The room was clean, staff friendly, bed comfortable. The room was just too hot. It was 30c outside and the “climate control” system was really not doing very much at all. I wondered if it was faulty but I asked the person at the desk and they admitted they don’t really blow cold air. Which leads me to think it’s a business decision to save money on energy. Which I understand, but I would think twice about booking this hotel again in summer.

My visit was hampered by roadworks in the immediate vicinity which was not IBIS fault. On arrival however all available parking spaces were coned off on account of arrivals anticipated the next day. After a little persuasion a space was made available however...

Hi it was 36 degrees and the ac was not working I informed the below reception in which they advised they can give a me a standing ac and to come and collect from the reception , I took back to my room and low and behold the stand does not work either. Very shocking
