The hotel looked after us so well. It was great to spend quality time with my daughter while she attended an event at Excel, London. Rooms were so comfortable and staff were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was great both days.

We were so chuffed to make your stay pleasant, at Novotel our guests are the most important thing ever and when we hear compliments it makes us have butterflies! We know that our future guests would also appreciate the kind words and tips and would appreciate if you could also share some comments on the global travel review site ‘’trip advisor’’. Good location. Staff were helpful. Rooms were well equipped and a good size. Rooms were quiet and kept clean during stay. The only downside was temperature control in the room, it didn’t do anything. Asked reception, and was given a small fan. We could open a window at least

Everything went really well! However you really need to sort out your lifts: one from the entrance was not working all week, and the three from reception to the rooms varied between none, one and all three working! Sort it out!!
