I stayed at your hotel for a total of four nights, with the first two nights booked through Trip.com and the last two nights reserved via the hotel's official website. The hotel's hardware facilities are relatively good — the building is quite new, transportation is convenient, and the surrounding environment is pleasant. However, the hotel's service quality has many shortcomings that urgently need to be improved. First of all, the English proficiency of the staff at the front desk, in the housekeeping department and in the restaurant is generally poor, and it is obvious that they lack professional service training. Secondly, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door in a rude manner without basic etiquette, which seriously affected the guest's stay experience. Thirdly, there was no mini-fridge in the room, making it impossible for me to properly store the medicines that required refrigeration, thus greatly reducing their efficacy. Fourthly, the service efficiency was extremely low. After I had completed the payment, I went to the front desk to request an invoice, but the staff just brushed me off with the words "come back tomorrow". Issuing an invoice is a task that can be completed in a few minutes, yet the guest was made to make an unnecessary trip, reflecting both inefficient and inhumane service. In conclusion, while the hotel's hardware conditions are acceptable, its service level is low, the staff's attitude is unenthusiastic, and the overall service experience is far from satisfactory.

I am willing to share my experience of staying at your hotel. I came to Warsaw this time for a business trip and initially booked a two-night stay through Trip.com. After checking in, I found the room basically met my needs and was clean and tidy, so I made an additional two-night reservation through your official website, with a total stay of four nights. The hotel’s location is acceptable and its hardware facilities are fairly good, but the overall stay experience was extremely poor. It is worth pointing out that the room rate I booked through Trip.com was nearly 50 Zloty higher per night than the rate directly booked on your official website. This price difference made me feel deceived and quite uncomfortable. The room service, restaurant service and front desk service of your hotel were all highly unprofessional: the staff were indifferent in attitude, and their English proficiency and usage rate were extremely low, which was far from meeting the standards for receiving international travelers. In addition, there was no refrigerator in the room, which caused great inconvenience to me. The milk, ham, various vegetables and fruits I purchased could not be properly preserved. Coupled with the excessively high temperature in the room, the food was prone to spoilage. More importantly, I am a diabetic and my daily medications need to be stored in a refrigerated environment. The lack of a refrigerator directly prevented me from properly preserving my drugs, which made me feel very uneasy. Furthermore, after I paid the accommodation fee, I requested an invoice on the spot but was turned down. The front desk staff informed me that I had to come back the next day to collect it. Helplessly, I had to make a special trip to the front desk the following day to get the invoice. Providing an invoice immediately after payment is a basic service standard. This unnecessary trip not only wasted my time but also greatly increased my discomfort as a guest, fully reflecting the inefficiency and low-grade quality of your hotel's service. What was particularly dissatisfying was the door-knocking manner of the housekeeping staff — the knocks were hasty and loud, completely impolite, as if forcing their way in, which made me feel uncomfortable. As service staff, they should remind guests in a gentle and polite way rather than being so rude. In summary, I am extremely dissatisfied with this stay experience and will never recommend your hotel to my friends.

Not far from the train station, but not reachable on foot due to winter weather and construction all around. Otherwise, a decent hotel, nice breakfast.

The location is not so bad. you are rather close to the airport and have good connections. it is not an expensive hotel. you also have a pot of parking. small rooms, small shower, average staff with 1-2 people in the reception not speaking English and the room heating system not working properly.
