Very good stay. I am used to be at Novotel Centrum in Warsaw and always the service is excellent. This time also I really appreciated the support by Weronika that was able to apply for a free early check-in. In fact I arrived at 8:00am after a long flight from Beijing and really I needed for entering my room for a shower and a rest. Thank you Weronika!

I would like to say huge thanks to Lizaveta, a supervisor manager at the front desk, who I met on the day of my check out. The practical situation I ended up with was decided very quickly, professionally and in a very polite way. When other colleagues could not help, she stood up in a leadership position, took a decision and the situation quickly got sorted. It is at that moment I made my mind to stay at the hotel again, so I booked my next stay at the hotel right away at the till.

Well located. The housekeeping didn’t fill up the body wash and there was no amenity kit in the rooms. Bed was comfortable, unlike the pillows.
