Check-in process is smooth. The room is pretty. Some minor wearing visible but not critical. It looks like the windows doesn't close completely so some noise from the road can be heard in the morning. Good breakfast options. I think the parking is a bit overpriced.

I had a great stay at the ibis budget. My room, toilet and shower were very clean. The staff was super nice and I enjoyed breakfast every morning. Good restaurants are within 30min walking distance or a couple of stops with public transport. Absolutely nothing to complain. Definitely the best ibis budget i stayed in so far and a huge step up to several of their German locations I have stayed in. Definitely an option when i am visiting Warsaw again.

Hotel Review Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room felt like a prison cell — small, cramped, and very uncomfortable to stay in. During our entire stay, the bed sheets were not changed even once. There was no closet or proper place to store clothes, which made it very inconvenient, especially for a multi-day stay. We also received only one pillow in the room. We booked three rooms for our family, but instead of placing us close to each other, the hotel spread us across different floors, which was very inconvenient. At reception, the staff did not welcome us warmly and the service was not pleasant. There is also no telephone in the room, so it is impossible to easily contact reception. During the whole stay we did not have hot water even once. In addition, the toilet was unusually high and uncomfortable to use. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and we would not recommend it
