We arrived early and ask if possible to ckeck in early Receptionist mentioned thet no room ready yet however at 10 it will be available but we need to pay extra for early ckeck in. I travel a lot and I know that when you make booking there option for early ckeck in for extra charge but it's mean prepaid and as soon you arrive in the hotel room are ready. Any hotel all around world if room are ready they will check you in and not keeping in the hall with small baby until time for check in. No any friendliness no any sympathy. Towels in the room alredy time to replace as a bad sheets with the halls. It's not my first stay in this hotel but definitely worst.
