Dear Shu, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the three prepared beds and the leisure facilities, including the table tennis area and swimming pool. We're sorry to learn that traffic noise affected your stay. As our property is located near a road, some rooms may experience occasional noise from passing vehicles. Guests who are particularly sensitive to noise are always welcome to let us know before arrival, and we will do our best to allocate a quieter room, subject to availability. Regarding the candy at the reception, we would like to clarify that we do not provide complimentary candy as a regular service. On rare special occasions, we may offer small treats, but this is not part of our daily amenities. As for shopping, the nearest Żabka convenience store is approximately 400 meters from the hotel. For drinking water, each room is equipped with bottled water, and additional bottled water is available for purchase at the reception or the bar. Guests may also use the vending machines if preferred. We understand your comments regarding vending machine pricing and appreciate your feedback. Thank you once again for your review.
