Terrible service. We tried to call multiple times to confirm our booking — no response at all. We also sent emails, which were completely ignored, as if this is normal for them. Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception staff could not find our payment, even though we paid a month in advance. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply told us it was our problem and claimed that we hadn’t paid. Very disappointing experience.
