Perfect hotel in the center of Warsaw. Very helpful staff. I did not test the breakfasts during this stay, will do another time. Very spacious rooms, you can rest peacefully as well as work comfortably. Plenty of city parking in the vicinity of the hotel.

Staff at reception very friendly, room very comfortable, breakfast staff not so friendly though. Breakfast options could be improved a bit, e.g., add a variety os pastries, improve the flow of the self-service area and train some of the staff better as when they are walking around, they disregard any guests on their way, or if they are blocking an area because they are talking amongst themselves, the guests have to go the other way as they do not acknowledge anyone and simply block the areas, for example, in front of the juice machine, in front of the cold buffet, etc.

We received a warm welcome at reception when we arrived (albeit much earlier than expected), likewise in the Winestore bar/restaurant where we had drinks and a delicious meal and also at breakfast (which was varied and plentiful) the following morning. The guest areas (bar/reception area) were inviting and comfortable and there were maps that we could take so that we could find our way around Warsaw. Our room was lovely! Warm, spacious and comfortable with chairs so we could both sit and relax watching tv with a coffee. We didn’t have anything from the mini bar, but it was well stocked. We did, however, fill the flasks up with water from the machine at the end of the corridor - that was a great idea!! The bed was so comfortable, I could have taken the mattress home - a good night’s sleep was definitely had! Loved the shower too! I’d happily recommend the hotel to my friends and be very happy to book here again!

I had a standard double with two beds. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had an unusual set-up for the bathroom. The toilet was in a completely separate room on the other side of the wardrobe from the sink and shower. My room (809) faced north which gave me a lovely view of the Warsaw skyline, but on Thursday night, there was a lot of noise coming from somewhere in the hotel. I'm not sure if it was from the casino on the first floor or another place across the street (or maybe the floor above), but it was loud and lasted until midnight, making it difficult to get to sleep. Any other night was very peaceful, though. I also had dinner at the Winestone restaurant, which was delicious and the bar staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location is pretty good, although you have to walk two long blocks to get to a main street for busses and trams.
