Loved the location and quite diverse breakfast selection. Rooms were tidy and had all the necessary amenities. Staff could be friendlier and better-trained though (I grew up in Eastern Europe so it felt like home, but to my friend it came off very rude and unprofessional). We also ordered a late check out but apparently our room keys were not loaded (we had to check with the staff on the check-out day and they did not know about this for whatever reason, so it was a whole hassle). The cleaning staff, I suppose, was also unaware of that fact as they just entered our room (without knocking) when we were still sleeping there (on our totally valid late-check-out account). Furthermore, a person knocked on our door in the morning of that day (had no uniform, no badge) asking at what time we were planning to leave (to which I answered "why does that matter" because he looked like another customer) with no further explanation then the person left. Later on I realized that it was a cleaning staff (saw him in the hallway cleaning), but he did not even bother to explain that to me earlier and again, no uniform, no badge, "just what time are you leaving?", how was I supposed to tell? :D Anyway, maybe some work on the internal communication could be done to smooth out clients´ experience. Had it not been for this, it really would have been a 10/10 experience!
