We arrived to the hotel in the morning Rayan service was exceptional. The breakfast was good but the WiFi connection was too slow and the hotel quiet far from central London.

Enjoyable stay. Rayan was very friendly, hospitable and helpful at reception. Excellent breakfast provided. Himalaya was particularly welcoming, considerate and accommodating.

The room, breakfast are good. I forgot to take an invoice at the time of checkout and nobody seems to respond to multiple email followups. The query initially sent to the I is hotel next door got a prompt reply though.

Dear Girish, Thank you for your feedback. While I am pleased that you rated your stay, room, cleanliness and breakfast highly, I must address the basis of your overall score. Your first email was received on Friday at 06:40am, followed by a second message less than 12 hours later. Our post-stay communication standard is a 48-hour response time, and your request was handled well within this window. At no point were you ignored, nor were you subjected to an unreasonable delay. It is therefore extremely disappointing to see a 1/10 overall rating given solely because we did not respond instantly to an enquiry sent outside of standard business hours. This score does not reflect the stay you described—where every department was rated positively—and is an unfair representation of our team’s efforts. Nonetheless, your invoice was processed in a timely manner, and we are glad the in-house experience met your expectations. We remain committed to assisting you and ensuring smooth future stays.
