Everything was fine, exept, the overpriced parking.

Arrived and checked in easily, put a deposit for room charges. Phoned room service as was working in the room and was told I had no ability up charge to the room. Ended up having to go to reception to sort it out! Was not happy! Then no room cleaning and no notification I needed to ask for it! Had to go down to reception for fresh towels in the end! Not a good stay!

I have been staying at this hotel for many years because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, the conditions are getting worse. Poor service, poor food, old rooms. Time to think about changing hotels.
