As a long-time member of Accor Hotels, I chose this property primarily for its location and surrounding area. Upon check-in, I was assigned Room 539, even though the hotel did not appear to be fully occupied. Unfortunately, the room was quite basic and lacked several standard amenities such as a kettle, bottled water, and an in-room safe. The room seemed to be designed for accessibility, with features more suited to seniors or assisted living, including a bathroom equipped with heavy support fixtures. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom, likely due to drainage issues. I stayed for four nights. The front office staff were a mix—some were very friendly, while others were just average. I did not request housekeeping service during my stay, but I interacted with a housekeeping staff member on the 5th floor who was very friendly and hardworking. Although communication in English was somewhat limited, her effort and attitude were appreciated. The breakfast buffet was quite limited, offering minimal variety. Options were basic, with items such as boiled eggs and apples being the primary choices. Food frequently ran out after 9:00 AM, so arriving early was necessary to have a reasonable selection. Overall, while the location is a strong advantage, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly in room amenities, maintenance, and breakfast quality.
