No Water No Refund!

The week was booked for myself and a colleague for a conference at the Excel London so location was great, in general the stay was ok until the Wednesday night when there was no water for washing, showers or toilets... In the morning there was still no water with no knowledge when the supply would return. I took the decision to check-out and find another hotel for the remainder of the week so I could have basic sanitary and shower facilities. I requested a refund for the final night however the hotel stated it was a non-refundable booking and there they were not able to refund the last of 4 nights... very disappointing!
