Incredible value! This was one of our best stays in Poland. The customer service was outstanding, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection. All three of our kids (ages 2, 6, and 7) were happy the entire stay, which says a lot. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the soccer fan area with all World Cup games, foosball (pilkarzyki) table, and the kids’ corner with great snacks. The pool and gym were also very well maintained. We will definitely be back!

I arrived at the hotel and was provided with a decent room. However due to the previous occupant smoking in there, I raised a complaint and was transfered to an upgraded room - that was a pleasant suprise and i appreciated it. Most part of my stay was pleasant and enjoyable except for 1x incident where my loafa went missing after a room clean. That was unpleasant. I reported it but it wasnt found. Even though i had that incident occur, i woukd happily stay at the hotel in future and would be more careful with housekeeping request. Overall, i woukd say i had a pleasant stay.

Pictures are very misleading. The pool was very small and deep. Therefore you couldn’t just relax in it . There is construction work going on at all hours. The location is poor you wouldn’t walk into the city centre. I left money in the hotel room after checkout I tried contacting the receptionist numerous times and couldn’t get through. I then decided to select a different option and called the cancellations sector. She gave me a email address as she couldn’t reach reception either. About an hour later I tried reception again. They stated they received my email and would get back in contact with me . They have not done either . Extremely disappointed with staff and the service.
