Was staying for one night. The location is just perfect, room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was very helpful. But what I really need is a tea and slippers there.

I need to express my strong disappointment about last visit. One of our guests who arrived as the first of the whole group (late at night), was said that there are no rooms booked under their name. The mistake that took place was not so bad, worse was the receptionist comments, rude behavior and high voice tone. Several times he explained the guest that the reservation was cancelled & the hotel is fully booked so he can do nothing. Finally after 30 min the reservation and the payment (that was already done beforehand) has miraculously been found in the system. The guest was really left alone with no apologies, no bonus. The feedback I heard after the incident was that no more bookings in that hotel
