We recently had a teambuilding event at Ibis Styles Warszawa Centrum, and everything was simply outstanding! The rooms were superb — cozy, colorful, and beautifully designed. Housekeeping was done daily with great attention to detail. I loved that even the small things were taken care of — for example, after enjoying my morning tea, the next day the tea bags were already replaced with fresh ones. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and incredibly varied, with a strong focus on healthy options — lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, plus a cold-press station where we could make our own juice from carrots, beets, oranges, and apples. Dinner was equally delicious and perfectly balanced. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times. The lobby area was such a nice touch — free coffee, water with lemon slices, and cookies available for everyone, which were quickly restocked whenever they ran out. The hotel is also ideally located, within easy walking distance of Warsaw’s main attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. Overall, an amazing experience — cozy atmosphere, healthy and tasty food, spotless cleanliness, and exceptional service. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

Was staying there for a citytrip and a concert, the location was perfect because it is really close to COS Torwar. To the city center, it was easy and cheap to take Uber or Bolt. Good hotel, good beds, nice breakfast and dinner as well. And awesome to have a coffee corner with some cookies. I had a pleasant stay.

As an Accor Diamond member, I stayed at Ibis Styles Hotel Warsaw City for three nights—two nights booked through my company and an additional night reserved privately. While I appreciated being able to remain in the same room throughout my extended stay without inconvenience, I found the absence of even a small welcome gesture, such as a drink or personalized welcome, disappointing. In comparison, another Ibis Styles hotel in Warsaw consistently delivers outstanding care for loyal guests, often exceeding the service levels found at higher star-rated hotels within the same chain.
