We have been staying at this Novotel every time we visit Warsaw and have always had a pleasant experience. During our stay on February 6–7, we received complimentary breakfast and welcome drinks as part of the benefits for Platinum card holders. However, during our recent stay on March 6-9, the front desk informed us—after confirming with the manager—that we were not entitled to complimentary breakfast. We had to show that this benefit is included for Platinum members before it was granted. Unfortunately, the welcome drink benefit was then removed. This was the first time we experienced this kind of issue at Novotel, and we were quite disappointed by the inconsistency in the benefits provided.

Hotel is ok. Nothing special. The location is great but I found the room dark and uninviting. After my stay in Warsaw I stayed at the Mercure in Wroclaw which was fabulous and really leaned into sharing information about local food and culture. Novotel Warsaw is generic and bland.
