We were in a standard twin room for 2 nights which included breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful. We then moved to a superior queen bed room that did not include breakfast. The room was much more spacious and updated. I can’t say which one I enjoyed more, because the breakfast was totally worth it, but the extra space was super appreciated. Overall, the staff was very accommodating in both the breakfast room and at the front desk.

Stayed for work, was handily located, staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast area seemed a bit small for the number of guests. Room was comfortable but I would have preferred the a/c unit to be positioned aiming towards the bed, it was really only effective if you sat directly in front of it at the table.

Loved our stay, especially Joanna and Patrycja. Jakub in the restauracji was great as was Julia on the desk. The only complaint is your African maid staff do NOT clean to Polish standards. Our room was never done completed or done correct by them. She also messed with our temperature control, and Joanna had to move us rooms. My wife is born and raised in Warszawa, Wola girl, so her standards are high. We are looking at a 6-7 week stay while our flat gets ready and our furniture arrives from Canada. Patrycja showed us a suite that we will book.

One of the worst hotel service experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff, especially several of the female employees, were consistently cold, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in guests. Even when I greeted them, I could barely get a response. Requests to housekeeping and the restaurant were repeatedly ignored, with no one bothering to show up. The housekeeping staff themselves were excellent, but unfortunately they seem to be the exception. There is virtually no sense of hospitality at the front desk or restaurant. The whole experience felt cheap, unwelcoming, and completely unworthy of a Grand Mercure. I’m a regular Marriott guest and was seriously considering moving my loyalty to Accor. After this stay, that idea is completely off the table. Marriott clearly understands hospitality; Grand Mercure Warsaw clearly does not.
