The lack of hotel information was frustrating - I lost count of how many times I had to go to reception to find something out - like "have you an iron?", "Where is breakfast served?", "have you a gym?" "Why is there no one at the helth centre?" . Also, I was half why through breakfast and looked up to see everything have been taken away! - That was the most expensive scrambled eggs I've ever had!
