We stayed for a couple if days and really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were really friendly. The hotel is easy to find via the Elizabeth line and very close to the Excel arena.

All good, excellent riverside setting with a nice terrace. Only downside is rather limited and expensive parking

Liked the hotel, loved the location and a very good price - much cheaper than central London, but very near Custom House station. Staff were friendly and helpful, we'd stay again. A couple of things which could have been better: 1) our room was too hot, I don't think the thermostat worked properly - however, it's possible that could have been sorted if we'd talked to reception, we didn't bother as we were only there a couple of nights. 2) We didn't love the scent in the main lobby area, probably just personal preference. 3) the restaurant menu was a little limited in GF options. My wife is gluten intolerant (not coeliac), and there wasn't a lot for her on the menu. These are minor quibbles, though. If we can get as good a price again in future (<£100 per night), we'd happily stay here again. But we'd report problems with the heating immediately in future.
