Great hotel, great location! Lobby area trendy and relaxing. Room clean and maintained. Housekeeping good. Stayed just a few months ago and that’s why i booked again. Easy travelling to main square and main station. Nearby convenience store and garage for essentials. Excellent stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Overall a great experience and helpful staff. Unfortunately no info in advance that there are aquafitness classes for outside guests in the pool area, which make the facility practically unusable. Not enough changing space or shower cabins.

We stayed in a family suite, which was perfect for a family with 2 young kids. All the staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with great choice, also the swimming pool was brilliant. The only thing I didn't like was the very soft mattress on the big bed, but with the blackout curtains we still managed to get decent sleep.

It's located a bit off the city center (takes about 40-45 min on foot, or 5 min by uber). It was super helpful that it was properly airconditioned and had a pool - it was crucial to survive the heat of 38-40 degrees. We also liked the food at the restaurant and the bar.

When we arrived the hotel 1,5 hours after allowed check in time, the cleaners still had to come in to fill soap etc in our room. The sink in the room was clogged, the luggage holder broken and the room was way too hot. With a temperature outside of 35 degrees, the ac had no effect whatsoever. The kids looked forward to the pool, but we as parents experienced the pool area as untidy (black between tiles and water was far from clear). Not as illustrated in photos of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was good, so was the service, however the prices were way too stiff compared to other restaurants in Krakow. All in all, very disappointed.

Friendly staff and good service. It was crowded with many guests in the mornings during our stay making the breakfast moment less enjoyable. Clean breakfast area with decent quality food. Parking was convenient.

The mattress has sagged so badly that I can't sleep well every night, and my back hurts a lot when I wake up the next morning.

The overall experience was okay, but there were several issues during my short stay. The reception area was hectic when I arrived, with only two staff trying to manage everything. The A/C in the room was barely working, and even with the window fully open the room remained uncomfortably warm. Because I was only staying for a few hours, I didn’t raise it at the time, but the bathroom also felt outdated — I would have preferred a walk‑in shower instead of a bath. Some fittings in the room were poor too, such as exposed lightbulbs beside the bed.The Wi‑Fi was unreliable and kept dropping, which made it difficult to use.That’s all I can comment on given the short duration of my stay, but overall the room and facilities could benefit from some updates

Plenty of activities for my grand-daughter, which was the purpose of our visit! The playroom was recently refurbished with lots of activities; one of the few hotels with a pool; love the themed rooms for children - this time we had the Jungle Room. Food in the restaurant was good!
