I am sorry to learn that slippers were not available in your room on arrival and that you had to request them twice. Having reviewed your reservation, I can confirm that you stayed in one of our Standard Rooms. Slippers are provided as a complimentary amenity in our Executive Rooms and Suites, rather than in our Standard category. However, I appreciate that having to make multiple requests for an item is frustrating, and I will remind our team to ensure any guest requests are fulfilled promptly and communicated clearly.
