All round a satisfactory experience, except that I had to cut short my stay due to quarantine law change in my home country.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and the experience is always a pleasant one. The staff are friendly and very helpful and on my last visit I felt extremely safe in regards to what the hotel was doing to protect its guest from COVID-19.

The hotel is really well located to walk everywhere in the centre of Warsaw. Unfortunately, at check out I was told that for some strange reason they could not charge my card. So, I called my bank to double check if there is any problem and was told that not and that the transaction is waiting to be processed. The hotel staff insisted to charge me again. And few hours later my account was debited twice. So, now, I'm waiting to be reimbursed.

Really surprised and disapponted about the condition of the room and poor breakfast. In the COVID times as a hotel guest you won't to see your room and the breakfast restaurant perfectly clean and spotless. Unfortunately it was not the case during my stay. My room, apart from being really worn out, was not clean like it should. in addition, at these times being reassured about the hygiene procedures at the check-in is far more important than the speed of service. Overall, I had a feeling that the hotel is empty (and this is understandable) and lacking the management (and this is of course negative).

Bearing in mind that we had the pleasure to hosted you in the past, we are all the more sorry that this time not everything was as it should have been and despite our great efforts, we failed to ensure your stay at the highest level of quality and comfort. Nice check-in check-out, nice upgrade for Platinium, very nice room... I was very pleased during my stay which is why I will come back again next Saturday ! Only welcome gift could be better compared to a nice bottle of Proseco I got in Novotel Krakow or White wine in Sofitel Warsaw but that's it ! :) NB: DId not try breakfast because I was disappointed in both Novotel Krakow and Sofitel Warsaw

The Hotel is very professional in the way they run it. The staff cannot due enough for you. always a warm reception at reception. The breakfast is good and meets the covid 19 virus recommendations. Food in the in the bar is very good and well served and have an exceptional Barman who dealt with a last minute influx of people caused by me

In general for sure the price was great. I don’t remember when the last time we slept in 4-star hotel with breakfast for such a low price. Though I have to say that sleeping on the first level resulted in hearing all the noises coming from the street so I wouldn’t say that rooms were soundproof as advertised. We chose the hotel mainly because of the location and praised breakfast options, so it was very disappointing to see that breakfast didn’t look like it used to. I am not talking about new organization due to COVID-19 because staff was amazing, I am talking about what was served. One type of cheese (where was cottage cheese? mozzarella? feta?), almost no fish and meat selection, almost no fruit. For sure not worth anymore to buy a breakfast. We would prefer to pay more for the room but start a day with a breakfast on a 4-star hotel level. From positives: friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and spacious shower, good size of a cod for a baby, great coronavirus safety features. Got spoiled in the past with amazing breakfast in places that we normally were so we will book the room again only if the old style breakfasts will be back, otherwise we will choose different hotel. Though for someone who prefers to eat out we will recommend it.

Stayed 3 nights in a Superior Queen Room (#905). Very large room. I really liked how the bathroom is open to the room, but also closable. Wifi super fast. Very well appointed. The bed is super comfortable. Dead quiet at night. The staff are 10/10. The breakfast buffet is large. They take covid seriously, The location is in the area where the better restaurants and bars are, better than centrum. Quite upmarket spot. HIGH RECOMMEND.

The hotel is doing all things expected during these crazy Covid days. I appreciate the effort of encouraging the wearing of masks by guests, the availability of sanitizer and even the cleaning of rooms upon request only. Managing breakfast when busy could be improved.

in the time of my stay not once my room was cleaned or new towel or minifridge beverages were provided. i had to beg for a towel which i received 2 days later. They are taking advantage of the world Corona and that is an absolute shame

Great spacious room, nice set of TV channels, good breakfast. On a down side kind of call due to A/C (although I increased the temperature), heating not worked. Also the housekeeping person was not speaking Polish or English, hence it was difficult to actually get the requested item (extra shower gel).

My wife and myself debated whether we had stayed in any better rooms in our time travelling Europe. Certainly not! It was worth the little extra to book a Junior Suite so if you are looking for that little bit extra, do the same.
