Good - comfy beds, good location, free airport shuttle. Bad - shuttle drops you off blocks from the airport, so you have to walk the rest of the way. No air in the room.

Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. The complimentary drink for points was not provided, the breakfast quality was poor, and the coffee machine was not working. Additionally, the free airport shuttle dropped us off far from the required terminal, resulting in a 15-minute walk with heavy luggage. This was inconvenient and disappointing.
