Pros: *Room - Room was clean. There were no bugs or rodents. Bed was comfortable. There were multiple power outlets. Room temperature system worked well. We did not feel too hot or cold in the room during the December. *Hotel floor included a water dispenser, so we could refill water bottles and use it in the included room water kettle. *Breakfast buffet had some delicious food. *Location is close to a tram station. Cons: *Thin windows - We can easily hear the traffic outside. *A large part of the breakfast buffet area is cramped. There wasn't much space to maneuver between tables. I think this is a decent hotel to stay in for a couple nights.

Parking is impossible for Volvo XC90, all 4 tires remained scratched. Glassware for water should be really clean. Shower handle was heavily leaking. Cleanliness - 10 point Heating/comfort - 10 point Isolation from street - 10 point (I could hear the street, no vacuum feeling, but noise was blocked)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. That was the best of the hotel by far. I got a large room, with the sofa open as a double bed, which was not requested. I folded it up, but there was a huge empty space in the room, which already looked very tired and 90s style, with old carpet on the floor. The bathroom had its best time, too. Convenient hotel to stay for a short layover at the airport, for the rest to be avoided.

At the same time, it is regretted that the room setup and overall condition did not meet expectations. The comments regarding the furnishings, carpet and bathroom are taken seriously and will be passed on to the relevant teams for review and improvement.
