The hotel was lovely, amazing service, especially the service of Jack, who was very helpful and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend the hotel. Great breakfast, good room service. They took care of the water in the room every day, and we got everything we wanted right away.

TBH, best location, room cleaned well and the most important part is so quiet no noises at all

Great view BUT unfortunately my room was too noisy by being next to the elevator

I booked a premium room and indeed it was on the 30th floor with amazing view to the Palace of Culture, spacious and with free mini bar. But unfortunately it was adjacent to the elevator with continuous noise coming from the shaft and banging sounds from the motor. I am not a light sleeper and yet I could hardly sleep. I am Gold and just a few nights to become Platinum member and I felt that this room should not be allocated to any guests OR at least should have been sound proof. Perfect mattress and pillows but the noise affected sleep comfort which is my No 1 factor. Excellent check-in and checkout and the welcome cocktail drinks were also exquisite. Breakfast room was small for the seize of the hotel, chaotic with queuing for everything, from finding a table to getting a cup of coffee. Nevertheless the varieties and quality were excellent. I was there just for one night .. otherwise I would have asked for room change which was the only drawback in an otherwise excellent stay.

in town for job & a 2 days off, I had a very good welcome & check in the hotel completely met my expectations single room furnished in a very intelligent way to meet the needs of those who work adjustable heating in the room, for example I raised the temperature immediately after taking a shower to find it really warm, and then brought it back to normal during the night - non-noisy fans - everything needed for hot tea in the evening - excellent breakfast - very good cleaning

Unfriendly and almost rude staff, at the reception desk, at breakfast especially. The lobby is very very chaotic, many conferences and the private hotel guests are forgotten amongst all that. And the Xmas smell is just awful. So sweet and strong. Gives a really cheap overall to the Novotel brand.
