Every time I'm in Warsaw I stay at Mercure Grand. Great location, comfortable and well-equipped rooms and a delicious breakfast buffet. Everything is just excellent.

+ Location: perfect, very close to public transportation and Central Railway Station (15 mins walking), quiet street with plenty of cafes / restaurants around (5-7 mins away) + Lobby: nice design, plenty spaces to seat and rest or work + Wine bar: very nice staff, we had a welcome drink as a gift being Silver Member of Accor All loyalty program - Room was booked for 2 persons, however bathrobe and slippers were provided only for one person. Requested via call the second slippers and received them after 30 mins… - Room cards didn’t work twice, have to go back to reception to re-activate the room cards - Staff didn’t apologize neither for absence of bathrobe & slippers nor for issues related to room cards, was not grateful and barely smiling + Late check-out was granted as I am Silver Member of Accor All (till 16:00) + Small gym is available on floor -1, also sauna is available (but I didn’t use).

The hotel was nice and the employees were great. It's a shame that you allow the guests to smoke right outside the front doors. It was disgusting to have to walk through smoke every time I left and returned to the hotel. They should have to smoke further away from the entrance.
