Great service and staff. Rooms are lacking a little bit. Air con didn't cool down and meant sleeping was difficult in a stuffy room. Iron and board isn't readily available.

On arrival it's looks good, nice size carpark. Check in easy. The room however was like a dungeon. Hot, smells and cramped. Tiny tv crooked on the wall and has only 4 channels. The bathroom smelt like someone with food poisoning had used it just before my arrival and this smell didn't go. Had I been there for more than a night I would have moved rooms or requested a refund. I don't think the price is justified with what you get.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to attendca friend's wedding. The room was adequate. The shower, although looked fairly new had very little pressure - was more of a dribble. The shower was also difficult go get in and out of; the bath was short and had a curved base. As the glass shower screen had been fixed in place, climbing into and out of the shower was very tricky. The televisions in the rooms next to ours could be heard late into the night as could the amorous couple enjoying themselves in one of the rooms! However, the main reason for my dissatisfaction is that I believe the room had an infestation of bedbugs; we sustained quite a few bites and have been left very uncomfortable with extremely itchy and painful bites, and I have had to quarantine and treat all of our luggage. I have emailed the hotel with my concerns and no one has replied back to me!

Following the funeral of my son we arranged to meet here, we had provided the buffet and the staff were fantastic accommodating our needs with tables and linen,Needless to say60 plus people were here and the event ,though sad, went off perfectly.thank you.

The only issue was the menu choices at dinner and the unavailability of what we tried to order. Apparently this was due to the menu changing, however we should then not be presented with a menu with choices on it that are not then available.
