Excellent I travel all over Europe and this is one of the best Novotel branches I stayed. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Perfect located, plenty parking space, public transport to city centre in front of hotel that brings in less than 20 minutes to the heart of Warsaw. Breakfast excellent with many choices. Nice garden with sun beds, swimming pool and terraces. Gym and spa facilities in the basement

Hotel is nice designed, the reception is professional and the stuff helpful. However: Some problems occurred: no housekeeping, no coffee for boiler provided on request. This is first time this happens in a Novotel hotel to me.

Nicely done hotel in quiet part of town. Few things to point out: Car access/entry to hotel front lot is confusing and not marked (you need to cross toll gate to check in to hotel, no signs, like Novotel logo with arrow or Enter) Parking fee is steep (this is airport hotel, not a city center) and especially that there is no covered/secure car park There is no clear marked smoke zone outside (so smokers gather next to the front doors, and one wanted to check in have to walk through toxic cloud) No pen/paper in the room (but to get breakfast you gotta fill out form) During checking I had to wait excessive amount of time since there was a person who did not have reservation and all paperwork took long time (language barrier?). Clerk did not acknowledge wait time nor called anyone for help with check in queue. While checking out, front desk staff saw me dropping off the card at the box next to the front desk, did not acknowledge me nor asked if everything was ok during my stay.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful. From front desk to room service my customer experience was great. I have spent quite a few nights previously and was always positive. This time in spite the circunstances were not ideal due to the worldwide pandemic alert the hotel experience was spotless.

I was a little bit disappointed that there was no shuttle. but I was positively surprised by the employees. Front desk was very helpful (2pm). And then the restaurant Novo Lounge delivered a delicious 2 dishes meal; and the person in charge went the extra mile to get me some camomille tea. All of this with a smile and respectful of distances. Very happy with this service. Please make sure that the employees are thanked for this, they made my stay special. Merci

Overcharged very rude staf, we paid for 2 rooms breakfast but didn’t get anything but a basket of old bread with one plate of I don’t know what to call it I believe it should have been scrambled eggs.

I realy like this hotel. Due to many reasons like location, cleanliness, sleep comfort, staff kindness, respect to Accor Club rules etc. This time, even during strange COVID times the service quality was excelent. The only thing, I'd realy improve is breakfast - since few weeks served to the room. Previously it was the best breakfast service in the hotel restaurant (this year, as well). I'm waiting for my next stay in Warsaw and for the better change - good times have to return back. Special thanks for Anastasia (reception) for her support and kindnes.

I was informed by the reception that Bathrobe for visiting spa are not provided in the normal room . It is just provided in executive room . I have stayed number of times at Hotel Mercure & Novatel in Warsaw in center in Normal rooms ( please check the history as I am frequent guest in Accor Group ) and every time the Bathrobe was kept in the room or provided to me after I called the reception . I request you to clarify on this specific Point .

I bought regular room, it was in ground floor and very dark. Sheets were dirty and we paid extra for premium room. Premium room had broken AC, phone and TV. We felt so cold in that room. Reception couldn't figure out and didn't give answer us. I had to go 3 times to reception. We were sleeping with electric heater as homeless. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't change bed sheets. When we wanted to change them, they said we don't have housekeeping now. Premium room is worst then normal. They said premium room is noise proof but I could her everything from another room. They gave margarine and low quality stuffs for breakfast. It can be only one star hotel..

I used to stay at that hotel quite often. Usually everything is ok but this time I get "digital room" which I do not recomend. They gave me that room even though I ordered different one. The "digital room" is located vey close to reception desk with big sign "digital room". Some guests think that it is a public room with computers and they try to get inside! That is horrible.

The stay was enjoyable. Nice atmosphere. The children's corner is interesting - I stayed with my granddaughter. The hotel is well located near the airport. Important for departures from Okecie. Although I have a silver card, I didn't receive a welcome drink.

Our concerns about this hotel are: Some employees at Novotel are friendly, others are not. The front doors to the outside are not easy to egress with luggage. The outside sidewalk and parking lot surfaces are uneven, making it difficult to move luggages over them. The elevator is too narrow and short to easily hold luggage carts. The hotel and its environs are noisy. Overall this hotel is slightly above average.
