Had to get a room on a quick notice around midnight, got it, the staff was super nice, the room was clean, had a usb wall socket for charging your phone which i needed at the time, comfy bed, a glass, extra toilet paper if need be.

Honestly, not too clean, stinking and dirty toilet. One pillow fresh, and the other one with many hairs on both sides. Sadly, I CAN NOT say, that it was a pleasure to stay there.

Our group of 80 people from 12 countries, participating in the International Natural Sciences Tournament, stayed at your hotel from 6th to 12th of February. Your hotel has very good conditions for living, all of us admitted it. The breakfast was at a good level so we enjoyed staying at your hotel. Nevertheless, there were some moments, which would be better to improve for leaving a deep impression in the future. The most important issue for us was to provide our participants with confirmations for a visa. As our group was international, participants from different countries required confirmations at different time limits. We wrote to the hotel with this question 3-4 days before the deadline. Unfortunately, often we didn't get the answer during this time and couldn't get those confirmations in time. It made a lot of problems for our participants regarding the possibility to visit Warsaw. Also, often we got those confirmations with mistakes and misprints so it took some more time to correct them. We would be very glad if our feedback will help your hotel team to make your service better.

I was reasonably satisfied with my stay. The location is good, breakfast nice, overall good value for money. Experience would be better if there was electrick kettle and I could make myself tee/coffee. Also would be nice to have shampoo. TV was dispensable.

Quiet rrom with basic, but sufficient furnishing. Very good breakfast, but you should come to the breakfast before 8:30 to avoid waiting in over 50 people queue.

1. My reservation was cancelled 40 minutes before I arrive and the room was sold to me with a new price. I noticed it and thanks to the man on reception, who spent some time to restore the booking and the initial price. 2. The shower in a room was broken. When we returned at 2am and noticed it, it was too late and we wanted to sleep, so decided not to start a complain at this late time and possible spend one more hour. 3. In the morning there was an extremely long queue to the buffet. We waited 30 minutes, but passed only half of it. It was remaining only 40 minutes before our train, so we had to leave without the breakfast, despite we paid for it. I asked for refund on reception, but they answered it is not possible.

The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. The only fault was that the washbasin drained slowly. The staff were very welcoming. My only other complaint was that the breakfast was disappointing. Some scrambled egg in addition to sausage would be much better than overcooked frozen vegetables. Overall, I was satisfied with my short 2 night stay.

The stuff was very friendly and the room clean. The hotel is located very close to the bus station, where there are also busses to downtown Warshaw. The breakfast was ok. You can get drinks in the evening.

It was fine, I would more so describe the hotel as a little above a hostel to be honest, not really a hotel. If you are transiting and only need a place to sleep, this would be sufficient. But if you are staying for a couple days, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Typical Ibis Budget. Ckean, comfortable and functional. No thrills but for the price it's unbeatable. Just minutes from the Z-Warsaw station.
