The hotel was very quiet given the Covid-19 situation but the staff were perfectly helpful and on hand. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the madness of London. Smells lovely too!

It’s the second time I have stayed here, and me and my sons have enjoyed it alot on both occasions. It’s a shame that the emirates cable car not working makes it a bit difficult to get across to the o2 but in general I can’t complain about anything. Really good value for money.

rooms were nice as was hotel. Breakfast in room requirements could be made a little clearer upon checking in and my final day I was told I missed the time but was not told otherwise that weekend and weekday differ. Also had to wait 10mins for my room to be ready but other than that I had a nice stay.

I was in London for the Confex International 2020 conference and I would say this hotel was perfectly located for attending a conference at Excel London. I had dinner at the hotel and the vegan curry was delicious. The vegan options for breakfast we limited, meat-free sausages would have given a 10/10 rating.

The whole experience was fantastic. The room was fresh clean and comfortable. The room had plenty of space and the added water in the fridges were a great touch considering we had traveled for 6 hours to get to our destination. The pizzas they offer are quite costly, but they are very tasty. My young son really enjoyed the shower as it had a privacy button. We also went into the 8th level to try out the fitness equipment. If I hadn’t been with my son I would have tried out the sauna and steam room. Overall I would book a nova hotel again as we always use another hotel chain, but I was very satisfied with the whole service. :)
