I liked everything except the unpleasant banging of the surrounding rooms doors in the evening.Some of them so strong that I could feel it when lying in bed. May be the closers springs need to be checked?

Rooms were clean, reception worked really good. The only issue we faced - we couldn’t reserve the seats prior arrival, then arrived late evening, we had no seats available for the needed time

Arrived to WAW apt after 12.00 hours noon, got information from the hotel reception that no shuttle available since it is after 12.00 hours, how client friendly, I was already at that point irritated !! Nice room, avful pillows, i mean awful pillows. I hope the hotel manager tries hotel pillows also to see how bad they are. Dinner average, nothing special.
