This is my second time staying at this hotel, and definitely not my last. Great location, friendly and attentive staff, and an excellent breakfast. However, the room cleaning was not really cleaning. They only made the bed and emptied the bins. On one day, the towels weren’t changed either, and the bed linen wasn’t changed at all during my stay. It didn’t ruin my stay, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping.

I specifically requested a quiet room on high floor. But was given super noisy room on 9th floor. I can hear car, tram , train everything in details ( near junction) plus 2-3 rooms nearby slamming door passed midnight. I was awake all night didn’t sleep at all.
