Our stay at Novotel Kraków City West was very pleasant and exactly what we needed ahead of an early flight the next day. Breakfast was a real highlight — good quality, well organized, and offering a nice variety to start the day right. It made the short stay feel comfortable rather than rushed. Special thanks go to Polina at the reception, who truly did her best to make us happy with what she had available. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made a real difference to our experience. Overall, a good, smooth stay and a reliable choice, especially when traveling early the following morning. We would happily stay again.

I booked a late check-out. first, at 12:00, the card was blocked and I could not get into the room. secondly, there was a most unfriendly woman at the reception. for the third time, my room was entered 3 times without knocking that day.
