The only issue was the menu choices at dinner and the unavailability of what we tried to order. Apparently this was due to the menu changing, however we should then not be presented with a menu with choices on it that are not then available.

Arrived a little early but it wasn’t a problem. Our room was a little trek away the far side of the hotel in modern blocks . It wasn’t a problem for us but if you had mobility problems it would be .

Comfortable room but dark. Inadequate lighting other than by the bedside lamps. Excellent breakfast, Nikki the waitress was friendly & great with the children. A good deal including “long stay” parking for the duration of an Ambassador cruise being ideally situated, only 9 mins from Tilbury (London cruise terminal). Would certainly stay again.

AC in the rooms very welcome in the current weather though some of the units gurgle a bit. Rooms clean and well serviced. A couple have bad margins in the carpets. Food is good. Some pasta on the menu would be nice.

We stayed as we had a family wedding the rooms was clean, food was great and the staff was very helpful we stayed for 2 nights and all staff was very accommodating Amanda, Monica & Charlotte was amazing and run around for us from the moment we got there

Good welcome, nice room. ( smell of drains in the bathroom) Good nights sleep comfortable bed. Room was also a comfortable temperature. Had food in the evening in the lounge bar, which was very good. Although drinks expensive. Breakfast very good, although they had cleared away cups so didn’t get a coffee. As waiting for embarkation for a cruise, pleasant time waiting in the library. ( Had a lovely coffee then)
