Shower is very roomy. Wardrobe is open, light and easy to access not like some dark ones in other hotels! I was on my own so the stay was comfortable. Pillows needed renewing is my only suggestion. And breakfast too expensive! A room for £74 and then brekky for £13 absolutely not! Breakfast should be £8 which i would have paid instead of going elsewhere for it.

⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at ibis baking Hotel on Monday and had a really great experience. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would especially like to mention Victoria, who works at the front desk. She is very amazing, kind, and extremely helpful. She made my stay even better with her professional and friendly attitude. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and great service. I would definitely recommend ibis Hotel to anyone visiting and would love to stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms one double room and one twin. However we were given both double in my room the toilet roll holder was broken, and the carpet looked as it had not been hoovered. Very disappointed I dont think I would ever book with ibis again. I felt the premier inn is alot better and cleaner.
