We fully understand that the feeling of space can be very personal and that the room may not have felt as comfortable for you as you had hoped. Your reservation was for a Twin room, featuring two separate beds, which naturally results in a different room layout and may give a different impression of the available space. With regard to the room upgrade, we can see that your reservation was for three nights and that you held Classic status in the ALL Accor loyalty programme at the time of your stay. Complimentary room upgrades are available from Gold status onwards and are always subject to availability and the hotel’s occupancy. Unfortunately, during periods of high occupancy, we may not be able to offer an upgrade, even at an additional charge. That said, we truly care about our guests’ comfort. Regarding the use of ALL Accor Reward points, our system showed that there were no points available on your account at the time of your stay, with a balance of 0 points. ALL Accor membership does not include a general discount on restaurant services. Complimentary weekend breakfast is a benefit available to members with Diamond status, in accordance with the programme’s terms and conditions.
