The older gentleman at the restaurant was extremely rude when I asked for my coffee replacing due to it being off. There wasn’t enough coffee/tea in the room. Would be better if you got UHT milk instead of powered milk. The was a young guy on reception who told me breakfast was more expensive that it actually was but other than that, I had a great stay.

The underground parking is tight, and that's OK - it's a historical building. Still... The lights system fails regularly and you get stuck in a super narrow corridor without a way to back up. There is no phone number you could call visible at the entrance to the underground. When you call the hotel's number, you get through completely pointless melodies and button presses, so it takes several minutes to get anyone respond to your call. Then you realize that they don't have a way to open the gate for you remotely, because the system is so messed up. It's actually pretty unsafe and illegal for that reason. Before I got to reception, they were already answering the call form another upset client trying to get in. It's this way for ages now and management of the hotel should finally respond to it. It kills the entire experience of otherwise a very nice hotel that I enjoy staying in...
