Very comfortable, great location for Excel, excellent service from Mehvish at guest relations and Charlie at in-house reservations in advance of our stay; and Ali on check-in at reception on arrival - thank you all! However, it was difficult to get through on the phone in advance of our stay (consistently no reply from reception or being cut off); I was given incorrect information about where to find room service menus; and there was a shortage of luggage trolleys, but thank you to Antonio and his colleague for their help and kindness in this respect! I would definitely stay here again.

Short trip but all expectations met with staff v helpful and courteous

We were so chuffed to make your stay pleasant, at Novotel our guests are the most important thing ever and when we hear compliments it makes us have butterflies!
