Stayed here before and the location was perfect for visiting an exhibition at the Excel. The hotel is nice and whoever sorts out my request is a gem, but the rest of the staff always seem to be moody and unpleasant.

I think for the price of the room we got a really good deal for this time of year (mid Dec). Food was really good and many options nearby if you want to step out and eat elsewhere. Discreet professional servicing of room, friendly staff. Not a hair out of place!!

The hotel experience was overall quite bad. There was stains all over the carpets and blood stains on the chairs. When I queried this with the hotel staff all they were offering was a free breakfast. They eventually changed our room to what we hoped to be much cleaner. However, this wasn’t the case. There was multiple stains everywhere. It was a total let down from our experience the year before. After emailing the helpline constantly, there was no response at first and when there was there was no chance of getting any compensation back from the overall dirtiness of the room.
