Clean rooms checkin service was quick and efficient. We were 2 adults and 2 children room was small with the sofa bed rolled out. Toilet is also small bathroom was good sice. Room service was requested and came very late on the day once I returned to the room at 3pm still was not made up had to call a few times to get it done. Breakfast was fair. Car parking facilities are good. Underground station elizebath line is 4 min walk so was good to travel into central London.
