The AC couldn't go colder than 19 degrees. I asked front desk to rectify and the guy told me its a system issue and they are working to solve it-with that I understood everyone has issues from time to time, so I went out to INTA for a full days work with 2-3 hours of sleep in the hot room the night before. The same issue the next night and so I asked the front desk again and to my horror, the lady this time told me its a standard low cost saving measure so it appears the first guy just lied to me or she was. She did say they would send tech and he did come, zapped around with a laser temp and found it to be 24 Degrees-he took off electricity for 30 mins and came back and it still didnt work-he then said it was a hotel problem so I don't know where or how or who was telling the truth or whether they were all still chasing their tails in circles. They brought me a fan that helped minimally, and I am so glad I check out f this place tomorrow never to return. I will advise INAT and BEIN of the poor standard.

Everything was fine; the only issue is that teh bar service is way to slow for the number of people who are in the bar area. One shouldn't have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a beer. The servers were fine but the beer pours out way too slow and there never seems to be enough people there to serve. This is the case everytime I've been at this event. I usually walk down to the Crowne Plaza because they're much faster with about the same amount of people.

Had an excellent stay. The room is high quality, the staff are welcoming, the facilities are exceptional and it was great value for money too. The only improvements are that linens for spa were not provided so needed to be requested, and the quality of the cocktails at the bar do not reflect the high asking prices. Otherwise I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
