Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious, large windows and nice amenities like refill carafes and water stations just down the hall. There was a slight odor of mothballs when first entering, but after a few hours with the windows open, it was fresh. The bed was fairly comfortable, small pillows and the towels could use an upgrade. Large shower with a window view from the bed (nice touch for couples). Excellent service from the Winestone.

I had to replace the magnetic keycard three times during my two-night stay. I did my best not to hold it next to the phone but I did carry it in my backpack where the laptop was in a separate compartment and still, it died off. Not providing an iron to the room and suggesting prep for your business meetings in the ironing room is just ridiculous, there's no AC in the room, so it feels like you're in the sauna. I had to carry the ironing board and the iron to my room where I could prep for my busy day without sweating a bucket.

Booked a 6 nights stay in a superior room, got an old room on a floor with heavy dust smell, the room felt outdated, the bed was completely destroyed, you could feel every spring of the mattress and the chairs were sinked too (although I’d request a room with a suitable chair by the desk as I’d to work). After raising a complaint to the reception the next morning and asked for another room, I was moved to another floor, a renovated. The room was much better that’d met the expectations, the mattress was new, but too soft so my back pain stayed with me. The towels were very poor quality and there were no towels at the gym, very inconvenient. It was a fair price for the location and facilities, but next time I’d pay a bit more for a better hotel.
