We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Krakow City West. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the hotel is a bit further from the Old Town, the transportation links are excellent. We didn't mind the short journey and actually preferred the quieter location. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Krakow.

It is a good place for families with children. However, seeing kids log in to their Xbox accounts and play all day is annoying, as it does not give others a chance. I think this should be booked at the reception for an hour or so per room daily so everyone can enjoy it. The next thing is that there are limited tables at breakfast when the hotel is well booked. But on regular days, it is fine. The receptionist was very polite and answered all the required questions. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would consider to come back in the nearby future.

Met all my expectations and great customer service. The children's Dragon Themed room created hours of interest for my 2 year old grand-daughter! The paintings on the walls were great as were the cuddly toys and she loved the animal quilt, picking out her favourite animals for hours on end! She also loved the painting on the entrance door - and was able to easily identify our room.

We stayed there three nights (the first two with voucher) and we really enjoyed it. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel has a good location. We also ate dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious.
