Wonderful front of house staff made us very welcome and were very helpful. Hotel was perfectly located, a short taxi ride from Tilbury Docks. Walking distance to a small village with a great pub. The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout. Only downfall for us was walk from reception to room, lack of a lift and tackling stairs, as we had a lot of heavy luggage. However, this would not stop us from booking again.

Very well appointed room with en-suite. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful (special nods to Nikki, Deena, Nicoleta, Amanda & Angie). Easy parking (large car park). The food is really good - if it wasn't 260 miles away from home we would go there very regularly - it IS that good ! Highly recommended.
