Girl on the reception was very kind. She gave us possiblity to check in earlier and we were very happy. The room was specious and clean, beds were comfortable... breakfast was amazing, one of the best in all Novotel.

We had a wonderful stay, hotel was clean and well kept. The most comfortable bed and lots of space in the room. Hotel staff were great, nothing too much. Lovely bar and area to sit for a drink and chat.

We (2 adults/2 kids) stayed at Novotel Krakow City West in March-April 2026 for 4 nights and had a great overall experience. This hotel is ideal for families and not too far from center, well connected by bus/tram. They offer various facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, gym, ping pong table, kids room, air hockey game and video games in the lobby, football games on TV, onsite parking (70zl per day) We had buffet breakfast every day which is worth it (free for kids under 12) and 70 zl per adult per day. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff is very kind and helpful! We will definitely recommend and come back.
