I have allready answered and give. My view from this visit. It Was The first afgdr become platinum but everything Was wrong. Crditcardwronc owner, no breakfast, Only one bottle o water evev IF ikea have 2, no wlcome sign no fruit or cake. So i want to go back to gold it Was much more appricatef

this is my 3rd time at this hotel in the last year. the location is perfect. just on the main street, next to all cafe, shops and transportation. star is kind, great english speakers, welcoming and helpful. will definitely come back again.

For the second stay in a row, the hotel could not provide a full invoice upon check out. The hotel could not include my room service bill in the invoice. They told me I would be emailed a complete invoice and I still haven't.

Great location , next to metro, train station tram and bus stop almost to everywhere even for both airports. The view from the upper floors is great although the noise of the trams gets even there. The refiling of the breakfast has to be quicker.

The was an annoying noise from the ventilation most of the night. Sound like there was a pop corn machine hided behind the grate in the ceiling. So I didn't sleep very much.

The room was very good and cozy, and also the stuff service. We likes the place and it was really close to everything. But, 3 of 5 mornings there were a noises of reconstruction that interrupter our sleeping and it was very noisy. I think someone should have told us about the noises before or give us a higher room.

The room quite old but I understand that this hotel was build long time ago. But I just surprise that why we got a big extra bed. We had booked with my baby is only 1 and a half year old. It make the rooms look too tight and small. The breakfast is very good. And the service also good.

Very good overall. Staff was very kind and helpful. We were well taken care of. Room was spacious with superb view. BUT the bed mattress had no place in a Novotel. Should had been replaced ages ago. Also there were no mugs for coffe/tea in our room. Just disposable paper cups. This is ok at Starbucks but not at a four star hotel.

Had a 4 day stay in the hotel. The hotel (at least the part where I was staying in) has undergone renovation recently and the rooms were new and nicely furnited. The view from the 20th floor was awesome. Breakfeast was as expected, I liked the option to order a freshly made Omelette or fried/scrambled eggs. Personell was very friendly and welcoming - all in all it was a very good stay.
