Worst night's sleep in any hotel I've stayed at.

Stayed here as a family group with four rooms for two nights. This was our first stay here since before the pandemic, when we always had good stays here. This time the rooms were incredibly warm and uncomfortable at night. However, unfortunately opening the window at night was not an option with lots of street noise, which was especially bad at 3am when a dustbin lorry spent 45 mins emptying the large industrial wheelie hotel bins two floors below our window. This was quite honestly the worst night's sleep I've had in any hotel, anywhere in the world. Fortunately, having left our windows open all day, the second night was more tolerable even though we still had to close them.

The hotel feels clean and spacious. I think the gym facilities are great, this being a big reason why I come back here. But sauna facilities are basically unusable: the sauna barely feels hot in both the wet and dry rooms, and the shower was not functional. Also, I think the place could be organised a little better, with a coat hander for the robe and some sort of small seating area.

Room was bot done when we arrived, basically they gave us a room which was not cleaned after the previous guests. Breakfast was bad, same food every day and hard tonfind a table, overwhelmed due to lack of personel

Arriving to a room that hasn’t been prepared is absolutely not acceptable, and I understand how frustrating that must have been after travelling. This has been raised directly with our Housekeeping leadership team, as this is a clear process lapse we must prevent from happening again. I’m also sorry to hear that breakfast felt repetitive and crowded. During peak occupancy the restaurant can become busier than usual, and we’re already reviewing team deployment and buffet rotation to make mornings feel smoother and more enjoyable. While I am glad to see your check-out experience scored highly, I appreciate that this doesn’t undo the inconvenience earlier in your stay. We will be using your comments as part of our ongoing work to improve flow, quality, and guest comfort — the kind of behind-the-scenes upgrades that guests feel in their experience, not just read in reviews.
