Since my arrival, the room has been missing some basic items, such as a kettle. I spoke with reception, and they told me I could use the kettle at the bar. When I tried to get a spoon, the barman spoke to me very rudely. In the morning, room service opened the door first time without knocking, I was almost naked. Second time, knocked the door and opened while I was praying. The hotel staff needed a lot of training on how to deal with customers especially from different nations.
