Everything was proper and clean, nice staff and lovely breakfast. I just missed that little extra regarding the service, like a hello or good morning when meeting the staff and that little extra smile.

Very nice stay ,great room with an excellent mattress that provides very good sleep. Everywhere it feels and looks very clean .Personal is very professional and efficient however a smile would not hurt and would round it up.

I booked a stay late at night for my family. I have been staying with Accor Hotels for over a decade now. We got a room that made no sense in terms of layout. Columns in the middle of the room, separate toilette and bathroom. Broken hairdryer, broken towel hook, scratched sink faucet, terrible underground parking lot with an also terrible rate per night. The staff was not friendly at the arrival, same next day when leaving. Breakfast was great, location was nice. Still, I will never choose this hotel again. Felt totally not like a descent hotel.

I missed my connecting flight and was stuck in Warsaw for 24 hours.. I immediately booked a night at the mercure grand, as I have stayed there before and knew it was nice. I arrived exhausted to the hotel and the receptionist was very kind, and gave me a lovely room. I left early the next morning.
