Unprofessional hotel management- don’t trust!

AlgisLab Business - TripAdvisor review

Very disappointed with my stay at Ibis Barking hotel. The management doesn’t know how to handle noisy groups or properly allocate business and holiday guests. Despite requesting a room change in the morning, I never received a callback. The manager kept blaming kids for the noise, which is unacceptable. This hotel has gone downhill and is now just another Premier Inn.

Hotel is lovely, staff were great, very welcoming and made you feel valued. Location is a bit of a walk from the station but other than that fine. Room was spacious and bathroom well maintained.
