On the first day there was a girl who worked at the reception but could not make a single sentence in englishonly just pointing for us to sit down in the lobby? How do people work at front office if they do not speak another language? Housekeeping came in to the room cleaning even when we had the sign out that we do not want the room cleaning. It made us unease and unsafe as they just ignored the sign. When i went down to address this the boy at the reception try to explain to me that we should have the sign out even after I told him we had it out from the morning until we left the room around noon...
