Dear Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. Whilst I am pleased to hear that our location proved convenient for your visit to ExCeL London and that you found the booking, arrival, cleanliness, WiFi and departure aspects of your stay satisfactory, I am disappointed to learn that several maintenance-related issues detracted from your overall experience. Please accept my apologies regarding the unavailable treadmill and the issues you encountered with the in-room remotes. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments to ensure these items are reviewed and addressed. With regards to the sauna and steam room, these facilities have unfortunately been unavailable for a number of weeks due to an ongoing technical issue. As they are currently out of service, we have deliberately removed them from our advertised facilities until they are fully operational again. Nevertheless, I appreciate that their unavailability was disappointing, particularly if you were hoping to make use of them during your stay. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
