The location is great, especially if you are taking a coach. Please note that check-in is located at the next hotel, just a 1-minute walk away. The staff are nice and helpful, and the place is very quiet. The only small downside (not the hotel’s fault) is that the roads around the area are very bumpy due to construction. Overall a lovely place to stay!

Liked the stay but some things could be improved: 1. Check in was a bit slow. 2. Even though I had late check out, my card stopped working before agreed time.

I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was given a key to my room. However, when I entered the room, I discovered that it was already occupied by another guest. It seems there was a system error, which was quite concerning, especially late at night. Additionally, the following morning at around 10 a.m., a housekeeper opened my room without prior notice. This also felt unusual and uncomfortable. I understand that mistakes can happen, but these situations raised concerns about organization, communication, and guest privacy. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.
