This hotel is a great place for both business meetings and a pleasure stay. It is an excellent spot for further travel thanks to its convenient location, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the center of Warsaw, on entry routes from southern Poland. Hotel offers 116 rooms, including Suite and superior rooms, 6 training rooms with access to daylight, Fitness room, car park and underground garage. The excellent cuisine in the hotel restaurant completes the picture.

Thanks to the very convenient location of this hotel in Warsaw, you can get to the Warsaw Central train station, the National Museum or the PGE National Stadium by a single tram ride. It is located in the vicinity of numerous parks, hiking and cycling routes, and at the same time in the vicinity of shopping centers and business parks. It is 50m away from the city bike rental station, tram and bus stop, about 100 m from the city train.

Terrible experience with booking / check-in / check-out. Lucasz is somebody to remember but not only him. Also other lady at reception was (ironically) very helpful. Only Polish spoken at reception.

During the check-out process, you approached the reception desk together with your colleague, who conducted the conversation from the beginning and explained the matter on your behalf in Polish. Therefore, our staff provided information primarily to the person who was actively participating in the discussion. This was not due to any reluctance to communicate with you directly, but simply the natural course of the conversation. After explaining that any refund must be processed to the same card that was originally charged, it became apparent that your Chinese bank card was unable to accept such a refund. Unfortunately, this is beyond the hotel's control and depends on the procedures and policies of the card issuer and the bank. We would also like to emphasize that all members of our reception team possess a sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with our guests. I arrived midnight and unfortunately I had to call few times as international calls for me using my Dubai number and no answer just answering machine and at end they hung up Finally managed to speak to staff to send me transfer car I reached hotel And he said am alone and difficult to do everything
