What I liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast buffet had some variety. Room was well equipped. What left to be desired: I didn't sleep very well. The mattress was a bit rough and I would have also wished for a thicker pillow. There was some noise from other rooms and the AC. The room temperature varied, being a lot warmer in the evening than in the morning. Access by public transport was also not the best.

Extremely close to the Arena COS Torwar and was perfect to be next to the concert venue. Extremely clean, nice atmosphere and a vast amount of amenities. Only slightly disappointed when i left the doorhanger sign to indicate i did not want my room cleaned, yet came back to my room being cleaned anyways.

Good and comfortable hotel, very good breakfast. Location is outside the city center. Even though I had already paid through booking.com, at the reception I was asked to pay again, we argued a bit until he found something like virtual credit card payment, which I don't know what it means in the current situation.

The room was nice, beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. The curtains let quite a bit of light in though. The breakfast was varied and good quality. The only downside for me was the dynamic pricing which meant the hotel was so expensive.

Lovely staff. Loved the water stations. But in my view really uncomfortable beds and bizarre mentally busy interior design. I’ve stayed in other Ibis Styles hotels which I generally like, but the design of this room was so odd - even the ceiling would put you into a spin.

I liked that there was always coffee and cookies available; I enjoyed the breakfast and the fresh juice. It’s a very convenient location, close to the city center. I was surprised that there were no hygiene supplies in the bathroom (cotton balls, cotton swabs, etc.), and there was no soap for the entire 4 days. We rate it 7.5/10. Although the price per night isn’t cheap—140 euros.
