All good, the only remark is the check-in process. We were 4 people and at the front desk they had to type in all detials from all people.... this took quite a bit. I think I could have filled the detials online prior to arrival and have a more expedite check-in process were the front desk only check the data are correct looking at the document. This would make it easier for both hotel staff and guests.

The hotel is well located and the rooms were clean. However, the parking facilities were very expensive, and I was disappointed that there was no drinking water in the room, no minibar, and no slippers provided. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but the room amenities and parking costs could definitely be improved.

The elevators are really crowded and slow. It was very difficult to close the curtains so that it would be dark during the night as the curtains did not slide easily and the curtains were on top of a table with lots of items that fell down when moving the curtains. One day, there was just one towel in my room instead of the usual two + floor towel. It would be good idea to update the pillows as they were both very lumpy.
