All very nice as usual, but I had one problem.... I had my insulin pen. I was aware of the lack of fridges in the rooms and asked at the reception to have it placed in the refregerator... the answer was "No" and was told that the management had taken such an unwise decision. Very troublesome situation that I couldn't really understand... never have seen or heard of such a thing as a regular client of Accor hotels. I really hope Accor and Ibis Reduta do something about this! It was insulin that needs to be refregerated, otherwise it becomes useless for the patient, and I'm speaking here a an MD! It wasn't kielbasa but my everyday necessary medication. .

Brought a small group of college students with me on this trip and everyone was pleased with your hotel. I was impressed with how quiet the hotel was during the night. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with the wide variety of food.

Breakfast very good, location is also ok, nice staff. It should be more elevators. Hotel also need a renovation (strange smell from bathroom).

W pokoju był zużyty ręcznik (wyprany ale już nie powinien być dalej używany, miał widoczne zabrudzenia przypuszczalnie niemożliwe do doprania). W pokoju ani wieczorem ani też rano nie było gorącej wody. W stosunku do innych Ibis w tym samy standardzie pierwszy raz spotkałem się z takimi niedogodnościami.
