotel is one of the best Novotel I have stayed in, the staff were fantastic and the level of service was outstanding.

The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning did not work. The window only opens a small amount which was not enough to cool the room. In addition across the street building work started from 6.15am. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times for business but the menu in the restaurant has never changed - given there are many business travellers at your hotel you should consider updating the menu on a quarterly basis

Noise of people running around in the corridor and upstairs Nothing is done despite calling reception 3 times Room temperature at over 26 degrees so I am advised by reception to open the window on a dual carriage way... terrible noise all night and obviously I could not shut the curtains.

Hotel overall seems good, even though I have used all faculties offered. In the room the carpet needs update or overall cleaning. Not welcoming at all. Breakfast lady was extremely friendly, offered by herself egg choices and fresh orange juice. Don’t get this service everywhere. Nice!!

Our experience was great though a proper family room would have been appreciated. The bed settee was uncomfortable because of the sharp springs and the coffee pod machine didn't work despite numerous tries overall though fantastic value for money and the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic in every aspect
