Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with large selection of food to choose. This is my 4 th time at this location and the staff is always amazing. Miss Anna Melnychuk went high and above helping me with my reservation . With a smile and lot of patience I was able to check in and have my room for several days. I’m very grateful to her and rest of the staff. They truly are a great team . Thank you ! I can’t wait to come back again 😊

Old hotel, need to be renovated

When we arrived in the morning they asked us to come back later, because they couldn't check me in. We left our luggage at the hotel. We asked for a quiet room far from the elevator, and they said they will put it ask a note. When we came back in the evening they told us they had only few rooms left so they couldn't give us a room as we asked beforehand. They gave us the room 102 for people with reduced mobility in front of the elevator. The room: it had broken old furniture, the bathroom had many rusty parts and it was dirty. Something was buzzing all night, sometimes it was like a machine turned on and ran for about 20 minutes, then turned off. The stuff: I wanted to use my reward points, but the receptionist told me I couldn't use reward points because he had no right to do it, and it was practice that reward points had to be used when reservation was made. What? So this hotel is in a very bad condition and needs to be renovated. The stuff was not the best. This hotel was one of my worst experiences at Accor Hotels.
