I was given a room which is for children and it had a sofa bed which was open. My reservation was for single occupancy. I had to come to the reception and wait for long to change my room. Staff was not polite and behaved as if I am asking for a big favor. Getting a room with 2 double beds and no space to walk is unacceptable
