The room was very basically furnished, and there was no bottled water provided. One of the cabinet hinges was broken, and the shower partition in the bathroom was too small, making it easy to splash water all over the floor. On the plus side, the room was quite spacious.

We found room very hot, air con not working, been back of hotel we opened window with very small ventilation, we could also hear the extraction fans and it was quite loud, air con needs looking at

Reception staff very attentive. Room clean and well presented. Bed comfortable. Television didn’t work particularly well, had to keep putting the cable in to pick up signal. Also placing a large table lamp directly infront of the television was not a good idea as it blocks the view from the main bed. Loved the water dispenser in the corridor. Tea and coffee on offer in the room was limited and there was no option for milk. Bathroom was spotless and well supplied with shampoo and shower gel. Had one breakfast during my stay and the selection and quality was excellent for the price. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and would highly recommended it to anyone who wants a family friendly stay in Krakow.
