I like this hotel. The rooms are ok, comfy bed and tasty breakfast. Also this Hotel has good location, just meters away to the tram stop, few minutes by taxi to the airport and 15 minutes by tram to Warsaw city center

Easy check in and out. Room adequate and clean. Disappointed with the allergen menu for dinner not being accurate. I could eat fruit at breakfast but that was the only option. Most staff pleasant but not necessarily the warmth you get in Europe including neighbouring countries such as Austria and Germany.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was below what I would expect from a 4-star Accor property. The sleeping experience was particularly disappointing. I couldn’t sleep properly because of several issues: - The card reader and A/C lights were disturbing the room at night. - Light was also coming through the window because the curtains did not fully cover it. - The A/C was not functioning properly. It would switch on loudly, cool the room, then turn off completely. The room would warm up significantly, after which the A/C would switch on loudly again. This cycle continued throughout the night. - When I finally managed to fall asleep, cleaning in a neighbouring room or somewhere nearby started very early in the morning, around 7–8 AM, and continued for a long time. Overall, this was one of the worst sleeping experiences I have had in a hotel, which I honestly did not expect from an Accor property. Room condition The room also appears to require renovation and better maintenance: - There was an issue with the electricity. The very friendly personnel tried to fix it, and I appreciated their help, but the problem significantly affected my schedule and meant I could not properly rest or take a shower as planned. - The shower head could not be properly fixed. - The door frame was cracked. - Several aspects of the room felt dated and poorly maintained. One major advantage was the possibility of an early check-in at around 9:30-10:00 AM, which was very helpful and much appreciated. However, despite the friendly and helpful staff, the condition of the room, the electricity issue, the A/C, the light coming into the room, and especially the significant disturbance during the night and early morning made the overall experience disappointing. For me, the room and overall stay did not meet the standard I would associate with a 4-star hotel or the level of experience I normally expect from Accor.

I was surprised at how welcoming and attentive the reception was, although I asked many questions and had a few request all of it was answered and assisted with. Throughout my entire stay I saw multiple receptionists and worker everyone was incredible, I sadly don’t remember everyone’s name, but one stuck, special thanks to Maciej for assisting in my difficult request. The rooms in the hotel were lovely and clean, everything one may need during their stay. The beds were very comfortable and soft. The AC worked really well, which was greatly appreciated in the summer heat. Overall would recommend this hotel. Personally I will be coming back.

A standard hotel with no particular positives or negatives. The room was clean but a bit dated (it could have been more modern). The Wi-Fi was slow, but adequate for the basics. Parking costs extra and, at 60 PLN a day, is quite expensive.

The family room is spacious with cofee/tee facilities, mini fridge, ironing facilities, air-conditioning. The beds and the pillows are comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff was very polite. Unfortunately there is mold in the shower.

There were a few minor issues with the room being ready when we arrived after 3 p.m., but the receptionist handled the situation very professionally and politely. We were offered complimentary drinks while we waited, and the room was prepared for us very quickly. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. The hotel also provides a free airport transfer, which needs to be booked in advance. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed there for a few nights as we were in the city for the regional convention of Jehovahs witnesses. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast and coffee was really good. Overall I would happily stay here again.

All was Great in this hotel except the check-in , of course we arrived earlier than the scheduled time of checking in, the reception told us the earliest He can check us in is at 2:30 p.m , I was there at 12:00 p.m due to my flight landing before that time, I told them if he can find a room earlier to inform us .He said they were fully booked and no rooms were available until 2:30 - 3 . At the time of 1:00 p.m another couple came and then they were checked in immediately, then I went to the counter and asked another receptionist if there was a room available and she checked us in immediately saying they were rooms available. I respect the hotel policy of check in , but in all my stays as a member of The Accor hotels I was always placed in a room earlier then scheduled check in time , I felt the receptionist just didn't want to check us in earlier then scheduled time , however the other receptionist did .

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, especially considering that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. I was given a room on the top floor, and it was almost impossible to sleep because of what seemed to be the building's air conditioning or ventilation system located on the roof. The noise was constant and extremely loud. It honestly felt like sleeping inside a transformer station. The biggest problem was that it wasn't just the noise - it was also the continuous vibration throughout the room. Even earplugs were completely useless because the vibration could still be felt while lying in bed. I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked, so there was no alternative available. A good night's sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, especially a 4-star property. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide that, and as a result, I cannot recommend staying in the rooms on the top floor.

I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the hotel & rooms, because of the affordable price. Excellent place to stay, especially if you’re planning to fly out overnight. The beds were queen size & very comfortable, and the room was very clean & comfortable. There is also a very nice restaurant at the hotel-I would highly recommend. & usually I don’t like to take the time for reviews-but this hotel was worth it. The only recommendation is not to park down in the basement-its very tight. They do have above ground parking-so make sure to park there.
