We like this cozy, clean, and quiet hotel with kind and helping stuff. This is our second staying in Ibis Style, and we will come more. It is also very good restaurant om premises, with a rich and tasty breakfast. It is open till late, so you can also have lunch and dinner. We recommend!

Good location, nice staff, love the decor, but the coffee was awful and there were no vegan options at breakfast. When I say coffee was bad, I'm not crying about a lack of pretentious single origin coffees. I drink coffee at costa and macdonalds and am not picky. This was undrinkable.

The room was clean and had a nice, individual style. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. The hotel’s policy regarding dogs was very disappointing. Either dogs are welcome or they are not. Allowing dogs at the hotel but then refusing to let us have breakfast with our dog does not feel genuinely dog-friendly. We were told either to leave our dog alone in the room or to sit outside on the terrace with him at only 12°C. Neither option was acceptable to us. This significantly affected our overall experience.

What I liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast buffet had some variety. Room was well equipped. What left to be desired: I didn't sleep very well. The mattress was a bit rough and I would have also wished for a thicker pillow. There was some noise from other rooms and the AC. The room temperature varied, being a lot warmer in the evening than in the morning. Access by public transport was also not the best.

There is no drinking water in the room, no tap, no robe, no my toiletries.

In line with the standard guidelines for our hotel category, bathrobes are not included in the rooms. For your convenience, our bathrooms are equipped with liquid soap dispensers rather than single-use items. To help reduce plastic waste, we have also eliminated single-use plastic water bottles. Instead, you will find a glass carafe and cups in your room, and filtered drinking water is available without limit from dispensers located in every corridor. Extremely close to the Arena COS Torwar and was perfect to be next to the concert venue. Extremely clean, nice atmosphere and a vast amount of amenities. Only slightly disappointed when i left the doorhanger sign to indicate i did not want my room cleaned, yet came back to my room being cleaned anyways.

Good and comfortable hotel, very good breakfast. Location is outside the city center. Even though I had already paid through booking.com, at the reception I was asked to pay again, we argued a bit until he found something like virtual credit card payment, which I don't know what it means in the current situation.

Found this hotel online for a day stay. Had a huge gap between my travels and was happy to find a place that would let me stay from the morning until 5pm. Very clean, big comfortable bed, everything smells nice, attentive and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

The room was nice, beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. The curtains let quite a bit of light in though. The breakfast was varied and good quality. The only downside for me was the dynamic pricing which meant the hotel was so expensive.

Lovely staff. Loved the water stations. But in my view really uncomfortable beds and bizarre mentally busy interior design. I’ve stayed in other Ibis Styles hotels which I generally like, but the design of this room was so odd - even the ceiling would put you into a spin.
