I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was given a key to my room. However, when I entered the room, I discovered that it was already occupied by another guest. It seems there was a system error, which was quite concerning, especially late at night. Additionally, the following morning at around 10 a.m., a housekeeper opened my room without prior notice. This also felt unusual and uncomfortable. I understand that mistakes can happen, but these situations raised concerns about organization, communication, and guest privacy. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

You can walk to the Ibis in a few minutes from the West Station. It has a cafe. There are multiple stores right outside the hotel. The staff is always very helpful.
