When entering the room there was a chemical smell. Undid window checked bathroom for bleak smell there was none. After half an hour smell was still there called reception maintenance man came and went straight to air con unit ?? . But could not smell any this put fan on hight I said I would give it an hour but would like to move rooms. My eyes started stinging so googled air con leak ( cemical smell etc ) As to move room but was told you were fully booked and can have a refund at around 5.30-6.00pm ? Was told there was nothing wrong with the room as the hole corridor would be infected showed the lady the google search on phone. Left hotel and had to drive 3 hours home and then 3 hours back next morning. Funds still not in or account

I recently stayed for business and I loved it. What a welcoming, well run hotel. The food and drinks in the restaurant were really enjoyable. The whole place just had a nice calm, welcoming vibe to it which is exactly what you want when you're away from home.
