I'm in Novotel when I'm in Warsaw, this time it was disappointing with the room. Requested high floor with view towards palace but it was turned down.. Reason was due to category of room choosen, evertime I choose the same type and always stayed on high floor. Room missed basic things like water bottle. Time to upgrade to smart TV.

The area is convenient for many things however it is incredibly noisy though I guess this is to be expected being in the middle of the city... Amenities at the hotel we're fine... The staff in general was very nice and helpful. The biggest complaint was the horrible internet, inconsistent speeds, constant dropped packets, and made it very difficult to work efficiently or hold video calls.

Stayed at the Novotel Warsaw Centrum for 5 nights in Dec 25. Location is right in the centre of Warsaw, close to the tram stops, main railway station and bus stops. Noise levels were acceptable and did not bother us at all. On arrival, my first impression of the hotel was well laid out, the decor was tasteful, and the aroma of cinnamon as you walked through the lobby to the reception desk was a nice touch. Because I had done an on-line check-in, the check-in process was very quick, and I also managed to get an upgraded room on the 28th floor. A special thanks to Karolina on the reception desk for her polite, efficient and charming attitude when checking us in. The room was well laid out, and the bed was comfortable. We cannot comment on the breakfast as it was not included in the package. Cleanliness in the hotel and in the rooms was above standard, and the staff were efficient, polite and no question was too much trouble. This hotel is good value for money and the restaurant and bar were good value for money with good food and drink options. Definitely enjoyed our stay here, and will be back in the summer.
