The location of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire area around the hotel was under construction, and there was no proper pathway for guests to walk through. My shoes got muddy every time I entered or left the building. The room itself had almost no amenities. There was no minibar, no slippers, and even the bathroom lacked basic items like proper shampoo and soap. Overall, it felt very poorly equipped. The worst part was the room door. It kept getting stuck, and we had to go to the lobby four times to replace the key card. In the end, they told us that we simply needed to push the door harder. Eventually, it became clear that the door was actually broken and would only open with force, not with the card as it should. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've been an Accor customer for many years. I've been using the Ibis West Station hotel fairly regularly for quite some time now. My visits were frequent enough that, courtesy of the staff, my room preferences were saved in my profile. Unfortunately, things have changed recently. It's a bit disappointing.

Too expensive price (69€) for too small room (11m2) without of enough furnitures in the room. Currency exchange rate ( EUR/PLN) much lower in compare of official exchange rate. Too expensive coffee ( 5€ small cappuccino) in the bar of 3-stars hotel.

Very nice people at the reception. I could borrow a mini-fridge for 1 night. The shower was very pleasant. Could not make the room warm enough.
