The room had a working air conditioning and was pleasantly cool. Although the room was quite small, there were at least a couple of stools to sit on. The area of ​​the hotel was not particularly amazing, but the area seemed quiet and there was good public transport to the city centre. There was a spacious parking area in the hotel yard and the price was reasonable. The room was really dark, which was especially nice for a light-sensitive sleeper. Criticisms · The hand basin was in the room, not in the toilet. You also went into the shower directly from the room, not through the bathroom. This was not a problem for a couple, but if you are travelling with a friend or family member, this could be awkward.

Its ok but tight space, the room are tight with no fridge and showers are right in the room corner, parking are also super tight

I'm having an issue I've been trying to see it the hotel found an item I lost they have not been very responsive they have been waiting 5 days to see if housekeeping has found an item of mine I've had to ask twice and still haven't gotten a clear answer kind of disappointed here as I've had experience with other hotels in Warsaw with this, and they've been much more responsive and proactive
