The bathroom is missing a bottle of hand soap at same time it was holder for dispenser. The towels are grey (old) and have holes.

I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered with the quality of the bathroom and towels. Your experience is not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain. It is not cost-cutting believe me, it was just human error, human oversight. Please be assured that we have addressed this issue with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all fixtures are in proper working order and worn towels are being replaced on a regular basis. Currently we are in the process of replacing our linen inventory to ensure that all Guests receive fresh, clean, and comfortable towels. I hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the high-quality experience you deserve. Experience at the top level. The stuff is really nice and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, and I had a comfortable sleep in a large bed. Even though this is not the city center, I like the location. The tram is right next to the hotel, there are various shops and restaurants.

The receptionists in the hotel lobby were really helpful, polite, respectful and communicative. My room was very comfortable and perfectly clean. Amenities in the room, perfect. Hotel location very good ! Breakfast awesome !
