The rooms are very nice and new, but the hotel, especially the restaurant, is in dire need of renovation.

it was sad I did not know that you have a shuttle taxi to the airport. I ordered a Bolt and paid 41zloty. Suggestion: better communicate your services for example having a poster at the check-in desk about it.

I was in a room 110, room was old, we didn’t had aircon working, housekeeping team hasn’t clean the room (they did clean it only once during our 4 day stay) Also bed was not comfortable and shower pressure was very very bad
