The check-in was slow (I had already checked in online, but it took a long time), and someone was allowed to push ahead of me (there were only two of us), and the desks were obscured. Not a great introduction to an otherwise good stay.

They take good care of ALL members, always offering something nice, and sometimes even a great upgrade. Winestone downstairs has very good food and friendly waiters. In general, I like to visit Winestone in Mercure hotels, and I've eaten at more than a dozen of them. The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the very centre of Warsaw. There is public and hotel parking available.
