Hello, Having stayed at several Novotel hotels in different cities before, I am able to compare this stay with my previous experiences. While the location of the hotel is very central and convenient, this stay did not meet the standards I have experienced at other Novotel properties. Upon arrival, the room cleanliness was below expectations. Slippers were not provided, and when we requested them, we were informed they were available only for an additional charge. The heating worked on the first day but stopped afterward, leaving the room quite cold. We also had dinner at the hotel on our first evening; however, the food was very oily and did not meet expectations in terms of taste. As these issues were not present in my previous Novotel stays, this experience was disappointing. I am sharing this feedback constructively, in the hope that it will help maintain and improve Novotel’s service standards. Kind regards, Elif

Very nice hotel with a great location in the center of the city. Very good service and helpful staff especially the breakfast manager Kasia, nice person and supporting all demands. Good option to visit Warsaw.
