Very nice rooms with big comfy beds, excellent breakfast with lost of options for everyone. Very quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Close to the airport, well communicated with other parts of the city. Would book again if I had the chance!

Starting with warm welcome, followed by making our stay most comfortable. Hotel staff was super helpful and accommodating to our needs. We walked to a 10/10 room cleanliness and ended our day with yummy dishes in the hotel restaurant

Always feels like home. Most important is that the beds and linens are very comfy and my sleep is deep and sound. Obviously, close to the airport is key when flying in or out of WAW. The on-premises restaurant has delicious selections, the breakfast has everything you'd ever want to eat in the morning and the gym is adequate for my work-out requirements. Novotel is where I always stay when I'm in Warsaw.

Helpful staff and a nice room. Good food. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for sightseeing, Warsaw Central Station or airport. Don't take a taxi. Take a bus or Uber (a taxi can charge you over 10 times more than an Uber).
