This time I've been disappointed. My room revealed to be noisy over the first night. My sleeping quality was poor because of that intermittent noise. Upon complaint, I was promised to have a different room for the second night by the receptionist on shift in the morning. However, in the evening, another receptionist informed me that the change would have been not possible. Luckily, the room was OK the second night.

I stayed one night without breakfast, as was leaving at 4:30 am. My overall experience was great - very clean, spacious, quiet and cosy room, bathroom with floor heating, water available in coolers on the floor, friendly staff, free shuttle to the airport which was exactly on time. The only comment for improvement is that I managed to reach reception by phone from the third attempt only

it's the second week i came in your hotel,room this week great ,but i was so surprise i need to pay for the parking this week and the first one i pay nothing.On the reception even they didn't ask me if i have a car...So believe me i cannot understand
